Their coats are so soft, they smell fresh, and the doggy cologne plus paw/nose balm was such a nice touch. The staff said my boys were a little noisy (they love to talk to each other), but they still handled them with patience and care. You can tell they really know how to work with big, vocal dogs. The quality of the bath was honestly better than what I could manage at home right now especially with my allergies acting up and the price was super affordable for the level of service. My dogs look and feel great. Definitely coming back.

They make booking very easy with their website. You get to pick what service you want and what's included (ex: facial, nail trimming, etc.) their times are also very flexible and they are very accommodating. The one thing that blows my mind is how quick the service is. Other grooming services typically take 2hours but Suds N' Bones only take 45mins. I've gone 3 times and all times it's only taken 45 mins but the quality never falters. They do such a great job with my doggies and they come out content and happy, never anxious or scared that makes you worry about how they treat your dogs. I can tell all the workers here are skilled and caring.

The most we've ever had to wait is about 15 to 20 minutes. Today, was no different, walked in at 10:15a, let them know that we needed a nail trim, the associate said that the earliest they can get us in was not till 12 PM without an appointment. An appointment? I explained to them that in the five years we've been going to them for nail grinds (which is pretty frequent) we've never had to make an appointment. That's when she said that making appointment has always been in place. So, I walked out, came over to The Good Dog. The General Manager greeted us, even while working with another customer. Listening how he handled the other two customers in front of us (who appeared to be regulars) set the tone that this is a friendly place that we want to be a part of. You know, it's like "Cheers," you wanna go where everyone knows your name! Well, they were able to get us in right away. They advised we typically do not need to make an appointment for nail grind, but to simply call up to make sure they are not busy at the moment, otherwise can get in quickly. They told me she had been "wiggling a lot," gave me a cotton ball, and asked us to keep them updated. A cotton ball for an injury that ended up requiring stitches? That response did not reflect the seriousness of what happened. What I needed in that moment was a sincere apology, concern for my dog, and clear reassurance that they would take responsibility for her treatment. Instead, the explanation about her wiggling felt like they were putting the blame on her. Covering the expenses was the right thing to do, but it doesn't erase the injury or how upsetting their initial response was. This experience left me questioning the groomer's ability to handle a moving dog safely and the business's professionalism when something goes wrong. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business

The groomers name was Kaitlyn who did her and she did a great job. Very friendly, got Skye's undercoat out, and gave me a recommendation for which brush I should buy for inbetween grooms. This is definitely a great place and I highly recommend it for a professional groom or a self wash!
