Heard an add for Maggie McFly's on the radio today and decided to come in. Had no idea what kind of food or atmosphere I would encounter. Well, I am very pleased!! When I walked in We were greeted right away and at immediately. The menu has lots to choose from sort of like Cheese Cake Factory's menu they utilize food from local businesses and farm to table. Everything is made from scratch and portions are huge. Ashley our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The manger Crystal checked on us often and made great recommendations. The location is great and the restaurant is really nice. I love the outside seating although we sat inside. This looks like the perfect place for NFL season for sure while the wife is shopping hubby can watch the game and come together for lunch/dinner after. The menu is everywhere which is great because there is something for everyone's taste buds. The mixed drink, martini and wine selection is amazing also. Twice I have enjoyed my time at Maggie McFly's. It's quite a huge menu, but I have only stuck to sandwiches. I have had the Reuben and the Cuban. Both sandwiches were good, but each one was short of something. The Reuben had nowhere near the amount of desired/required sauerkraut, and the Cuban, well, it wasn't anything to order again; Cuban bread is the key, and Maggie's doesn't have it. Though I have not been blown away by the food at Maggie's, I have enjoyed the service, as well as the atmosphere. The restaurant is very open and the mood is spirited. You'll be cheerily greeted and the waitstaff all seem to be friendly. If I go again, I am going to try for something away from the sandwich part of the menu. Like I said above, the menu is huge. I really like this place, it's really nice inside. The food was actually really good. Granted I had the mixed grille salad, my BF had the teriyaki bowl and the couple we came with had a turkey burger and lamb gyro and they loved their food. The drinks were ok, we had to send it back twice. The customer service was exceptional, our waitress checked up on us often and made sure we was good. Will be coming back soon! read more

So! The food was wonderful; our server was great. So why 3 stars? The front hostess / day manager, was rotten and rude when we arrived. We were in a party of 12 for a coworkers birthday, and though someone in our party should have called ahead and made a reservation - that was our fault, the reaction "C" (the manager) gave us was extremely unprofessional. With an attitude she asked if we had made a reservation. We replied no. She then rolled her eyes and goes "well you should have; I don't have enough people for this; I already have two other large parties, that called ahead; I don't have enough servers for this". Then she looks at the computer and asks "is this your first time here?" And my coworker goes "yes, and the last". Then she seated us and told us not to move the tables, and that we would only be getting one server, because we didn't call ahead and she didn't have enough people to help. My post military mindset kicked in and I wanted to tell her "then be a manager and step up and start serving! Be a leader". We should have immediately left and found somewhere else, but it was for another coworkers birthday, this was her favorite place (probably not anymore). Our server, Alexander, was great. We asked him throughout our service who the managers name was and he said he didn't know or one moment, which I think was because he wanted to give her a heads up that we were disgruntled and that she needed to correct that. After we ate, the manager came and apologized to us for her attitude, explaining that she was just overwhelmed by everything. We explained why we were there and we said for a birthday. She gave the birthday woman a free cupcake. Though I appreciate her apology, maybe someone should take a look at whether or not she should be in that managerial position. To become overwhelmed first thing in the morning...? She said it was because of all the "parties" that arrived, but we were literally the first ones there (right when they opened), and because we were sitting by the entrance, we were able to see when the other parties arrived, and they didn't arrive until around noon. She also said that she didn't expect people to come in because yesterday was Mother's Day and figured people had spent their money. (Seriously??? Lol. People still need to eat). That was my first time there, and I will have to say, the food was great, but it will be my last time there. Her apology was appreciated but she wouldn't have had to give one, if she would have kept her exclamation to herself. As a manager, she is more than just someone telling people what to do, she should be knowledgeable and experienced at the other positions (ie a server) so in the event she is short, she can step up and step in and lead the charge vice ranting to the customer, and placing blame on them. read more

