Jersey Mike's offers a few different cheese steak options, but I went with the Big Kahuna. The term comes from the Hawaiian word kahuna, which means "priest" or "healer". Big Kahuna is typically used today as an informal idiom that refers to the most important thing or person in a group, like the boss (or in this case, boss of the subs). The Big Kahuna sub comes with grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos, and extra white American cheese. Jalapenos are a love it or hate it topping. I side with the haters, so I ordered my sub without them. My sub had some weight to it and was also bursting with the amount of filing.
