I've been here at least five - seven times, mainly for the egg boats. While they have been (in)consistently mostly good, the sweets we have tried (50% of what they offer) are not good at all. Cake pieces we bought today for Father's Day were completely dry. I saw a lady working touching EVERY SINGLE piece of a certain another cake with her bare hands for no apparent reason whatsoever. Requested to make one of the egg boats with eggs cooked well done, not like always - over easy. Girl told us if she does that the dough will be crispy. So we opted for the original 3 orders with over easy eggs. They all came out cooked well done and no runny yolk like they always do you can even read the receipt where it said ordered over easy. $200 of disappointing food and won't give it anymore chances.

Stopped in here with my grandson after church today looking for a fun dessert for our family "Sunday funday!!" Such a HUGE store with an amazing selection. Sweet pastries as well as savory selections. So hard to choose. Service is perfect ... helpful without being pushy. We ended up choosing a 15 count assortment of macaroons as well as one "chocolate ball "that was actually filled with chocolate mousse as well as possibly peanut butter mousse. Not really sure what the filling was, but it was fantastic. Will definitely return to try a few more of their wonderful selections. I think I see a red velvet cake in my future!

I've seen this bakery before and always wanted to try it. Now that I have tried it I was a bit disappointed. I'm giving the whole experience a 1 star because honestly it was not what I expected. The atmosphere, energy and overall customer service wasn't welcoming at all. The girls that work there aren't as helpful as you would expect, they'll smile or say hello however they could give more recommendations for items or explain the menu. It wasn't that busy when I was there. And speaking of the menu, it's overly priced. I was a bit distasteful about the fact that a sandwich and undercooked fries was also $17 dollars and that doesn't even include a drink (that's sold separately). Now the pastries were priced a bit steep as well. Over $6 dollars for just a slice of cake...like I can go to Smith's grocery store and get a slice of cake for cheaper. However! The cake was a lemon swirl cake and it was exactly what I wanted in the cake. It was light, moist, and even though it was cold it was still good. Given, I was a bit taken back with the amount of pastries they had on display, you would think the quality would be stale, dry, or even old tasting however that was not the case in my experience. Would I come back again? Honestly maybe once in a blue moon for a pastry however not for anything else. I really wish I could get back my almost $30 dollars cause with the quality of the food and atmosphere it should've been no more than $16/$17 dollars Go if you would like and see how it is.

I really wanted to leave a glowing review because there were flashes of greatness here. Instead, I seem to have participated in an accidental food-based escape room where the final challenge was figuring out what survived the trip home. First, I ordered beef pirozhki. Apparently they were unavailable and refunded, which is totally understandable. What was less understandable was discovering this only after arriving home. A quick heads-up would have been appreciated, as I likely would have ordered something else. Learning that part of my order had vanished only after unpacking everything felt less like customer service and more like a plot twist. Next, I ordered six lahmajoun meat pies. They were placed in a regular paper bag, which felt like an unusual choice. I've typically received them in pizza boxes or similar containers that keep them warm and prevent them from becoming a game of floppy food Tetris. Three were delicious, but all were cold by the time I got home, likely because they had no real protection or heat retention. Then came the shakshuka. Flavor-wise? Wonderful. Packaging-wise? It appears the container and the bakery box had creative differences. The shakshuka leaked through the container, through the paper bakery box, onto other containers, into the bag, onto my car, and, most tragically, onto my copy of A Scanner Darkly. By the time I got home, I wasn't sure what was food, what was packaging, and what was book. Philip K. Dick would have appreciated the reality distortion; I did not. Finally, the Bird Milk Roll was fantastic, and the fruit tart looks delicious (I'm saving it for later). Unfortunately, both desserts were placed together in the same bakery box and spent the ride home slowly introducing themselves to each other. By the time I opened the box, they were no longer separate desserts so much as participants in an unauthorized merger. Overall, the food itself showed a lot of promise. The flavors were there. The packaging and takeout process, however, created a domino effect of preventable problems. Separating delicate items, using sturdier containers, and not trying to fit an entire meal into one overworked bag would go a long way toward making the trip home as enjoyable as the food itself. I left hungry for pirozhki, cleaning shakshuka out of my car, mourning a Philip K. Dick novel, and wondering how a takeout order achieved such impressive levels of chaos. Hopefully this feedback helps, because the food deserves packaging that isn't actively working against it.

