On my first visit, I had problems. The manager reached out to me and my wife and I decided to give it another try. We ate there tonight. When we walked in the place was very clean but since it was a Wednesday night, it was not very busy. We waited a few min to be seated. We asked for a seat away from the door which was accommodated. With me being on a diet, I asked the waiter for his opinion on what was on the menu that was not chicken. The waiter was very knowledgeable of the menu and what was on it and how it was prepared. He suggested the Bourbon Glazed Salmon. I asked about the Tuna and he said he'd stand by the Salmon. I ordered that and substituted the mashed potatoes with broccoli. The food was brought to the table very hot and good. My wife got the grilled chicken which was also very good, it made me almost wish I had ordered that. The Salmon won out though. When you go, be prepared to read a long menu but it is well broken in sections and well laid out. The beer selection had a wide verity including local and domestic craft beers. They had a good cocktail and wine selection as well. The desert section looked fabulous but being on a diet all I could do was drool. We will go back here. The customer service was great and they were very attentive to our needs. My tea was refilled almost as soon as it was empty. The waiter asked us if everything looked ok and the manager came to the table as well to make sure we were happy. I'm positive the manager didn't tell the staff to make sure we got good service because my wife and I just decided tonight at the last minute to go there and didn't tell anyone there that we were reevaluating the place. read more

Maggie McFly's is a great place to eat at if everyone doesn't agree on what to eat. The menu here is a thick booklet with everything from, sandwiches, burgers, pastas, pizzas, steaks, seafood, poultry dishes, and appetizers. This place has it all, and the menu is always rotating. I would compare the menu as a mix of Yardhouse and the Cheesecake Factory. There is a huge selection of draft beers on tap, and a large list of drinks. I have been wanting to visit Maggie McFly's ever since they started building it. It's a totally new restaurant that I have never heard. The moment came when I gathered up some people to check this place out. After a long look of the menu, we ordered the soft pretzel appetizer, and my vegan friend ordered the vegan Mediterranean ravioli, his vegan and gluten free son ordered a veggie pizza, my sister ordered the bang bang shrimp, and I ordered a hot beef French Dip sandwich with swiss cheese. All of the food came out hot and fresh and there were clean plate all around. The vegan ravioli is something I would order, and I love meat, it was that good. My sister liked the shrimp but didn't love it. And I loved my dip sandwich. The au jus was perfectly seasoned, and savory I ordered another cup of it so I could dip liberally. The service was ok. I felt they might have been understaffed. But it didn't ruin our meals at all. I would love to have another go at the behemoth of a menu they offer so I'll be coming back to try out more food and the happy hour that they offer. Definitely give this place a try if you can't decide what you want to eat, because Maggie McFly's has all of the options! read more

I see that this place has good reviews but today I will give it a ZERO. I came in with my kid at 5:40 pm and waited until 7 o'clock. All we got is water from the hostess not even our waitress!!! Everytime I go here it's the same experience. You wait forever for a drink wiggle the bartenders and servers are sitting around on their phones and talking. I used to be a server for a long time and that's just not the way you want to make money. It's a shame because the food is really good but the service is terrible. I've came here before and gotten served my food before my drink. I've given this place too many chances but dining in just isn't worth it. You want the food? I truly enjoyed this place! We sat at the bar for their happy hour and our bartenders were wonderful! I was able to try a beer that they thought I'd like ( i only like cider). They are so knowledgeable and i trusted them with choosing my drinks. I tried the rum punch and it was amazing!!! One was more than enough for me! Also, the food is awesome, the she crab soup, the egg rolls and the fries with the honey mustard bbq sauce were really good. Greasy, boring, uninspired food. Don't bother coming in here. Also the menu is 20 pages long, quality or quantity is not their thing. Ordered a pulled pork sandwich I got lucky to find on their menu, bun fell apart when I touched it, no silver ware or napkin also it was cold. My friend ordered a sandwich as well, wet, soggy, soup was okay. They do good with things that are liquids but that's it. They even tried to charge us and additional 12 dollars on our check luckily were white as hell and checked it twice and found out it was wrong. What a great find! We discovered Maggie McFlys today! Our server Anthony was wonderful. He took such good care of us and wanted us to have a good experience. Cocktails were spot on. Food amazingly fresh and healthy. I love the free range and grass fed options. We had Ahi tuna nachos. We took home California Turkey Burger and Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl. So good! Our server Destiny was fantastic. The menu has so many choices and all of the food is delicious, especially the chicken madiera.

