The absolute worst service! I have went twice now hoping that this new place would be the next best thing. It was not. First visit the staff seemed overwhelmed and didn't really know what they were doing. We had to ask for someone to clean the bar. We had to ask for a drink menu. Once we got the drinks they were terrible, nothing but bad syrup and juice. Came back a second night to give it one more shot. Not only was it freezing in there but we sat at the bar for at least 10 minutes and not even one person acknowledged us. They were not even busy. We had one bartender just talking and serving themselves water while the other ones were all cornered by the kitchen window. Again absolute worst service. Will not be coming back here. read more

With the paucity of good pizza in Redlands I was excited to go here. That excitement was crushed early in our visit. Here are the reasons we will never go back. -The music is loud enough that you have to talk extremely loud to be heard. -On a chilly evening they had zero heat in the place. Most of the diners were wearing coats and jackets.. -The kitchen and waitstaff are overwhelmed. We had to wait a long time to get our food. - Their "New York Pizza" is not like any pizza served in New York. In a word, it's awful. Also, it came out cold. -A pizza place with only one size of pizza? Seams odd. Needless to say we are never going back. It was just a bad experience at every turn. read more

We attended as a party of 4, and we were sat down as soon we walked in. My husband is a DJ and was extremely excited about the theme of the restaurant, thankfully this place did not disappoint. They had a live DJ who's mixing and song selection were amazing, much respect to him! Fun ambience and music playing inside. We had the mushroom bruschetta, greek salad, and Portuguese Love and New York Cheese pizzas and everything was very tasty. For drinks we had an espresso martini and blonde beer both were good. The espresso martini had Bailey's in it and our waitress mentioned that to us prior to ordering which was thoughtful of her. I was ok with it though hehe! Service was very fast and we had several people checking on us and making sure we were good. We were very excited to try this new spot. Spent the day in Pasadena and was headed home to Palm Springs. Place was very lively and music was bumping. The only complaint there was that it was to loud and we couldn't talk to each other. Took a while to get our drinks. Also once we got them we couldn't get refills. We asked twice. Ordered three pizzas. One we asked to omit an ingredient and they didn't. We told the server for reference, and she offered to refire but we were too tired and hungry. Service was not good for us. Based on the pictures I was super excited to try this place out. We got a NY pizza, the meatballer and the appetizer calzone. The pizzas were exactly the same except one had meatballs. The crust looks thick based on the pictures but it's very thin. And the pizzas are pretty small. We weren't impressed with the calzone at all. It barely had any mozzarella in it and was overcooked. As expensive as this place is I expected more. There are better places where you get more food for less. Bottom line, we might try it again but I'm not in any rush. read more

At $4 each for three pieces, the pricing felt a bit steep and somewhat arbitrary for an appetizer. The pizza was cooked well and tasted excellent, but at $20, the size seemed a bit small for the price. I understand overhead costs are high, but it felt somewhat pricey overall. Pizza was good. They are a little bigger than personal sized pizzas. The meat lovers delight was delicious. The deserts were good too. The only reason it wasn't a 5 stars is that 1. Air conditioning is poor. 2. The value . I know everything is expensive. But beers are 1-2 dollars more than the need to be and pizzas are about $2 more than equivalent sit down places. Go Go Go to this restaurant!! Be sure to have the mozzarella donuts with marinara sauce! The pizzas are one size and the perfect size. You want hot honey on that, they got it! Great service and great atmosphere (records on the walls) great drinks. They opened at 4 and by 5 the place was packed. They do brunch and pizza by the slice, late, for you night owls! The food was very, as the kids say, mid. I had high expectations from what I had heard around. The deep dish pizza was very underwhelming. The waiter told us that it came with pepperoni when I tried to add it. We got our pizza and there was no pepperoni. My table also got the "Notorious P.I.G" pepperoni pizza, it was not filling at all. We also got the garlic calzone thing, this was very hard to eat, as it needed to be cut, but we were only given butter knives. The music was very loud. We have been waiting along time for this location to open and made reservations for tonight. The way it is decorated and set up is really cool. Overall the food was good, but there are opportunities with the bar Forsure. We ordered my niece a Shirley temple that literally tasted like sprite and no cherry, my wife's Wake and Shake Espresso Martini came in a shot type glass and was barely cold, I had to ask for a chilled glass for my beer because it was barely cold. We were one of the first customers when they opened and the food was not hot like you think a pizza would be coming right out of the oven. We ordered 2 pizzas, 2 appetizers, dessert and multiple adult beverages and when we got the bill we were charged for ranch...come on, you sneak it in on the bill when the waitress offered it to us. The Music was 100% on point (classic hip-hop/funk/pop/R&B/disco/edm/new wave/rock - just to name a few genres that were spinning and being mixed with mastery during our visit. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, the service was great, the staff were all super friendly, I loved the menu design in a record sleeve, the menu names were very fun and creative, great old downtown Redlands location. So many pluses about this great new pizza place. Would have instantly given this place a 5 star rating, except.....THE MUSIC WAS TOO DAM LOUD!!! It completely ruined the otherwise great vibe. I love music, but this was like being at a club at 11:00pm at night, not having dinner at 6:00pm. I had to SHOUT to talk to my friends at our table. Could not carry on any kind of normal conversation. We were considering trying one of their desserts after our meal because everything else was so delicious, but just left to go elsewhere because of the insanely loud level of the music. I love to support downtown Redlands businesses, and I would love to come here again, but unfortunately I will not be back until they do something about the ridiculous sound level of the music. I truly loved the food and everything else. Dear owner, the sound level may appropriate for your late night hours. Crank it up then. But not during your dinner hours. beautiful place i like the atmosphere and the food was great. i'm sad to say i have experienced the worst service. took forever to get my drinks. my waiter constantly checked up on my table but never refilled my drink. we reminded the waitress that we needed refills and she would never give it to us. she seemed confused about what we ordered and she didn't get the drink right multiple times. it took 40 minutes to get dessert. and we were served the wrong order which ended up being added to our receipt. and the 40 minutes weren't worth it because the cookie didn't taste right. it was a disappointing experience. read more