Yelp Review 2025 #198: I've been craving some Armenian/ Georgian treats. For so many years, I have been living without khachapuri. I was pouting over the lack of places that have khachapuri in Vegas. Apparently, I've been to Manan Bakery (not be confused with Manon) multiple times about 8-10 years ago! I just abruptly stopped going until it became lost from my memory bank. I found my review draft from years ago. I apparently didn't like their rainbow cookie/ cake. I liked their Nutella cake. It took another Armenian friend for me to come back here again. As soon as you walk in, you're welcomed by cakes that you can barely see the people behind the counter. Rows of display cases filled with pastries, macarons, cake slices, ponchik, perashki, borek, savory pastries, croissants, chebureki, tarts, cupcakes, pavlova, lemon bar, flan, cream puff, cheesecake, tiramisu, creme brulee, cannoli, brownie, cookies, macaroons, something that looks like Indian imarti, baklava, and khachapuri. It's a looooooooottt!!! Manan Signature: Dacquoise cake + honey cake combined. It has chopped walnuts. Not overly sweet. Dangerously delicious. You're not going to want to stop eating this. 5/5 Pistachio Dacquoise Cake: Not sure if that's the actual name on this dessert because it wasnt labeled and when I asked the girl behind the counter, she said "it's like pistachio paste"...it was not. Since it's a dacquoise, it's light with a light crunch/ chewiness. Not too sweet. Generous with the pistachio. 5/5 Khachapuri: It took 40 minutes to make and be served. Hot, fresh and worth the wait. The egg yolk got slightly cooked but it's ok. It worked to my advantage as I'm not a big fan of runny egg yolks which is weird for somebody who likes khachapuri. The crust is crispy perfect for sopping up the egg. Super cheesy and delicious. It's very filling so I had to take half of it home which is not a bad thing. 8 minutes in the air fryer and still tasted fresh! 5/5 Stutted Basturma Roll: Basically, khachapuri topped with thin slices of basturma (aged cured beef). The tomato sauce has a hint of curry. 4/5 Churro Latte: This had a weird after taste. Did not finish. 1/5 They have a section for diners. They have breakfast, pasta, pizza, omelet, crepes, salads, sandwiches, pancake, French toast, and soups on the menu. It's casual. A huge group of older ladies took up half of the dining area. Screeching noises as they moved the tables and chairs, talking loudly which made for an overwhelming experience - not Manan's fault.

I've had this place bookmarked for awhile. I was overwhelmed with the plethora of choices, but underwhelmed ultimately when it came to the quality. There are so many choices of sweets. And they also serve actual food. I ordered a falafel wrap and narrowed down the sweets to a baklava, honey cake, and crispy Napoleon. I like that there are so many choices. But of the many choices, the few that I tried were just not very tasty. With so many sweets, I can't imagine they make everything fresh daily. That said, the cakes tasted just like that - a bit stale. The honey cake was dense yet lacking in flavor. The Napoleon, while pleasantly crispy, was also heavy and lackluster. Neither cakes actually tasted good. They were not worth the calories. Because I was not impressed with either cakes, I wound up giving away the baklava. I only tried the falafel wrap in terms of food, and that was okay. The falafel was nice and fluffy and flavorful. The rest of the filling in the wrap was okay. I'd rather have the Greek version at Meraki. Overall, I was not impressed with this bakery. I'd choose many other bakeries in Vegas before coming here. It's a shame Van's Bakery closed. Their honey cake was much better.

I've always wanted to try Manan Bakery, so I was excited when I saw the tiramisu buy one get one deal on Uber Eats. Unfortunately, the tiramisu was incredibly disappointing and honestly not tiramisu by any means. What arrived looked completely different from the photos advertised and felt totally misleading. Instead of a traditional tiramisu, I received what was basically plain cake layered with rock hard, completely unsoaked ladyfingers and topped with a bright highlighter yellow lemon-style frosting dusted with cocoa powder. There was no espresso flavor, no mascarpone flavor, no softness or richness that tiramisu is known for. It genuinely tasted and looked nothing like tiramisu. That being said, the rest of the desserts were much better. The strawberry shortcake was okay, nothing particularly memorable or extravagant, but still decent. The chocolate cake was excellent. It had a perfect richness, tons of flavor, and was covered in chocolate flakes that made it feel indulgent without being overwhelming. The rainbow cake was also delicious and probably my favorite out of everything we tried. Overall, very mixed experience. I'd come back for some of the cakes, but I would absolutely avoid the "tiramisu."