The jambalaya was excellent as well as the pizza. The fries were cold and not fully cooked. The blonde haired waitress was rude, let the drinks dry in the well and had a bad attitude. If I could give this place a no star rating I would. One of the worst experiences I've had. We took our mother to Maggie McFly's for Mother's Day dinner on Saturday to beat the crowds. We were having a pleasant time or so we thought. Our waiter Brandon seem to be a little irritated at the fact that we had to ask for water a few times. This is just because he took our mother's empty glass and forgot to bring her a new glass of water. We didn't think much of it. Things happen. However, when it came time to pay for our tickets, he simply came back to our table shouting that 3 of our cards had declined. Which was a mistake on his part after we each checked our bank accounts and saw this wasn't an issue. We noticed that he kept walking away from us mid sentence when speaking with him. At that point we asked for a manager. The manager would not listen to our concern about him. Brandon then came back to our table with our now magically working cards and when my mother tried to speak with him he tried walking away again. She then stopped him and he thought to tell her that we had been rude to him the entire time and that she was not going to continue. Big shock to us because this was not the case at all. The way he spoke to customers in front of his manager was a cause for concern! The manager, Missy told my mother she then had to leave that she wasn't going to hear another word about it. She then turned around to the tables behind us and apologized for our behavior and not of her waiter. It was completely unacceptable and outrageous! I stopped her mid apology and told her that she was in the wrong. Her waiter was in the wrong. This isn't how people should be treated. We've been nothing but nice to the man. He's the one that turned this ugly. I've played this whole situation over and over in my head and for the life of me, cannot figure out why he got upset with us. If you were to get upset because we had asked for her water a few times to remind you that she was out and had been out for some time (we're talking way over 20 mins with nothing to drink) then maybe the service world isn't for you! For management to not listen to you and clearly see how her wait staff treated us and then to apologize for us was appalling. I will never set my foot into this establishment again. I will let everyone I know, to not entertain the thought of eating here. If that's how you treat your guest then you shouldn't have any! This was the worst Mother's Day Dinner and it's all thanks to Brandon and Missy! read more

First time attending the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon and got bad service in getting our table when the place was empty. We order from menu which had a set price for a meal at $15.99 and when we got the bill it was $22.98. After we had finished the meal they mentioned it was more due to addition of grilled chicken to the pasta. This was unprofessional and just very bad business. Decide to give Maggie McFly's a try via Grubhub tonight. Ordered the blue cheese burger medium. It was cooked perfect. Loaded with blue cheese and bacon and was absolutely delicious. Got a side salad to try to be at least a little healthy. Most of the time a side salad is and afterthought but this was super fresh and yummy. Homemade balsamic vinaigrette was awesome. There are so many qualities of this restaurant that I enjoy. It's has a large variety of seating options you can choose from; bar, booth, table, outside, and in the back near the bathrooms they have a small room with tables if you didn't feel like being in the main area with a lot of people. It can get noisy. There is music and tv's and the restaurant can hold a lot of people. I found my new favorite drink. Deep Eddy lemon vodka with soda and some lemon and lime wedges. It was there during happy hour but decided to pass on the specials and order and entree at first. The menu has the variety of a cookbook. The only other place I've seen a menu to big is Cheesecake Factory. Here's why it's better than CF, they take pride is sourcing as much food as they can locally. Everything is made well and not prepared in advance so it's fresh. I wasn't expecting an American restaurant to be able to do a curry so well but they did. My meal was so flavorful and perfectly prepared I couldn't help but to eat every last bite. This place also appeals to military families (discounts on certain days) and children in general. I've been here twice and many people even bring their babies. There is enough room to find a parking spot for a stroller or pull up a high chair without getting in the way. If your baby got a little fussy and made some noise, hardly anyone would notice because it's not a quiet place. They sell stuffed animals but they are set up high so they aren't right in your kid's face when you walk in. If you didn't point them out to your child, they may not even notice them. There is a large variety of beer, wine, and liquor. The service has been good both times I've been there. The worst thing about this restaurant is having to narrow down your options but the plus side is, there is no wrong decision! read more

