We had a 7 hour drive home up over HWY 36 with a new horse in the trailer. Luckily I saw my temperature on my suburban rising before we even left town and went back to our hotel and parked. The wonderful manager of the hotel called Raul and he came out quick, saw my radiator was cracked and that I needed a new one. He found one and brought back his team and they were able to change it out with the new one right there in the parking lot with no added stress to our wild horse in the trailer. They were done in an hour and we were back on the road home. I can't express how much their kindness and quickness meant to us to get our new family member home safe. Somehow, Ford has dropped the ball on those two dealers. But Susanville Ford was friendly and helpful. A real person answered the phone, transferred my right away and I was never put on hold for more than a minute. That's rare these days. And when they made an understandable mistake, they made it right in a big way. I can't say enough about JP (service manager), Tristan (service rep) and Josh (mobile mechanic).
