Recommended this restaurant to my family, as my last experience was incredible. However, the waitress was extremely rude, however she was the only one working, so maybe it was just stress. We ordered a large pizza to share, wings, & 3 salads. It was not busy, took an hour for our pizza to come out. They brought out a small pizza.... We asked about our wings, another gentlemen came out 20 mins later saying they were out of wings. So we asked for a different appetizer, that didn't come out until we were ready to leave. We then were being watched by the dj to leave so he can lock the doors & we weren't the only ones still left in the restaurant. Definitely not the best experience. read more

The food was great! We ordered via phone and were told we would receive a text when the food was ready, however we did never received a text. My husband and I had a great time at Made From Skratch!! Our cocktails and the kid's shirley temples - were great. Our server (Samantha w/ the pony tail) was very outgoing and friendly and helped us pick out a great dinner. We landed on the meatballs to start, truffle mushroom and Notorious PIG. Anything I have gotten here has been SO good. The mac balls are delicious, creamy inside and just the right texture on the outside and a good size. The bbq pizza is amazing, the ranch on top is to die for. The dough is crunchy, yet fluffy. You can definitely tell that everything is "made from scratch." Definitely will be coming back! read more

Unbelievable food! Fresh is an understatement. Seriously should charge twice as much. This food is NO JOKE! My son lives in NYC and he said this is better than New York pizza, and we agreed. What a Hidden Gem! We found this place totally by accident, and it turned out to be one of the best surprises! From the start, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. We were seated quickly, and our waitress Sam was amazing. Even though the kitchen was backed up and the wait was long, she kept us updated, made sure our drinks stayed full, and we never felt forgotten. We ordered the Notorious P.I.G. pizza--so good. The pepperoni was perfectly crispy, the crust was incredible (you could taste the parsley baked right in!), and everything felt freshly made with love. We also got the Tear Us Apart cheesy bread, inspired by the Joy Division song, and it was fantastic--especially dipped in the marinara. Easily two of the best things on the menu! The whole place has a retro music vibe that's super cool. The menu looks like a vintage record sleeve, and they play a great mix of 60s-80s music. One of the DJs, who's also an owner, came by to chat and made the experience even more personal. Even the restroom had a vibe--loud music and a lounge-y feel. As someone who's blind, I could feel the energy of this place the moment I walked in. It was loud in the best way--like walking into a great party. I'll definitely be back with my husband. My husband booked a reservation here and I was super excited to try it, however, we walked out without trying any of the food. The Service was horrible. We got sat and given menus and that was it. We waited waited waited and no one came up to us to offer drinks or take our order. We finally decided to leave after about 15 minutes of nothing but servers walking past us countless times, conversating with other tables, and not being acknowledged, not even water was provided. read more

The food is amazing! The sauce has great flavor, the crust is melt in your mouth! Everything came out hot. The ranch is the BEST ranch I've ever had. The absolute worst service! I have went twice now hoping that this new place would be the next best thing. It was not. First visit the staff seemed overwhelmed and didn't really know what they were doing. We had to ask for someone to clean the bar. We had to ask for a drink menu. Once we got the drinks they were terrible, nothing but bad syrup and juice. Came back a second night to give it one more shot. Not only was it freezing in there but we sat at the bar for at least 10 minutes and not even one person acknowledged us. They were not even busy. We had one bartender just talking and serving themselves water while the other ones were all cornered by the kitchen window. Again absolute worst service. Will not be coming back here. read more

Fun ambience and music playing inside. We had the mushroom bruschetta, greek salad, and Portuguese Love and New York Cheese pizzas and everything was very tasty. For drinks we had an espresso martini and blonde beer both were good. The espresso martini had Bailey's in it and our waitress mentioned that to us prior to ordering which was thoughtful of her. I was ok with it though hehe! Service was very fast and we had several people checking on us and making sure we were good. With the paucity of good pizza in Redlands I was excited to go here. That excitement was crushed early in our visit. Here are the reasons we will never go back. -The music is loud enough that you have to talk extremely loud to be heard. -On a chilly evening they had zero heat in the place. Most of the diners were wearing coats and jackets.. -The kitchen and waitstaff are overwhelmed. We had to wait a long time to get our food. - Their "New York Pizza" is not like any pizza served in New York. In a word, it's awful. We attended as a party of 4, and we were sat down as soon we walked in. My husband is a DJ and was extremely excited about the theme of the restaurant, thankfully this place did not disappoint. They had a live DJ who's mixing and song selection were amazing, much respect to him! We were very excited to try this new spot. Spent the day in Pasadena and was headed home to Palm Springs. Place was very lively and music was bumping. The only complaint there was that it was to loud and we couldn't talk to each other. Took a while to get our drinks. Also once we got them we couldn't get refills. We asked twice. Ordered three pizzas. One we asked to omit an ingredient and they didn't. We told the server for reference, and she offered to refire but we were too tired and hungry. Service was not good for us. Based on the pictures I was super excited to try this place out. We got a NY pizza, the meatballer and the appetizer calzone. The pizzas were exactly the same except one had meatballs. The crust looks thick based on the pictures but it's very thin. And the pizzas are pretty small. We weren't impressed with the calzone at all. It barely had any mozzarella in it and was overcooked. As expensive as this place is I expected more. There are better places where you get more food for less. Bottom line, we might try it again but I'm not in any rush. read more

At $4 each for three pieces, the pricing felt a bit steep and somewhat arbitrary for an appetizer. The pizza was cooked well and tasted excellent, but at $20, the size seemed a bit small for the price. I understand overhead costs are high, but it felt somewhat pricey overall. Pizza was good. They are a little bigger than personal sized pizzas. The meat lovers delight was delicious. The deserts were good too. The only reason it wasn't a 5 stars is that 1. Air conditioning is poor. 2. The value . I know everything is expensive. But beers are 1-2 dollars more than the need to be and pizzas are about $2 more than equivalent sit down places. Go Go Go to this restaurant!! Be sure to have the mozzarella donuts with marinara sauce! The pizzas are one size and the perfect size. You want hot honey on that, they got it! Great service and great atmosphere (records on the walls) great drinks. They opened at 4 and by 5 the place was packed. They do brunch and pizza by the slice, late, for you night owls!