I stopped in on Christmas Day to buy chocolate croissants for my family, and I was really disappointed. I've been purchasing your pistachio-filled croissant for the past couple of months, and this is the first time it had barely any pistachio cream. Normally it's generously filled (it's usually oozing), but this one was almost empty. I'm hoping this was just a mistake, because the price hasn't gone down, so I wasn't expecting the filling to suddenly be skimpy. Please let me know if the recipe/portion has changed.

It was my first time having this bakery and I love cake and wanted to try something besides Freed's but I will never go to this place again. It's a very beautiful place inside but the cake I ordered (red velvet slice) for $8 was hard and stale. I did take a bit as soon as I got in my car and when I felt how hard it was I went back inside and the young lady at the counter wasn't too happy with me saying that it was hard and said all the red velvet slices are like that because they have a thick batter she did offer me another slice but continued to say they are all the same, which made no sense bc it still shouldn't taste STALE, red velvet or not. I was very disappointed. They need to not have the cake sitting out all day. Because I believe that's the problem. Some should be on display for people to see but the ones we order should be refrigerated.

HAMOVEH!!! With rows and rows of sweet treats and savory dishes you are likely going to find something you will love & maybe even try something you've never had before! We ordered a variety of desserts such as their macarons, madeleines, and chocolate covered pistachio-kataifi filled cups, we also ordered a couple of burek, some lahmajoun, meat rolls & a chicken roll. Yep!! Maybe don't come in here hungry or you'll go crazy lol! I also had to have the Armenian coffee, which was amazing! Armenian coffee is one of my favorite types of coffee! The service was great! They were friendly and attentive! The cafe/dining area was clean and spacious and beautifully decorated! Their Flower boutique is also attached to the bakery! My husband bought me such a beautiful arrangement of red roses! Desserts and flowers?! What more can a girl want?! I definitely recommend Manan Bakery!!

I was pleasantly surprised by this little bakery. They have enough of a variety to try something different and find one or two favorites. I had been missing my Portos and had to find a delish chocolate cake for my Husband's b day. Thia place did not disappoint. Same era has served me a few times and she is very pleasant and has great customer service skills. read more

So, i was looking for a European bakery and came across this place. It has good reviews and looked promising. I ordered a tiramisu for my boyfriends birthday. 8 inch cake it was ok honestly. I thought it would have had more flavor. I tasted whipped cream mostly. Definitely short staffed only had two girls working. The cake presentation was pretty but the could be more creative to where they put the name. They apologized for the wait and everything.staff very kind . I gave it three stars because of where the name was placed. The time I took to order it and also picking it up. Also, they could add more flavor to it. read more

I will give them a one star, because I went in to buy a cake for my kid' birthday and the cake itself while is presentable, its quality is below mediocre. In addition to this, they charge 60$ for sub par quality cake. Very disappointing. If you charge that much for a cake I expect you to deliver some quality, but they didn't. I absolutely love baked goods and there are so many bakeries around town to choose from. This bakery in particular resonated with me the most. The first time I ever went here was to special order a cake for my mom's 60th birthday party. Their customer service throught out that whole experience was smooth. They catered to our every needs and also made sure to abide by all of the event venues policies. Very professional in conducting business and making sure we had our vision for the cake thought out. They have a wide variety of pastries and baked goods for sale as well. They add a nice touch of artistry to everything they make. In addition the taste and quality of their pastries is exceptional. I knew them when they were just a small shop, but they are in the process of expanding their establishment to a building next door. read more

