    Stk sub and veggie pizza

Omg is this place the best you will ever eat, I ate the stk sub made with ribeye and even the mayo tasted so fresh and my son had the veggie pizza. From 42nd st in Manhattan, NYC to Buffalo NY to Las Vegas and Southern California all places I been and ate not one of those place compare to this place, you must try I promise your taste buds will wake up.

Very disappointed with my order And the service. Steak grinder meat dry and dark. looks old. Pizza ordered and was horrible. Called and informed management and they offered to remake order but I have to pay a percent to replace. Wasted money and time and I'm at work until 11. SAD be careful, placing your order at this Mancino's! They're not interested in making sure there's customers are satisfied!

Great grinders, pizza, bread sticks and salads. You can't go wrong. Fresh compared to most pizza places that serve frozen items.

I had no idea this was such a hidden gem and have to share my experience! Upon walking to the entrance, I saw a cozy lounging area just outside. Upon entering, I was greeted by the staff and also soaked in the artsy and upbeat atmosphere inside. It was so unique in a very great way... artwork everywhere and lots of seating possibilities. For some reason, I expected ready-made sandwiches but learned that everything is made-to-order to ensure freshness. The two staff members couldn't have been more welcoming as they introduced me to the DaCapo Coffee family. There is also a location in Lambertville, MI - a sister location in Bedford Township by the same owner. I am sorry to admit that I'm one of those people who tends to special order. I decided on the roasted turkey club but didn't want bacon or mayo, nor did I want the croissant. They were very accommodating and made the the sandwich exactly the way I wanted it. It was also approximately 5:00pm and I was the only customer but I appreciated their flexibility. I took a seat at one of the tables while I waited for my to-go order and admired the cool wood on the tables. It was a reasonable time before my sandwich was ready and the gentleman who made it carried it out to me in a paper bag. As I left DaCapo, I kept thinking about its very artsy, comfortable and positive vibe. Plus, I enjoyed half of my sandwich once home- excellent quality and delicious. I'll definitely be back to try the coffee and energy drinks. Absolutely check out this place. It was so refreshingly alive and relaxing at the same time!! Check out the pictures!

And also was not offering bags to large orders. Watched a young man juggling 3 foam containers with an additional soup looking container across the parking lot. I asked for a bag and she produced one after fiddling around. I do not feel too confident about returning.

4.5 I hadn't been to Mama's Kitchen in over a year at least…read moreand this time picked up a carryout order for six people. Walking in for the order, it was the same wonderful down-to-earth diner ambiance that I love! I have come to believe that carryout can be more difficult for both staff and customers because it needs to be done right at the beginning because there's no opportunity to correct things later- without a return visit. There were a few things that weren't quite right and I'm not sure if it had to do with me reading texts from my family, if I got it wrong, or if it was on the part of the restaurant. No matter, it had to do with side dishes and not main entrees. Still, the little things could have been easily remedied if we had dined at the restaurant- which wasn't an option for many reasons, including the restaurant's limited hours, as they were only open until 3pm on a Sunday. When I picked up the orders, a staff member helped me carry the bags out to my car, which I greatly appreciated. Everyone at this restaurant was super nice! Since we were celebrating my mom's birthday, her entree was the most important and she said the liver and onions were delicious. My nephew was very happy with his chicken chunks. My niece didn't complain about her beef nachos. My brother and sister in law said their orders were just okay - a philly sandwich with onion rings and a turkey sandwich with gravy and onion rings. They said the sandwiches lacked flavor. Since they didn't comment about the onion rings, I'm judging from the photos that they looked amazing. My Turkey Reuben was fabulous, along with the fries. Plus, the side of Thousand Island dressing was perfectly delicious. It's hard to make everyone happy, so my rating is partly based upon my consistently excellent experience at Mama's Kitchen, including omelettes and other breakfast/brunch food. I would overall recommend Mama's Kitchen for its delicious homemade dishes and warm service. Therefore, I'm rounding up to five stars for this unassuming diner that generally over-delivers at a great value for your money!

It's usually the wait staff... They always get the eggs just right and I've never been served a broken yolk (are you listening other breakfast places?). Over-easy eggs don't have broken yolks. Their crispy hashbrowns are just that, crispy! They're not gray or half cooked potatoes. The toast is made of high quality rye bread (Schwebel's?) with plenty of butter (and it's always perfectly toasted). THE HAM!!! Oh my god, the ham! This isn't some awful ham roll, no no! It's a slice from an actual ham! Real HAM! I was told it's Dearborn ham and I'd bet that it is. If you're not familiar, Dearborn makes great stuff. So, my issues... Not sure, but the coffee seems like it changed. It's weaker now and lacks the flavor from the coffee I remember from the past. They also stopped garnishing the plates with a slice of orange. I LOVED that slice of orange. Finally, the wait staff. They have some great waitresses but every once in a while, I get one that really doesn't know how it works. Because the server can really screw up a meal, I've avoided going back for months at a time. One time the waitress brought everything except the toast. I started eating the ham and potatoes. By the time she brought the toast, the eggs were cold and I couldn't eat them. She still charged my though. Didn't go back for a year, I swear. It's really important to always bring the complete meal. If the toast chef was asleep at the wheel and the entire breakfast becomes ice cold, have the line re-fire the order. It's not the customer's fault. Anyway, it's a nice, family place. Things usually go well, but there are those times... Oh, the place gets crazy busy on weekend mornings, especially with the after church crowd, so go early or plan on a wait.

"Dog shit...fitting for Toledo?" Fitting for Toledo? Fitting for Toledo??Dude...fuck you and your single Mickey Mouse review consisting of 1 short paragraph. And, fuck your GF who wrote the other horse shit review on the same day. Alrighty then... One of other one star reviews focuses on rude service. The guy that wrote it? 7 out of his 8 reviews are 1 star...all based on poor service. Hey, I get it though. Could be a legit gripe. But, I didn't see any of that. For us, the service was accurate, very fast and very friendly. One caveat...we got there just before a flood of customers. If we'd gotten there 20 minutes later, I suspect we'd have had to wait. Atmosphere. Clean, comfortable. Yeah, the decorations, especially the wall decorations are, uh, predictable but eclectic. Farmhouse style signs, signed pics of athletes, Toledo street scenes from across the decades, UT stuff, etc. but like I said, clean and comfortable. The food rates a solid 4 stars. This rating also takes into account the massive menu. Lots of options. The smothered and covered hash browns were great. My son enjoyed the country fried steak, and said that it stacks up favorably to others in town. His eggs needed pepper and salt. My Denver omelet? Excellent. The coffee did NOT taste like dishwater...it tasted like diner coffee. Would I come here for coffee only? Nope. Location: On Bancroft near the 7/11. Very convenient for hung over UT students. This place has been a black hole for diners ever since Rick moved out on Monroe street. Hopefully Steven's Skillet will be around for a while. SOLID 4 STARS!
