It is soft as freshly fallen snow and very tasteful, nothing at all like those old Slush Puppy syrups that make your teeth ache. Prices were fair for all of the items we looked at, and felt lower to us than other similar markets we've visited. Although I think that the Asian Market off of Elmwood might have lower prices on some items. In addition to the market, there is also a counter where you can order hot foods to eat there or take to go.