This is one of the best sweets and Bakery . Great place to have a breakfast or mostly a branch. They do have everything taste delicious. I was there for dinning and got some fresh juice and some Mocha cake with pistachio . I wanted to keep eating till no stop but finally full and my stomach is happy . Sure they have black and whites to rival those at the Bagel Cafe, and their selection of fancy cake slices matches that at Patisserie Manon, but the piroshkis and bureks are only found here, on a covered tray above the pastry case. These treats are the best- flaky layers of pastry filled with your choice of potato, meat, spinach, or feta! Delicious, high quality, and oh so satisfying. The lahmajoon "Armenian pizza" mentioned in other reviews is worth a try- took mine home to heat and eat, an easy lunch when paired with a salad. Simple but solid flavors, adding Bulgarian feta kicked it up another level. Grab a $5 for $10 Yelp deal while they're still up, you won't regret it. They have daily specials, like Monday's $1 cupcakes from noon to 5PM. If they ever have a mushroom piroshky to add to the rotation... I might move in to the apartments next door. read more

ETHNIC BAKERY TOUR #3-ARMENIA We were still stuffed from our brunch at Manon, but we still popped in to have a looksee...I was surprised to see French, Italian, and Greek items here as well. The lady behind the counter was very nice and helped answer any questions we had. We decided to try an item called Gata- baked Katafi(shredded filo dough) with a milk/cream cheese flavored filling which came with a rosewater syrup on the side. This had an interesting taste and texture, but probably not something I'd order again. I prefer crispy filo sheets rather than sredded filo which kinda tastes like biting into underbaked shredded wheat cereal. Visit # 2 ... Returned to Manan and they did some re-arranging...The Filo pastries are now nicely displayed off to the side and it looks like they added a few more selections...We also wanted to try a Lahmajoon, or what the lady refered to as Armenian Pizza, or Armenian Meat Pies. I would desribe it as similar to a crispy baked tortilla/flatbread topped with ground meat, onions, and spices. Not too sure of it was beef or lamb but it was pretty good. At a dollar each, its also a steal. We also tried a cinnamon-walnut flavored baklava which wasn't bad either.Looking forward to returning to try other treats in the future. I just like the fact that I can experience other cultures through their food without having to leave Vegas...ALOHA!!! read more

Yes I'll admit it. I'm a regular. I'm THAT girl who shows up, checks in for my free coffee and cookie, and walks out with pastries I had absolutely no intention of purchasing. Highly Recommend this caramel filled cookie sammich rolled in coconut flakes. I had it about a week ago and am anxiously awaiting my return to have another. Still pretty mad about just getting one. One?? Just above the cookies you will find all the savory pastries. The feta cheese one in a boat is one of my favorites, especially after nuking it a little. Be warned that the lady who makes them is off on Mondays.. So you won't find them then. Great place to satisfy your macaron cravings. Also the place to be after binge watching episodes of the Great British Baking Show. Got the matcha roll with cream cheese which was a little dry and not enough cream cheese toast for me. Also have gotten the raisin challah which seemed at least a day or two old. Nonetheless I will be coming back for more and more. read more

This summer, I ordered fruit tart XL $50 for my friend as his birthday cake. I couldn't go outside due to my injury. The total came up to $80 with service & delivery fee including tip. I told my friend I had ordered a fruit tart for his birthday, sent him a screen shot with confirmation #, and asked him to go pick it up. I didn't send him a picture of the cake because it's supposed to be a surprise cake. Anna is my username, not my real name. After he got home, he sent a picture of what he thought I had ordered for him. I was so mad and told him to call right away and go pick up the actual cake I ordered, but he's so tired to go out. He called and they said it's under my Yelp name Anna Lau, there's no order under my real name. The manager told him it's not her problem. Now how did you just give him a random order and sent him home if there's no order under my real name?! My friend asked them who's order did they give him, and they didn't know. Take some **** accountability! Me and my friend was both pissed at that point! Then they told him they're gonna deliver the cake but wants the pastries back! It was seriously jaw dropping , I've never heard anyone handle a situation like that, it blew my mind! And then the driver showed up very apologetic to my friend and told my friend to keep the pastries. So my friend tipped him and told me not to write a bad review. I never got to see the cake in person but my friend sent me a picture and was very happy. The week of thanksgiving, I wanted to pick up a cake for that friend again and a Christmas cake for another friend. I called the day before thanksgiving and the person answered the phone was cold and unfriendly. So I didn't go there, and I'm not gonna get my Christmas cake from them either. 3 stars at the best. read more

Smith's or Albertsons quality at boutique bakery prices! Cheap tasting whipped cream icing on everything I have ever had from the bakery... flavorless cakes that have that "day old" texture from day one! I know some people like this bakery and maybe it's just tuned to a particular culture so I won't give it a one star review but it's the only bakery that has cakes giving me zero temptation sticking to my diet. read more

