Wow. I think I may have found my new favorite donut place. I stumbled upon it about 3 weeks ago and have been there twice already. The donuts are amazing and perfectly fluffy.. if that makes sense. Even on day 2 (at room temperature) there are amazing, not sure how it would be if they were refrigerated.. they would probably last more but we finished a dozen by day 2 lol. Absolutely delicious. I got the original glaze, chocolate glaze, maple and chocolate bar, and my son wanted the strawberry glazed with sprinkles. Came here on early Friday evening - with almost four hours to spare before they closed, I admit I wasn't expecting day old donuts. It wasn't bad, but you could tell from some of the dryness that the donuts weren't fresh either. There is plenty of variety left even at that hour and I imagine that they have more to offer if you come after they open. There are several refrigerated cases offering milk, water, soda and juice. Prices are fairly reasonable I imagine for the area - $1.00 to $1.25 per donut. Cash only, but there is an ATM conveniently located in the store. This location opens at 4:30 in the morning, closes at 9 in the evening - so it's open a little later than the location off University/Michelson. Parking is shared with the rest of the shopping plaza, and I never had issue finding parking right in front of the store despite the construction going on in the immediate vicinity. I'll stop by again when the donuts are fresher - a friend had picked up several boxes of donuts from here and when I had tried two of them then, they were among the best I had ever tasted - so I know this place can dish out decent donuts, but I guess only when they are relatively fresh. read more

I was sent a neighborhood coupon for this center and we're somewhat new to the area so I was so pleased to have a neighborhood donut store for my kids to grow up going to just like I did. The coupon stated 20% off a dozen donuts. My children, husband and I came in on mother's day and picked out a dozen. The sign stated $13.25/ dozen. So she rang us up and asked for $13.25. I handed her the coupon and she cancelled the transaction, opened the box and started ringing up each one individually to get the total higher so that after the 20% it would be only a .65 savings. I could not believe what was going on. This is exactly the type of short sighted lack of business acumen that I abhor. We were in so much shock that we paid it but I was irate and in retrospect we should've just walked out. I hope it was worth it to negate a $2.65 coupon and lose a bunch of business. I have since told everyone the story every time we drive past that store. I'm so disgusted with this poor, offensive, dreadful business practice. Never again. read more