I wasn't sure about this about first but once our food arrived my opinion had been swayed. Our service was fast and catered to us in a timely manner. I had their Bacon Cheeseburger which was cooked just as I asked and the side of fries was bountiful and salted perfectly. Ordered our app and got told 10 minutes later that they were out of calamari. Ordered the steak skewers instead. $14 for three small servings of steak, totally not worth it. Then we ordered entrees, my gf got the lobster mac and i got the fish n chips. Told 10 minutes after ordering that they were out of lobster, so she got bland a$$ shrimp instead. Had such an excellent experience at this Irish restaurant today here with my sister for lunch.Greeted and was seated right away.We were so amazed by the menu,pretty much a book! Offered so many selections from appetizers,drinks,burgers,pizza,pasta,burgers,dessert,and much more! My sister and I ordered the appetizer tower which was 3 appetizers for about $15 which was a good deal for how much you pay for one or two! Came with the tex mex egg rolls,wings,and spinach artichoke dip which were all delicious...the tex mex egg rolls were my favorite!! That's was enough to make both of us full! We ordered off the lunch menu and we both got some pasta.I ordered the shrimp scampi & my sister ordered the Louisiana chicken.The shrimp scampi had great flavor,the ingredients were executed well and the pasta was cooked perfectly.The Louisiana chicken my sister got was good too! The chicken was cooked well,the pasta was perfectly cooked and had a great soft texture to it and the flavors were balanced well.Since we ordered the appetizer tower and both our entree were huge portions we had to take it to go! Our server was nice/friendly and was patient with us as well since we were having trouble deciding from the large menu! My family and I went here for dinner. It was delicious! My kids had a pizza and macaroni and cheese. The pizza was huge! My husband had the lobster roll and I had a chicken quesadilla. The guacamole is awesome and the fries are good too. The menu was very extensive, with something for everyone. It was reasonably priced and the service was great. Waited 30 mins for before our food arrived. Tasted so plain, my daughter's chicken wings were dry like they were re-heated, side veggies were dry too, like they are recycled. Tried their "New" Crispy Fish sandwich was soggy, greasy and bland. I asked for ketchup for my onion rings, had to wait another 15mins. And the restaurant is not even busy. The layout is very fancy and beautiful which I love! I was definitely overwhelmed with the amount of food options they offered but my waitress had many good suggestions to share. Tons of options!! Definitely need to work on the staff with the cook yelling in the back at the server. Staff doesn't seem to friendly with one of the severs saying "why do people keep coming in" to the other staff. But I definitely liked the items on the menu. Alittle disappointed, order the garbage burger with the gluten free bun, server cam back and apologized they were out of gluten free buns, ok no big deal, so he suggested to get it with a lettuce wrap so I did. When I received my burger there was 2 small lettuce pieces on it as a wrap. Needless to say I had to eat it with a knife and fork. We got nachos, fried avocado (his favorite), cup of chili (my favorite!) and burger bites. YUM! All $4 each at the bar. DRINKS- happy hour! I got an electric peach punch. LOVE IT! Came with a cool ice cube. Also, drink is $3 off! He got a locally brewed beer. $2 off! SERVICE- QUICK AND FRIENDLY! Do I have to say more? LOCAL- they proudly support local farmers and brewers. I can't express how disappointed I am with this restaurant. I was so excited about the local foods and the huge variety of things on the menu, that after I had a bad first experience, I went again a year or so later hoping that things would have improved. The staff is poor and completely unmotivated, a table sat dirty next to us for over two hours while multiple employees walked past it, it took an outrageously long time for us to get our food both times, and the place is really dirty. The first time I visited the food was really good so it made up for the long wait, but the second time we visited and waited two hours for our food, we were extremely letdown because our food was cold, soggy, and gross. I was spending the day with my son and we were looking for a place to eat. He wanted a burger, so we asked to look at a menu before we were seated and saw that they did have burgers on the menu. We sat, ordered drinks. When the waitress came to take our order, my son started to order his burger, but was stopped for the waitress to tell us that the griddle was not working. No burgers offered today. She apologized and said that was the only thing not available (though a big on for us). We needed more time to make another decision. He ended up with the tortellini and I with the crispy shrimp salad. When the salad came, it was without avocados(which is one of the reasons I was drawn to the salad). When I inquired about this, the waitress said that they didn't have any avocados and once again apologized. Ugh. She offered guacamole, but it was brown and unappetizing. Later, the manager made her rounds and asked us about our meal. I explained our issues. She stated that the grill would be repaired tomorrow and they did in fact have avocados, but they were not ripe and no-one wants to eat unripe avocados. Really? That's your answer? She really could care less about the quality of the meal. She wanted to only hear compliments. I paid for a complete meal, not an incomplete meal. read more

Went here for the second time today and should have learned our lesson the first time. I would give this glorified pub -5 stars if I could. First experience we had a human snail for a waiter. Could have drabk from open to close and not have got a buzz as our waiter moved as a 105 year old cripple. Second experience today was not vastly different. Ordered some apps, caeser salad, french onion soup, eggplant fries and a burger medium. Took 15mins for my girlfriends salad, was told the soup was being made. So apparently they make each cup of french onion soup fresh to order, so be prepared when ordering this WORLD FAMOUS french onion soup, to have ate something from the food court at the mall beforehand. Mind you, there is a chef carefully cutting onions into .1mm slices to give you that $4 french onion experience, in the kitchen. We contemplated asking if we could go give him a kiss on the hand after we sampled this fine dish. I knew it was a mistake but I felt like living dangerously and ordered a burger. Medium so I expected atleast medium well. Chef out did us again, it was not well done but well well done, a real masterpiece. Luckily our bartender (the sloth) vanished thankfully and a girl took over and comped my burger which is the only thing positive about this large useless turd factory. If you are the kind of person who enjoys spending your sundays watching the slowest humans serve, burnt food, and a menu that rivals cheesecakes in length, this is the place to go Ps I wrote this review quicker than we were seated read more
