When I explained my situation, Mike (the owner) personally squeezed me into his already busy schedule for the very next day -- even driving out of his way to my home in Sandy. The technicians arrived right on schedule. They were extremely courteous and I asked them to explain the process before they began. The cleaning was thorough as they meticulously went through each vent and the main duct system. As expected there was a slight smell when starting the furnace back up (not dissimilar to how it might smell after being off all summer) but that cleared up quickly. We haven't had them cleaned in the 12 years we've been here (I know, I know...) but I really expected them to be worse. They even replaced the filters on the furnace (I provided them). The pricing was reasonable and comparable to similar services. It took about 3 hours for a 3k sq ft house. We also had them clean out the dryer vent.