I read some of the Yelp reviews and had Manan Bakery bookmarked for a couple of months, Yesterday, I stopped in as I was coming back home. The bakery is a small shop with two cases, but they are filled with delicious looking goodies. There were many things with names I didn't recognize. I asked the woman what some of those things were and she was happy to explain. Instead of going with some of the newer things, I opted for two tried and true bakery goods--a chocolate mousse and a raspberry mousse. I had the raspberry last night and it was excellent. The light chocolate exterior that surrounds the mousse is very delicate and very tasty. Chocolate and raspberry go so well together. I noticed several items in the cases I'd like to try in the future, so I will be back. read more

Manan Bakery is one of those hidden gems. I had seen it before, but hadn't really registered that it was more than a cake shop. My fella and I decided to stop up for breakfast one morning this weekend, and I was really impressed. They were missing a handful of items, namely, the Armenian meat pie that I desperately wanted to try...they weren't quite ready when we got there. Had we not been in a hurry, we would have waited and tried one. Next time. Even with a few things not being ready though, they had a huge selection of cakes, cupcakes, mousse, biscotti, and more. I chose a Nutella cake (of course I did.) with chocolate covered hazelnuts on top. My fella tried the baklava and a small pastry with apricot inside. We also got a couple coffees: I got a free cappuccino (with Yelp check in: one time only) which was tasty, considering it comes from one of those machines that does several coffee drinks in one. My fella got a Mediterranean medium roast coffee. The guy who helped us described it as Mediterranean espresso. It was VERY strong, but delicious. We put one creamer and a couple sugar packets in it to mellow it out a little bit, and enjoyed it. So...the food was delicious. Its so hard to find good baklava in town, and Manan has GOOD baklava. They have several different varieties, so I can't wait to try the others. The Nutella cake was light, sweet, and airy. It was really delicious. The smaller pastry that we got was good too. Flaky crust, and sweet fruit spread inside. Everyone was very nice, and we were able to sit outside at a little table to enjoy the cool air, before it turned into a ridiculously hot day. I like this bakery. I like supporting local shops, especially when they have a quality product. Next time, I'm trying the cheesecake, and plan to buy a loaf or two of their fresh bread! We love here because we are impressed with the selection of baked goods. The staff is very friendly and kind. I didn't know what should I order the cake because they've lots of cakes and cookies and macarons also. Then she told me which is the best and her favorite. So far my favorite is their cookies and macarons, Russian cake is great too. And if we using Yelp check-in, they give us delicious coffee and one free yummy cookie too;) Anyway if this shop is close to my house, I'm going to be there everyday for sure.... I have tried so many tiramisus from different places and this one was the worst so far. today I went back to let them know and try different pastries and gave it another chance, but nope, never again. I love this bakery!!! Ok so this bakery is in a little shopping center. Nothing special from the outside but you open the door and you are hot with bouquet of sweet smells. And your eyes get wide by all the pretty cookies and cakes and baklava. I have tried cookies, cakes, napoleons, baklava, twisted bred things, cheese cake, cream puffs and let me say I loved everything!!!! First time I went here there was this older Russian lady working. I never got her name but she was soooo sweet. This time there was this young girl I think Arminian also soooo sweet. I have never had bad service. They get to you quickly to see if you are ready and if not the move on and come back to you. The coconut cake is so good and sooo sweet it is not your normal cake. It isn't spongy it's more crispy and has 3 layers of sweet frosting. They have three different napoleons my favorite is the frites topped it has the most yummy filling. I like the pistachio baklava it's unusual in shape and big on flavor. Out of the cookies so far my favorite is the triangle one with apricot it's not sweet it's more like my grand made slightly sweet. The cream puffs taste home made and delicious. They have a fried doughnut that's filled with custard and soooo good. They also have a savory meat filled one. I noticed on the signs they make crepes too!!! This is my first time ordering from this bakery and it will most definitely be my last. I ordered a Vegan, naked cake with fresh strawberries inside and FRESH roses on top and on the side of the cake. As you can see from the attached photo, that is NOT what I got. Fried's bakery WISHES they could be as good as Manan Bakery. I say this as a las vegas native that has lived here all his life. You will struggle to find a bakery in Vegas that is better than Manan's. My gf and I were FLOORED by the quality of the ingredients and presentation. We had the eclairs, chocolate cake, coconut cake, dulce de leche, potato pirozhki, and the baklava. All of which were exceptional. They tasted like they used REAL, QUALITY ingredients. The whipped cream was buttery, nothing was too sweet, and the baklava had real honey. A bakery full of all types of goodies. I got a medley of cakes (a total of four) and there were some highlights, and some that I wasn't too fond of. I highly recommend the vegas cake. There's a yummy, crunchy meringue in between the sponge, and tastes amazing. However, I wasn't too fond of the roll cake, snickers cake, black forest, and the napoleon (which is my all time fave pastry/cake) as it was soggy, almost as though it had been a few days too old. Stopped by today for a pastry or cake and was pleasantly surprised. Usually I stay away from pastries and cakes cause it can be overly sweet and lack any unique flavor, but Manan Bakery was different. The bakery is big and spacious inside and displayed tons of yummy and beautiful pastries and cakes. I opted for their Pecan Cake. The cake is a good size and my first bite was delicious. A lot of crunch from the pecans. The only downside was the icing in between the layered cakes were a bit sweet for my taste, but honestly you can have it with some coffee or tea and it'll probably be a great match. The cake layer itself felt a bit dry, but after I let it rest outside for a while, it started to get less dry. Maybe because the cake was left in their fridge display for the whole afternoon. Overall, the cake itself was pretty delicious and thoroughly enjoyed every bite. The worker who helps us out is named Eliz and she is an amazing person who really took her time with us and was very helpful with her recommendations - she really understands her job and she knows what to recommend to her customers. Eliz is the reason that we will continue coming back because she is amazing at her job and her character and professionalism really reflects great onto this place. Going to Manan Bakery has been very disappointing. Over time I have seen their prices go up and service going down. This has caused us to go there less and less over time and going to other bakeries even if they are further away which we were considering to do today. Should have followed our instincts. Before prices used to be reasonable for good cakes and pastries and the service was good. Now we spent about $35 on 5 pieces of pastries and the girls there were looking to take care of others who got to the counter after us. When we were asked what we wanted we told them we wanted about 4 pieces and when we started telling them what we wanted by name, they pretended they couldn't understand and would repeatedly ask if we wanted 4 pieces of that pastry or just one. I had to tell them 3 times we wanted 1 of each item. The girls kept going back and forth with each other laughing while pretending they didn't understand us. Within the items we got, we ordered a Crème Brûlée which looked fresh and delicious but they gave us one of the ones from the back of the tray that was really burnt to the point of being bitter and looked somewhat stale. I ordered a fruit tart and got one that had a shell that wasn't the freshest either with the blueberries looking old. My mom was so disappointed she went back to the bakery. Just to be told that they can't do anything about it since they don't replace them since there are no exchanges or refunds. So disappointing!!! read more

