Back in february I was needing a car , so I purchased twenty fifteen civil rattle , the salesman or excellent , the truck , the other hand first I had replaced the old cooler lines, then I had to replace a starter. I noticed that I couldn't leak. One of holes is leaking going into a heater core. And here recently, I go out to get in to go to work, start up, it's idling, and it shuts off turns over, but won't start Sent it to a shop. They said the engine's band got the new engine, so not\n Being able not being able to afford a new engine, I had the truck sitting in my house that I can't drive and I'm still paying for it. I contacted this dealer ship and got connected with Jason for the GMC Canyon they had on the lot. I explained I was looking for a certain price point and he was very helpful to work with me over the phone we worked on a price off PICTURES. Now on my research of this truck I have worked with many dealerships and seen many cut corners on things, but not these guys he had a full inspection done at the local Chevrolet dealer where he found a $7500 problem and instead of swiping it under the rug which I've seen many times he paid the price and fixed it, AND purchase the warranty from the dealership to pass onto the next owner. Then he listed the truck at a very fair price so that he could break even, and when I called and talked to him regarding my dilemma he came my way even more to help me out. On top of that he held the truck for a WEEK And CAME IN ON A HOLIDAY to finish up paperwork WITHOUT A DEPOSIT. At the moment that I am making this review it is about 1 1/2 months after buying the truck, I have driven 2500 miles back and forth from Mi to Wi. I got a alignment, tire rotation, and changed both front and rear differential fluids, and transmission fluid for preventative maintenance. The truck runs amazing I have absolutely no complaints and i plan to drive it for years to come. I also learned from the discount tire employees after my visit there that the tires on it were practically brand new and I didn't even know that. I wish great things for this family business that's been giving back to the community for 30 YEARS! As a business owner you can read all the bad reviews you want but the true test is how long they've been in business these guys are amazing. To any used car buyers out there either buy certified or get a pre purchase inspection. if you don't do either of those two things and then find problems down the road that's your fault for being dumb. read more

If I were anyone else, I would stay away from this place. My SO and I came to look at a Ford truck they had for sale. We saw the ad on Craigslist. We had CASH in hand, ready to BUY on the spot. We were minutes away from taking a test drive when he returned to tell us that the truck had been sold BY PHONE with a CREDIT CARD. The next day, my SO returned to Craigslist to see the truck had been REPOSTED with a higher price. I don't want to make assumptions but it seems they were intimidated by my SO's knowledge about vehicles as he was pointing out things wrong with the truck before we went to test drive it. It seems they may have been trying to hide something from an informed and educated buyer because they want to be able to make more money, of course, instead of making an honest sale. We clearly won't be returning and we will make sure to let others know of our experience as well. read more

Three was a small issue when I test drive the truck and I mentioned to it Davey the salesman and they went above and beyond to get it right before I made the purchase. I bought a 99 Ford Exploder. I say that because it is the biggest piece of junk!! I seems like I have had that car in the shop more then I have driven it. ! week after buying it, it broke down on me and wouldn't start. Then The passenger seat broke, I took it up there and they did fix that. That is all they have done for me. I haven't made a payment in months, because I have had to use the money for repairs. I would never buy a car from them, they could care less about the customer. They just want there money. I have complained to them, and maybe because I am a woman they figure I am dumb. Be very careful, read everything before you sign anything. I was told I was signing a 36 month payment term, turned out to be a 51 month term. Almost a $7000 difference. Paid nearly $20,000 for a car worth about $6000. To be fair my credit is not very good, but I still was deceived. read more

Got a truck that now after a month has a completely worn down axle, called sealed for questions and if they were going to cover the cost. They claim a whole front axle is gonna get worn down after they have it "inspected" by whoever there does it. Impossible. Jason is very unprofessional, called and he gave an attitude. Your USED CAR SALES NIGHTMARE starts here with owner Dan. Bought a car that I saw listed on cars.com, the ad said NEW TIRES. Not. My fault, shouldn't have believed a USED CAR SALESMAN. 8 months after driving the car, hit a curb, got a flat, took it to Belle Tire where they informed me that they weren't new tires, they were factory installed when the car was built. Took my receipt for 4 new tires and the Ad that the USED CAR SALESMAN wrote claiming NEW TIRES, and he looked at ME, like I was nuts. "How do I know the tires were really bad?" Really? Why would I buy 4 new tires, if the car already had 4 NEW TIRES? "You should have called me first, I could have got a better price". OK, well you were closed. Split it with me I asked. "Hell no" he says. WOW. He claims he would have only spent $150, not the $400 that I had to fork over. OK, give me $150. "Hell no" he says. WOW. OK, split the $150, give me $75.....give me something here. Renew my faith that not ALL used car salesmen are DB's..... Sorry. I got nothing. I was fortunate enough not to have given this guy any money or wasted my time going out there. I called and the guy was very rude and short with me and when I asked too many questions, he interupted me and said "hold on" and threw the phone down. At that point, I hung up. My original call was to find out why the website showed pictures of the car for one price yet it was listed for a higher price on the windshield. I guess cars 'appreciate' at this lot. I don't usually shop at a car lot like this, nor do I usually purchase used cars. I called here because they have a car that I was interested in for my daughter. This was a friendly great experience to start. We traded in our old not working real well car and they tried to sell it with very little work done on it. I think that is wrong they were going to sting a poor person expecting a good car. When we got ours it was high mileage and priced high side of reasonable. We had it for 2 weeks and all the problems came out. Required over $1000 worth of work done in order to drive it. Wish they were more upfront and honest about the problems with the vehicle. We contacted asking they please be more upfront and honest and very disappointed in transaction and they had no response. read more

Examine the paint and body very closely!!! Purchased a 2005 Dodge Dakota 1 year ago. It looked great, no rust anywhere, ran great. Had a "check engine" light come on within a day after bringing it home, took it back and Dan. He was very good about taking care of problems within his 30 day warranty. Within 6 months the rear bumper that had a "stone" coat on it began to chip, rust started to show up there and at the wheel wells. One year later I had to replace the rear bumper it was riddled with holes and chunks were just falling off. After removing the bumper it was apparent they had filled large and small rust holes with body filler, in some places used cardboard for a backer, then they painted over to hide the problem. All rust that was covered up when I purchased it was now showing up, holes at the wheel wells, door jambs and around the windshield. They did an excellent job hiding and covering up the rust for a quick full price sale. Shame on me for not spending more time on the ground looking for overspray and body filler. I was just offered less than 1/4 what I paid for the truck from a dealer for a trade-in. read more
