I saw an ad for this place on Instagram, decided to stop by. The waitress was really sweet, and by herself (she was the manager). The ambiance was nice, but it was a little chilly inside the restaurant. I ordered the huevos divorciados... the beans were ice cold. I don't know if it was because the plate itself was cold (normally plates come out super hot) but it put me off my meal a bit. My father ordered the omelette with chilaquilles inside, and the same for him... the beans were ice cold. The food was okay, but cold beans for breakfast just isn't really great. read more

Took my mom here for Mother's Day and service sucked. They brought my food out and it took 10/15 minutes for my mom's food to come out. So i waited for my mom's food to come out by the time it did mine was cold. I know that I could have eaten it when it came out but it didn't feel proper to do so. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated, not bad. Only problem is they don't have a waitlist in place, hopefully soon. I order the latte flight, enough coffee to share. It includes pistachio, horchata, maza pan and I forgot the 4th drink but I enjoyed each one. I ordered the waffles and my husband the green chilaquiles, both were good. Just keep in mind that the red chilaquiles are a bit spicy. If you're in a budget, the plates are enough to feed 2. It's gets pricey when you add meat to your meal. If you don't want to pay a lot extra, get the madre chilaquiles that includes shredded beef. But over all our experience was amazing and I recommend this place. Parking close by is kinda hectic but there is parking behind the building. read more

Came here with my mom. The wait time took a long time and they were sitting larger parties that came after me (2). When we were finally seated we put in our order right away but we still waited 30 mins for our good just for the house potatoes to be cold. I ordered the eggs Benedict with cilantro sauce which was good but they fill your plate with spring salad to make it look like a lot. They charge extra for the house potatoes. My mother ordered the Popeye and her omelette was cold. Again it comes with a side of spring salad. The house coffee was cold but my pistachio latte was good. There really wasn't a vibe. I don't think I'll be coming back but check it out for yourself you just might have a better experience than we did. They told us it was a 30 minute wait and then after waiting, when we sat down they said it would be another 45 minutes to get our food. Then our food came and no one out of our group of 4 liked our food. The strawberry pancakes were too sweet. And our food was cold. Never coming back. read more

It was our first time and when we got there. There was no one to Check you in. I went inside and the person checking in told us to go outside to get checked in, she had a bit of an attitude. We waited an hour and a half. The food was okay, my son ordered the cafe de olla and it was not good at all! It didn't even taste like coffee. I thought this place was good since I saw the reviews but honestly I had better service and food other places nearby. I give it 1 star because one waitress was nice. They have no structure checking in, no customer service skills and food and drinks need flavor, specially the cafe de Olla. I won't go back! read more

Hello me and my son went there Saturday morning for breakfast bacon and eggs pancakes The problem is they give it a little butter packets the butter frozen You're trying to put them on your pancakes they're like big chunks they never melted and the pancake syrup should be warm not room temperature They need to give give you a room temperature butter and a paper cup or something just also not enough butter I told the waitress about her she was like 18 19 years old I don't even know if she cares I'm surprised nobody else made the complaint pancakes were good they were thin tasty but would be nice to have a lot of butter and some warm syrup read more

I swear the 5 star reviews have to be friends and family of the business, 20 dollars gets you 2 pancakes, waffles or French toast, no eggs no bacon no hashbrowns, ordered 2 eggs meal and added a pancake, after almost an hour after ordering food it finally came out, looked amazing, tasted, not so much, eggs were overcooked and flavorless, pancake was like rubber, hash browns turned to mush, the toast was actually really good and the coffee was good, but the food, for the price, when Jake's and café olla are right around the corner I dont think I'd ever come back. The food wasn't that good at all I had the Birria omelette the meat was tough the beans were good (had black beans) my coffee was a little on the too sweet side. My grandson order a strawberry shake which he drank right away by the time his strawberry pancake came it was too much, too big, too much sauce it looked like pepto bismol with flakes we thought well we can take it to go but it had so much of the pink sauce the pancakes were mushy and uneatable. The price is high we spent almost $100 for 3 for 2 coffees and 1 shake and the food was nothing special to warrant that price. I am sorry but I won't be going back there. read more

What came was big thick pieces of toast with some *cooked* dry salmon and about a tablespoon of mashed avocado with one cherry tomato per slice. Also including a salad which was literally a handful of old salad greens, some of them fully wilted. When the manager asked us how our meals were I let her know of my dissatisfaction.
