Pool is nice, needed a cleaning after the hella windy day blew debris in it nonstop. Life guards were attentive. Spa level had the kids arcade, bowling alley, shops and white rabbit theatre. So much to do. Housekeeping was very short staffed, our room wasn't able to be cleaned daily, needed to call for towels etc. Valet is busy as hell too. Takes 10-15 minutes to drop your car and 20-30 to get it back.

To their credit, they arranged accommodations at another hotel, although it was not comparable to the one we had reserved. Wanting to give them another opportunity, we booked another stay this year. Unfortunately, the experience was even more disappointing. Our check-in was delayed until 5:00 p.m. because the room was not ready, despite the advertised 4:00 p.m. check-in time. Once we entered the room, we discovered the air conditioning was not functioning properly and the desk lamp was broken. We called for assistance at approximately 5:30 p.m. and again at 8:30 p.m. after no one responded. Someone finally arrived around 11:00 p.m., after we had already gone to bed. The lamp was replaced, but the air conditioning was never addressed during that visit. The following morning, we discovered the bathroom floor was soaked due to a leaking toilet. Maintenance confirmed the issue, placed towels on the floor, and returned later to repair it. During that visit, they were also able to fix the air conditioning. Later that morning, we found that one of the mugs in our room had not been properly cleaned. While this would normally be a minor issue, it became part of a pattern of poor housekeeping and maintenance. When we returned to our room that evening, we found another leak--this time water was coming from the ceiling. To make matters worse, my friend discovered blood stains on her comforter that had been concealed beneath the sheet. When we reported these issues to the front desk, there appeared to be no record of our previous maintenance requests or completed service calls, which was extremely concerning. A manager later offered us a $100 dining credit. While I appreciate the acknowledgment, I do not believe it adequately reflected the extent of the problems we encountered throughout our stay. Grand Sierra positions itself as one of Reno's premier hotels, and with that reputation comes an expectation of quality, cleanliness, and responsive service. Unfortunately, our experience fell well below those expectations. I hope management takes these concerns seriously because guests should not experience repeated maintenance failures, cleanliness issues, and communication breakdowns during what is supposed to be a relaxing stay.

They loved all the arcade & video games, especially Minecraft. The ticket redemption counter has a good selection of prizes. The tumble town area is a nice large climbing structure with slides, a bounce house and smaller toddler area. Perfect for little kids. The staff were all really friendly and nice. We ended up with some late nights playing until the arcade closed & resort security were a nice presence in the hallways, always had their eye out for the little kids making sure they had caregivers with them. My boys also enjoyed the GSR pool which is huge with lots of shallow areas on the perimeter.

At the end we also got to pick out prizes and everyone had 500 tickets to choose something. It was so much fun for my kids and we will definitely be back!

You can earn a diamond elite card at Ceasars by just playing poker. You can earn other high player cards at all the other casino poker rooms. GSR poker need to give the players at least 35 tier points per hour of play to get anyone to play there. Remember, poker players bring their wife's, family and friends with them who play the slots. The residual value of poker players is rarely counted.

I've given this place too many chances to redeem themselves but I always walk out of here irritated. Every machine is the same thing: win slightly less than you're betting to chase a dragon that does not exist. Food is notably priced but again that's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. It felt like a mix of dancing, Pilates, yoga, and anger management. Perfect for all able bodies, and in my opinion, a great way to break out of one's shell to build confidence with their body. After the powerful yoga session, we were able to enjoy a peaceful sound bath given by Tatiana. The sound bath allowed us to go on a deep journey within, something we all need to do more often with this crazy world around us. Two of our friends had taken lessons here for theirs and gave us a gift certificate for two 20 minute lessons here. When we came for our first lesson, we were greeted enthusiastically by Corina and Aiden. They were very professional and fun. And at the end, they sit down with you to give feedback as well. We enjoyed our mini lesson but the only thing that kept us from coming back for the rest of our lessons is the cost of their packages. They were double our budget. If you have time for group classes and are here just to dance - then the packages might not be too unreasonable but since we only needed some guidance for an event, we couldn't justify spending a few hundred for a couple lessons.