They have a huge selection of bakery items, cakes, cookies, parfaits, tarts, bread, croissants, cannolis, etc The inside is bright and airy and clean. The macaroons are amazing and reasonably priced at 1.79!! They have the perfect chewy texture, and fillings are potent and actually taste like the macarron flavor . The Armenian cake was full of vanilla flavor and moist. Fruit tart was cilled with ripe and sweet fruit, and the shortbread crust was buttery. The recent visit was a little chaotic because my two-year-old nephew accidentally spilled my entire drink all over me . It made a huge mess on the table and floor, and I felt so bad. One of the girls came over right away to help clean everything up and was so nice about it. They even offered to make me a new drink, which I definitely wasn't expecting and really appreciated. Thank you again to her!! Stuff like that is why I keep coming back. The matcha is always amazing, and everyone who works here is so friendly. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good matcha spot in Vegas.

After saving our spot, the gang proceeded to order from the long queue at the bar area. Took photos and marveled at this cozy cafe while waiting for our assortment of coffees and baked goodies to arrive. I had The Gäbi (dry cappuccino topped with raw sugar and espresso grounds) while my wife opted for the velvety Einspänner. We shared a Berry Ricotta Brioche. I was able to taste the other artisan pastries (Ube Mille Cake, Tiramisu Croissant and Strawberry Shortcake to name some) from our group and they were as good as they looked. The only complaint is the pricier bill than what other coffee shops might charge. I guess this view is at a cost then. First time trying in a Korean coffee shop and we loved it! We would definitely return if we're in this neck-of-the-woods again.

