We ordered a small cheese pizza, a medium sausage and mushroom pizza, the pesto breadsticks and a side of ranch. Total came to almost $57. Delivery was supposed to be 45-55 minutes. Over 120 minutes later our order was delivered. Pizzas were cold. Almost no sauce and crust was tough. Pesto breadsticks sticks were burnt and cold. Completely hard and not edible. No ranch. Be VERY careful when ordering a sandwich and examine it before accepting. My last order was the chicken parmesan sub. Website picture shows large breaded pieces of chicken breast. Actual chicken used, not breaded and cut into small cubes. Way too much bread for what little chicken was provided. Price advertised $7.45, but was charged $11. Sandwich was burnt - black all the way around the sides - and both top/bottom were hard. I placed an online order, about 2 hours ahead of time. I was excited to try this place! When pulling up to the building, it looks pretty scary from the outside! But the service of the staff there were so generous and kind! We arrived a few minutes before our scheduled pick up time and they let us know it would be a couple more minutes. It was ready exactly at 4:45pm! I was both surprised, and excited knowing my food wasn't sitting there since I pre-ordered it prior. We ordered the Roma pizza, delicious! They gave us 4 sides of ranch and were sure to include red pepper flakes and parm. We also ordered a 1/2 caesar salad, which was enough to feed 4! We were huge fans of the salad, though partially because we were full from the pizza. It's a hole in the wall kind of pizza place, I was going to get gas and kinda hungry when I saw the place. I decided to try it out and get a meat lovers pizza. The small was 10 inches and it cost 16 dollars. When I got home to eat it, I discovered that it needed to be cooked a little more to be more crispy. I honestly felt that Domino's would have been more value and tastier than the pizza I recieved. There were a few tables in the pizza place but no chairs so it's not really a sit down kind of place. I'm bummed to write this after having had a good experience with them the first time I ordered. The second time I ordered, it was for delivery and just before their closing time. My card was charged. The food never came, and I called and emailed them, but nobody was able to take my call/respond to my message - which I honestly felt was totally understandable. The issue was when I called the next day. They told me that I ordered too late, and when I asked if I could either get the food I'd ordered or a refund, the man I was speaking to said, "I don't know man, you can't order at that time." I politely pushed back on this and he told me there was nothing he could do. I asked if I could call back later and speak with somebody else, and he hung up on me. I called back a few more times with no answer, and on the fourth or so call, he answered and angrily yelled, "Stop calling! You're not ordering anything!" Emailed/messaged through the website and got no response. Still no refund or any of the pizza I ordered which totaled about $50. I hate to leave negative reviews, but in this case I felt it was warranted - they genuinely ripped me off. My recommendation is not to trust this company because it seems that if something goes wrong, they'll do nothing to remedy the situation and will make you feel as though you are in the wrong. read more

Their pizza is so good!!! But they are not great for delivery. They makes mistakes on almost EVERY order. I order from Them a couple times a month and one time they send soda instead of juice, today they put jalapeños on the whole pizza verses just the half we ordered it on.... Making it inedible for me. This place is a clown show. Their website advertises 45 minute delivery. After 90 minutes of not receiving my order, I called to check the status. The guy who answered asked me what I ordered. I started to give him my order # and he said "no, no, no, I don't know order numbers, what did you order?", and then his phone connection crapped out. There menu is a bit daunting, in that it is more like a novel than a menu. We had our sights set on pizza so we ignored the subs, calzones, pastas and subs. I'd like to return to try some of their other dishes but this night was pizza night. One thing that jumped out at me was that there weren't two or three veggie choices but seven. Yup, you heard that right, the represent for us vegetarians. We chose the Venice, chewy pie with basil pesto, sun-dried toms, artichoke hearts (tiny slivers) olives, ricotta and mozzarella. The top was browned beautifully and the flavors were a perfect combo of creamy, salty and tart. The price for a large pie was $30, so it's not cheap but it was reasonable in these pricey times. Their pizza is good. I have been ordering from here for a couple years now. They have great options and good quality ingredients. I have always been happy with the pizza and service. This last visit, the man at the counter was rude to me. Each customer in there and getting served besides myself was a man, and I was the only woman. I also happened to be the only non-white customer. I can't help but feel I was treated rudely because I am a woman or because of my ethnicity. It's sad to get this treatment. Their food is good but I will not be ordering from them again anytime soon. The employee also was not wearing a mask. I know it's not a mandate now, but all customers were wearing masks. Let me be straight: I don't normally write reviews. But this place is my absolute GO TO for clutch, late night, delicious pizza and other Italian food. I'll get straight to the point - the pizzas are absolutely delish. Topped heavy with cheese, meat, and veggies, they're exactly what you need on a Friday, or late night delivery after a night out. And the sandwiches, wings, and Italian dishes - all fire. I live close by and I've had almost everything on the menu. Let's be clear, you're not getting fancy food. Honestly, I love their food, that's not the issue. It's the attention to detail, or lack thereof. This is the third time we ordered something and an item we paid for was not in the order. The last 2 times it was salads (minimal), today- meatballs (also minimal but what the hell). How do you charge $2.50 to add on meatballs and then not include them? Last couple times they forgot something we got a text asking how our service/delivery was and we explained that items were missing. We got an 'im sorry! We'll come back with the missing items'-- spoiler alert, they never showed. We didn't even bother complaining this time, because if history taught us anything, it's that we'd never see those meatballs. We've been ordering from here for the better part of 2 years. Reason I'm giving this 3 stars is 1.) False advertisement; on Grubhub it's called Subs & Wraps. I tried putting in a review on there but it wouldn't let me, hmm, I wonder why. They need to add that to their sign so they're easy to find. I called and the guy told me the food mart at the gas station, he could've said the pizza place within the gas station. 2.) I wrote simple instructions on my order stating I'll take any cheese but American or Swiss. Ok maybe I should've put no in front of American & Swiss. They didn't have my order ready due to this confusion. I also ordered a side of Pidde to try something new and didn't get my side. 3.) I witnessed a guy working telling a customer "I don't care what you want". I get that they were busy and stressed out and obviously short staffed but you can't be talking to customers like that. That's just poor business tactics. So the 3 stars are for the wrap I ordered and carrot cake. Both tasted amazing. The food was excellent. I really want to leave you guys a good review, I really do, especially since you guys make great pizza. But unfortunately the service that I got on my last order was not as pleasant. You give out menus in the mail that have coupons in them and one of the coupons was for a half salad with any order of large or extra large pizza. I ordered an extra large pizza and said that I had a coupon for that free salad. There was nothing said over the phone whether or not I should say the coupon code or hand the driver the coupon but when the driver showed up to deliver the pizza there was no salad. I called the restaurant directly to ask about the salad and they said there was no salad on the receipt on their end. I told him that I had ordered the salad with the pizza and that I had the coupon with me now and I can say the coupon code over the phone. The man on the other end of the phone simply just stated, "You have your order sir there is nothing more I can do for you now," at that point I hung up the call. I'm just disappointed because this is not what I was expecting. I love your guys's pizza, your service is usually wonderful, but this really doesn't make me feel good as a customer. Wow! Totally impressed with Magnolia Pizza! My wife and I recently ordered delivery from here in our first venture out into the non-gluten free world for over a year. We were blown away with how good the pizza and breadsticks were, the speed of delivery, and overall satisfaction. We ordered a large traditional crust pizza with sausage and mushrooms (one of our regular stand-by pizzas) and could've have been happier with it. The sausage pieces were meaty and lean, large chunks full of flavor, and packed over the whole pizza. The shrooms were also plentiful and great tasting. They definitely didn't scrimp on the toppings! Breadsticks too were great. Wonderful butter and parm flavors, that were soft and chewy. Making my mouth water now as I'm writing. The order was delivered super quick too . . . granted, we live less than a mile from the store, but still. On a busy evening during the dinner rush we didn't have to wait the typical 45 minutes to an hour for our food. Awesome! Will certainly order from Magnolia again. Ordered from Grubhub, where they go by "Wings 'n Pies Pizzeria." We got the meatballs, eggplant parm grinder, and Italian grinder. The menu on Grubhub says you get 3 meatballs, but I think there were twice that. Great! Except they were just ok. They weren't horrible, but weren't great, either. Maybe the leftovers will be better tomorrow after marinating in the fridge overnight - this is the case more often than you'd think! The eggplant parm grinder was really disappointing. There's no description on the Grubhub menu, but it's grilled eggplant with sliced tomatoes, ricotta, and a spoonful of marinara. Didn't care for it. The Italian grinder was the best item of the 3 we got, and I think the only one that had any description whatsoever so we would kind of know what we were getting, but still felt like it was missing something. Pepperoncinis, maybe? There was no option to add anything like that. The driver did not follow contact free instructions, but may have been with Grubhub and not the restaurant. read more
