I did my fire and ice session and knowing that a float session was not something I would enjoy, asked to redeem my float gift card for a fire and ice session. They are the same price, the only difference is that fire and ice is actually shorter. Well the owner would not let me trade the float session for a fire and ice session even though her employee told my wife it was fine. She told me I should just gift my gifted float session to someone else. This place already has our money and now I'm told to just give it away if I don't like it. Interesting way to do business, she could have let me exchange it the one time since we were told it was fine and then notified me of the policy going forward, then she would have kept me as a customer, but now I will not be back.