Interesting place. I went there for lunch few times. Price is right, location is great. Menu has a lot to offer from lunch specials to an executive offers. Transitional decor is definitely a plus. Nice music. As far as food I do love nice presentation and food was delicious also. I have only few reasons for giving a 4 stars. When I walked in there was no hostess available for an about a minute or two. I had to wait for someone to greet me. Which happened both times. I believe that hostess is an essential attribute to any restaurant business. And my second but a little critique is that menu just overly sized. Visiting from out of town and a relative took me to this amazing restaurant. I was treated very well by the server. The restaurant was presentable and had an impressive menu. We ordered the coconut salmon which was my favorite pick. The salmon was fresh, perfectly cooked, and with immense flavors We also had an order of chicken and waffles, which was delicious as well but be mindful its a dense meal. I've been to Maggie McFly's a few times but I've felt like the quality of the food isn't as good as it first opened. First of all, their menu is MASSIVE and it's so hard to narrow down what to get. I like that they do salad/sandwich combos for lunch. For dinner, I opted for half a pizza/salad combo and chose the fresh burratta and portabella pizza (take note that this pizza is $4.99 extra, written in tiny print underneath the combo) and a caesar salad. Both were okay, but nothing I would want to come back for. My boyfriend tried the ahi-tuna nachos, and the tuna did not look good. The flavor of everything else was good, but the tuna was definitely not appealing. On top of that, the service was not great. There were only two of us, and there was a table of about 6 people next to us who ALL got their food before us, and we ordered before they did. I think this restaurant needs some major improvements before I would come back. read more

I have visited this restaurant twice now. The first was a month or so after it opened and the most recent last weekend. The original visit was during the afternoon on the weekend with my wife. The seating reservation process proved useless as when we came in to be seated we had to wait a bit longer and had groups show up and sit before us. Your results may very, but I think it is a waste of time. I had the garbage burger and my wife had the stuff shrimp. I enjoyed my burger though my wife said her shrimp left something to be desired. They did not seem terribly fresh. The second visit we came with friends and our kids. This time I ordered their beer battered chicken strips and and the wife ordered a crispy chicken salad. We had an appetizer of the fried crab puffs. Our friends ordered burgers, calamari, and chicken strips for their son. I enjoyed the strips though I could not notice the O'Connor's they said they used for the batter. My wife enjoyed her salad, but our friends said that their burgers were only "OK". I will say that for the price you get large portions. In fact the kids meal that came out would probably satisfy me. The atmosphere and menu feels like a jazzed up version of Cheesecake Factory if you are familiar with that. Service varies with out waiter the second visit being MIA most of our meal. Didn't even finish my food. I understand there are some inherent risks with take out and the food losing some of its flair that you get when its brought right to your table but the food was still hot so I'm not even sure this was the issue. I got The Pilgrim which is a turkey sandwich with stuffing and cranberry sauce with gravy on the side. This is similar to a gobbler which is one of my favorite sandwiches from delis up north (and of course wawa) so I was excited. They forgot my gravy which was just not a great start at all. The turkey was dry and everything else was just mushy. Even the fries were soggy. Ate half of it to give it a fair shake but just ended up giving up and eating beer jerky at my desk. This was my first time here and maybe they have things they do well but I don't think I'll have a reason to try it again. read more

My husband and I have been here a few times now & the service is genuinely 5-star each and every time. Food is consistently good. The general ambiance and decor is fantastic for large groups & plenty of private options for couples and small groups as well. The bar is amazing. 4 stars because it's a little bit dirty. BBQ chicken pizza is very tasty, everything I have tried here, I have been very pleased with.

First things first! They have a huge menu...well at least the presentation of it makes it seem a little overwhelming but the menu has some good options at decent prices ( I'm not a "take a picture before you eat" person sorry ). I ordered the crispy chicken costoletta. It was very tasty. My favorite part about the dish was the lemon sauce served with it (Beyonce is life lol but no I love the scent and flavor of lemon) went really well with the mashed potatoes served on the side. The chicken was a good portion. I believe i ordered off their lunch menu but still a good portion. I would recommend going here to try more of the items on their very vaaasst menu ! read more

This is my first time here. My first order at a new brew pub will almost always be their pretzel and best beer. Their best local beer is Hoptopus by Reaver Beach, IMO. The pretzel is like a hard, stale 7-11 or other gas station pretzel with almost no salt and accompanying gas station nacho cheese dip along with some mystery zippy sauce that's not terrible but I can't place it. Nice place to eat. I like the atmosphere. Parking is a little difficult as it is attached to the mall, but all in all I had a good time.

We have been here a couple times and both times food is great. Nice portions and a HUGE menu selection. You name it they probably have it! Kids had chicken strips and fries and loved them--they are connoisseurs so they must be great. Hubby had fish and chips and he was quite satisfied. Prices won't kill your pockets either.
