The woman said she would be 30 minutes later. The cleaner arrived at 8:46. Not acceptable for a first time cleaning. 2. I was told 2 cleaners would be coming. When I asked where the second cleaner was I was informed she was on the train on her way over. Well the second cleaner never showed up. 3. I specifically asked for my floors to be mopped not swiftered. Well my screams showed the cleaner spraying some non- eco friendly spray 4 feet from the floor then using a swifter dry pad. 4. This was supposed to be a deep cleaning. As you can see by the photos this was far from a deep cleaning. I have no idea what the 1 cleaner was doing for 3 hours. See photos to document the shit service that was provided. The owner and her sidekick Jerry are a joke. The lack of professionalism and service was appalling. I had the same cleaning lady for 7yrs and never had an issue. My cleaning lady retired. I was searching for a new one and this is definitely not it! In response to the Legrandf reply. Who is flat out lying. 1. The cleaner was an hour late and didn't arrive until 8:46. The security cameras in my lobby and my apartment demonstrate the arrival time. Secondly my doorman and the superintendent were all in the lobby and called me when the cleaner arrived at 8:46am. The cleaner stated she had to drive around for parking for 20 minutes. So how do you explain security cameras and witnesses to the arrival time. 2. 'Unmentioned cats? Two cats is not unmentioned. If your cleaner was able to understand English she would have understood. Again another lie. 3. This one is laughable. I left the apartment once I instructed the cleaner in what to do. No one was harrassed and again security cameras in the apartment and my building demonstrate this lie. Keep it coming because as u told your 'manager' Jerry I contacted my attorney for false advertising and the lies. I also have pulled the phone calls from your cleaner that document they called to say they would be late. If your business was so good you wouldn't have to make up lies. I am disabled from an accident, and needed a deep clean. I also explained that am also extraordinarily allergic and sensitive to some sense and chemicals and require hypoallergenic products to be used in my home, and that anything that's chemical smelling needed to be avoided. He assured me that that would be the case, although it didn't turn out that way. I got the name from a Facebook group from the neighborhood, thinking I could trust that. Realizing now that it's a lot of nepotism that goes on in the group, so be it. I explained my situation to the owners son, he gave me a quote, which was much higher than the last deep clean that I had but I said I wanted to support community business. That was my bad. In addition to it being an expensive quote, he explained to me that in order for it to be done in a short period of time, so that I would not be displaced from my home for an extraordinarily long period of time, he would place three of his workers in My Home for two hours, which would equal six hours of work time in total. ?That's how we calculated the expensive cost. To include the windows, that would be the third person and that would be just to do five really small brownstone windows, which, I told him, when I used to do my own windows it didn't take an hour to do. Anyway , he also explained to me that if I didn't cancel within 48 hours that I would lose my full deposit. I explain to him that as a disabled person that anything could happen to me, and lo and behold, I had a gripping migraine the day of the service. So I had no other choice, but to sit out in the hallway with my migraine medication's and fingers crossed that I wouldn't end up on the floor. I waited patiently for the crew to get here and finish. I was sick as a dog, but I was then told to walk through the apartment before they clocked out; I could barely move at that point, but I walked through, and within the two minutes that I was with them the windows seem shiny because it was a bright day and that was about all I could take in and two minutes, the crew left and clocked out with the owner and said "the owner is going to call you in about five minutes. please pick up the phone so she can get your feedback". Cynthie called me, and it was right about the time that I did my own little walk-through without all the people around me and I started to notice things weren't quite right. I also noticed that the smell that was emanating into my lobby, where I was sitting, having a migraine, was actually coming from apartment, very strong smell, was making me sick to my stomach, etc. worsening my migraine.
