I was met with a young lady who clearly did not want to help me. The look on her face with each question I had was very unpleasant. I ordered a peanut butter banana protein. I asked what kind of milk I could pick from and what kind of protein I could choose from. Her answers were short and sharp. I also asked if the whey would expand my drink and was given a very hard sharp no. I asked if I could get it in a next size up cup because I wanted to add my own stuff. The reaction to this simple question was all I needed to decide to never return to this establishment. Every interaction with this young lady was unpleasant and made me feel unwelcome. The smoothy reflected my interaction, Tasteless and watery. The lobby was plain and had almost a thick negative energy. The ambiance was lacking and not friendly.
