My friend and I went here today because our regular breakfast place was closed. We ordered the three eggs, toast, hash browns, and bacon. The bacon and hash browns were crispy just like I like them to be! Our server was polite and kept bringing us coffee refills. We were surprised by how cute the decor was. Great little breakfast spot that I'm happy to see has made it. It started off in a location that has been many other restaurants, but has since expanded to a larger location. Pretty decent food with good prices. The main feature of this place is that the namesake of mamas kitchen walks around quite frequently and talks to all of her patrons. She is a very sweet old lady who loves everyone. I got the breakfast burrito, pretty good as far as they're concerned. Hash browns, eggs, sausage and cheese all rolled up into a tortilla. My mom got a single pancake that was at least as big as a hubcap. Our waitress was also incredibly attentive and even drew a cute picture on our to-go box. Solid 4 stars. read more

This is my first time here. I got the Philly steak, no peppers add mushroom, with the onion rings. The sandwich was good, nothing spectacular but good. I am always looking for somewhere new to have breakfast on Sunday mornings. Stumbled upon this little gem today. The servers work as a team to make sure the drinks stay full and the food is really good. The pancakes are as big as a plate, and they actually taste really good. My friend and I went to the restaurant 4/20. We go out to lunch once a week and this was the worst restaurant I think we have ever been in! The place was dirty. I let it go because I thought just after lunch rush they will clean up.NEVER DID We were told to seat ourselves which we did at the only somewhat clean table. No one ever cleaned it. They did pick up some plates but never wiped a single table. Waited forever while waitress argued who was going to wait on us We were going to leave but it is so hard for my friend on a walker, Waitress finally took our orders but did not get either order right! Food was nasty. You could pour the grease off of it.! We were never offered napkins or silverware. After a waitress put a stack of dirty plates in her arms up against her clothes she went and got ice out of ice machine using customers glass. Not using an ice scoop how unsanitary. Probably best breakfast place I have been to in years. Greeted by friendly servers when walked the door. Good selection on the menu. I ordered a breakfast wrap. The portion was huge. I could not finish the whole wrap. My husband had the french toast combo. He said the french toast was delicious. Great portions for the price. Food was fresh and hot with excellent flavor. They recently relocated to a new building. Building smells like wet basement or mold. I honestly don't know. I almost left after I ordered my food because I couldn't stand the smell anymore. I read the reviews, looked good, went there and the food is a joke. I understand we're going through covid-19. But the service was slow, our server kept forgetting everything. The food looks like they just get it out of a package and heat it up. They had turkey gravy it was right out of the jar heated up you can tell it wasn't homemade. The chili taste like it came out of a can too. It was terrible and the bill was just way too much for what you're getting. I had heard the commercial on the radio. I stopped in yesterday to get a burger and fries to go. I also snagged a huge brownie. The burger and bun were cooked to perfection and was so huge i couldn't finish it. Yes, i finished the brownie. The fries were cooked to perfection, as well, and again, a large portion. The atmosphere at the restaurant seemed very friendly. The staff was attentive and prompt as i changed my order. I like to find non-chain restaurants to try and am so glad I tried Mama's. I first started going there when they were on Sylvania Ave but now they are relocated to Laskey Rd in the old Adam's Place. Everything I have tried there is very good, portions are large and prices are very reasonable. I especially like the Friday all you can eat fish fry. The fish are breaded in a cornmeal type breading, not battered (I don't care for battered seafood). All the servers are fast, efficient and very friendly. For breakfast I like the western omelette with home fries - there is always enough to take home leftovers. If you've not tried Mama's I highly recommend it. read more

My husband and I visited at 1 PM on Thursday august 16th. I had the club sub with onion rings. My meal was delicious! I love the large portions. Took half my meal home. My husband had a breakfast burrito with hashbrowns egg and bacon. He said there was way too much hashbrowns in it. It was like eating mashed potatoes in the burrito. He will try a different dish next time. The fresh ice tea was very good. Our server was great! One complaint I have is there was an older woman wearing a green mamas kitchen shirt. I didnt catch her name. I'm assuming her family was sitting and eating in the restraunt, she was yelling at them. I turned around and looked at her several times trying to show her everyone can hear her. There was young children in the restraunt, I thought it was very unproffesional. I could also hear her yelling at people in the kitchen as she was walking back there. There was very very low music playing. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the woman yelling, ruining the atmosphere experience. Will give 1 more try. read more
