On June 24th I emailed them to let them know I had not received my swimsuit, and that the tracking number showed that it was delivered to the incorrect city/ address. They replied, and told me they sent me the incorrect tracking number. Two days later on June 26th I finally received the swimsuit, but it was the wrong style and two sizes too small. So I emailed them again, and requested they send a return label for the swimsuit they incorrectly sent, and requested that they send the correct style, but asked they send it two sizes larger this time. They did not reply to this email, but sent the suit in the right style, but with the original smaller size that I had emailed them was too small. Again, I emailed them requesting a return label for the other swimsuit, and the larger size suit. Since then, I have sent several more emails and have not received a response. I now have two swimsuits that don't fit my daughter, and I am out $52. I have tried calling but no one ever picks up and their voicemail is full. If your ordering from this store, make sure you know the exact size, because there are NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES despite what their website claims.

The showroom does not have many suits/dresses/pjs, but I was happily surprised to find out that you can sit down at an adorably girly computer station, pull up the website, and the shopkeeper will bring out all items you like from the back. And she was so patient with me when I asked for suit after suit after suit! And, I just found out that they can do custom suits, beginning in August! I am sooo going back to have 1 or 2 suits made in the exact color and style that I want, and, for not much money, will have a one-of-a-kind suit that fits me divinely! Ujena is a DEFINITE must, and don't even get me started on how soft their pj are! I just wish that they had sale items or special offers on the website more often, but, oh well, you can't get everything...