However, I do want to clarify one very important point regarding my service dog. He was calm, quiet, and completely under control throughout the entire visit. He was not active, disruptive, or vocal at any time. He is a trained service dog, not a pet. I also want to clarify that under the ADA, a person with a service dog cannot be required to sit outside simply because they are accompanied by a service animal. Service dogs are generally permitted to accompany their handlers in areas where customers are normally allowed. A service animal may only be excluded in limited circumstances, such as when the animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action, or when the animal is not housebroken. Neither of those circumstances applied here. So while I understand your policy regarding active or vocal dogs, that does not describe my dog or what happened during my visit. He was calm and caused no disturbance whatsoever. I sincerely hope your staff can be better informed about the distinction between pets and service animals so that another customer with a legitimate service dog is not made to feel unwelcome or told they MUST sit outside.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your bakery. Despite my anticipation of a pleasant experience, I encountered multiple issues that have left me dissatisfied. Firstly, previously to arriving to the bakery after the weeks of waiting to pick up, they had lost my order and couldn't find it when I had already paid $$$. Then, the customer service I received was BELOW par. The interaction with your staff lacked professionalism and courtesy, which contributed to a negative atmosphere during my visit. Furthermore, I must bring to your attention a concerning of homophobia, and lack of respect, from you're employees. I observed signs amongst your staff, which is alarming and requires immediate attention to ensure better customer service. As arriving to the bakery, my fiancé and I were ignored while standing in the designated "Pick-up Order" line for approximately 10 minutes and didn't receive any help until I interrupted the employees having a conversation in the back; upsetting them. I then received the cake that wasn't correctly spelt and had to ask them to rectify the error, which caused further dissatisfaction among the employees. As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and service when patronizing establishments, and unfortunately, my recent experience fell short of these expectations. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and implement necessary measures to improve the overall experience for your customers and ensure better of your employees. I bought a 6" $150 birthday cake for my sister and requested a carrot cake with no raisins multiple times. The representative told me it was no problem to have a cake made with no raisins but to be sure of no raisins (my sister hates them), I simply change the order and confirmed multiple times for the pre-made, no special order or requests Orange Sponge cake with frosting so I would be sure there are no raisins. When I got to the bakery the next day for pickup, they had me sign off on a piece of paper saying that the cake was ok when I got it, but it's not like I could see the inside until I got it home and my sister cut it open and found raisins, which upset her. If I'm paying $150 for a cake and get multiple confirmations that the cake is a certain kind, it's reasonable to expect that kind of cake to be present. I called today and was told that the person who took my order didnt make a note of what I wanted and I signed the paper saying the cake was fine, that clearly I'm wrong because why would I know what I ordered? Lol. I'll include photos of what I picked out, it's an option on their site. Also, when I picked up the cake yesterday, the workers there had bad attitudes and I had to request that they actually close the box and tape it for me. I've never had this kind of experience at a bakery before and I love to go to bakeries. I am sad that I disappointed my sister on her birthday, and then was told that I was wrong because there were no notes of what I requested. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I was initially a huge fan of this place a few months ago, drawn in by the fantastic food nearby at Shish Kabob (10 out of 10!). However, my recent experiences have left me disappointed. I used to love their macarons and pastries, but when I visited right before my birthday to taste-test their cakes, I was informed they didn't offer that. The service has also taken a hit - my caramel macchiato was just caramel and milk. On Nov 1st, 23, I decided to give them another shot and ordered a chocolate mousse slice, but it tasted old. This prompted me to explore other bakeries. Unfortunately, my husband spent over $200 on two floral arrangements from this place for me. While they looked fine on the day he bought them (Nov 4th), the next day they were already wilting. Two days later, they looked terrible. I used to adore this place, but recent experiences with both their baked goods and floral arrangements have left me unimpressed. A lot of the other places I spoke with were rude and didn't seem like they were genuine about helping me find the perfect cake for my nephew. Then I found Manan Bakery and they were perfect!! There's one cake I really like but didn't have the chance to get it again because they didn't have it. Kiss cake.
