I even asked to speak with the manager about my concerns, but instead of addressing the issue, I was hung up on. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant. Good customer service is appreciated, but the food quality needs significant improvement.

I dropped into this hometown deli the other day - it's not far from my work, and I was completely impressed! I was in the mood for a good deli sandwich, and I was blown away by the menu! I ended up trying the Double Decker Club, with a side of pasta salad, and it hit the spot. And to top it off, their Coca-Colas are the Mexican Cokes in glass bottles made with real cane sugar! Just discovered this cozy friendly breakfast/lunch deli in downtown Buford. Food is made from scratch and awesome. We had the breakfast sandwiches and plan to return soon for their homemade soup and to try one of their meal entrees. Owner is very personable and will adapt to whatever you want, including gluten free sensitive. Pricing reasonable. Has that small town vibe we grew up with. Be warned they are not serving breakfast and they don't open until 10:30. Yelp is incorrect. We did end up waiting until they opened and the food was good. Since we were the first ones there, we saw a crowd come in after us. So seems like a popular place. Place was clean and felt like a small town deli. I would recommend. I am so sorry - I didn't take photos when I arrived home to see the beautiful array of food from Whistle Q. While I initially thought it was kind of expensive, when unboxing everything and seeing how far it all goes...it's not expensive for the quality or quantity. The sides are 8 oz cups fully packed - shareable when you have a variety. We bought ... - 3/4 lb beef brisket (beautiful bark - excellent flavor - perfect texture) - BBQ Pork sandwich which I thought was pricy for $17.
