My review it's not about the machines or the service that other employees offer in this location. It's about one person in particular. I think her name is Estela. She's so rude to people especially when they are in there with children. I myself have been treated so rudely by her. She doesn't have an idea of what "costumer service" means. I always do my laundry here. The staff is very friendly and they always make sure that you have anything you need. It makes it a lot easier to wash as well because you don't need quarters you load money onto your laundry card and then you're ready to go. The coolest thing about this laundromat is that you also can use your laundry card to purchase snacks and drinks (very helpful if you want something to munch on but don't have cash for the vending machine). The prices might seem like they are high but they actually are very cheap. For example, the 8x load is 7.39 for the warm wash which is only 92¢ per load. Great deal you're getting here. Also, they renovated and their new washers and dryers are amazing. With just 1 dry cycle on high everything is perfectly dry. No damp clothes anymore woo. read more

So the laundromat is under new ownership and they redid everything. The washers and dryers are very effective and efficient. I now get everything washed and dried faster than ever and since using the new machines I haven't had any scorching, even the delicates are safe :) Some days it's not as clean as others but oh well. There's plenty of space for folding and for just sitting around. They've got big TVs to watch and vending machines. Occasionally they'll have half off promotions and they do a monthly raffle where people win free fluff and fold services or laundry credit. I've heard some people say it's kind of expensive, but I don't think it's too bad, especially for how well the machines work. I think they're open from 6am-10pm. Last wash is at 8:30. If you add $10 or $20 to your card at once you get a $1 or $2 bonus. read more

I loved this laundromat the first time I tried it because it is clean, organized, modern, and full of effective washers. On my second visit though, there was bleach in the washer that I put my clothes in. Since the bleach-loading section is at the top of the washer there was no way I could've seen it. And most of my load was ruined from the wash! I have never experienced a problem like this at a laundromat and this issue could have been prevented if staff checked the machines more often. I do have to say that the staff I did see there was extremely friendly and helpful but surveillance of issues like this should be of utmost importance. read more

I recently discovered this Laundromat and now it is my go to Laundromat. It is clean, smells great, and with friendly service from the attendants. The machines wash very well and the dryers dry FAST, so watch out for that, since I shrunk my sweater :( Just used to slow dryers. Magic Laundry has had a complete remodel since I first started coming here. In addition to the coinless system, all washers and dryers have been upgraded to Electrolux high capacity machines. There are still plenty of machines to use and places to sit and wait. Even the vending machines accept laundry card as payment. You also get $1 extra for every $10 you load and also $1 for registering your laundry card. One of these days I'm going to try their drop off service. read more

This is my first time using a laundromat in a while. I found Magic Laundry on Yelp and was glad to find it. The facilities are very clean and they have wonderful machines. I washed and dried a comforter and duvet cover in less than an hour, for less than $10.00. The attendant Paula was extremely friendly and showed me how to use the machines. I have been washing here for years and besides the fact that half of their washers and dryers dont work the attendandts are rude they lock the doors leave the building and dont let customers use the restroom when the manager is not around they dont let people use the restrooms bcuz the lady said people make to much mess. My Child has Peed on himself twice because the attendant acts dumb and says she lost the keys or she doesnt open the doors right away. I only give them one star bcuz they are next door to TacoBell but besides that Very rude customer service and no restrooms available for families. read more

We come to this Laundry Mat a few times a week. The cleanest spot in the neighborhood. The machines are new and always clean. It's always busy and like the ladies who work here but Kudos to this one lady Rocio! From the moment we load our machines and all the way until we done folding our clothes, Rocio is cleaning and detailing the windows scraping the gritty stuff off with a razor blade. Let me start by saying management here is very rude,disrespectful and if you're not a Spanish speaker they don't have no idea what you are talking about. I came here to wash today and I noticed at the end of my wash that the soap I put into the machine after reading the instructions on the washer did not dispense into the machine. I called over the manager to tell him the problem and he told me I didn't know what I was doing with the machine. I had to argue with the man and had to make him read the instructions on the machine. After reading he told me he don't know why the instructions says that and proceeded to tell me I'm doing it the wrong way. He told me it was no way I could get another wash and the only solution he had was for me to call a number. I am leaving today with my clothes unwashed and my soap still inside the machines. This is very bad business and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. read more

After 12 years of loyalty, I finally quit using this laundromat when they installed their fancy new machines. I happened to do my laundry there on the day they were installing the new machines (this happened several months ago). The washers were incredibly hard on my clothes, even on "delicate cycle," and two of my dresses were damaged (hems pulled out, fasteners yanked off) and two more were totally ruined (literally torn apart at the seams). The attendant told me to write a note to the mgmt, which I did, and she took a couple photos on her camera and said she'd show them to the owner. I never heard from anyone. I was able to have a tailor fix two of the damaged garments but the other two were beyond repair -- well over $250 down the Magic Laundry drain. I hope they've adjusted their machines to be less violent by now, but I'm still not going back after the total lack of customer care. The only thing I miss is the taco place next door. read more

Tonight I went into Magic Laundry to wash. I checked online to see what time it closed, and it said 10pm. I go in at 9pm and AFTER loading my one and only basket of clothes into the washer I then walk to check my balance on my card and add more. I walk back over to the washer and I hear a lady speak but wasn't sure what she said. She then says "you're going to wash?" I replied yes. She then tells me I can't wash with an attitude. Not knowing who in the world she was, I was confused. She tells me after 8:30pm washers are off limits. I then understood she worked there. I told her online it says they close at 10pm and she repeats after 8:30pm we can't wash. I then look at the time (it's 9:15 now) and ask if I could just wash my clothes that were already in the washer, knowing it would take only about 27min, and I would take my wet clothes as is because I have a dryer at home. She litteraly nodded and gave me a "I don't care" expression. VERY rude. I understand that they have rules to go by, I respect that but the fact that I was in there for about 10-15min and then some woman comes at me very rudely telling me I can't wash, to leave, was very frustrating. read more
