The food is usually good, sometimes my food comes out rather cold. The other day I went in and ordered some food to go and was surprised to see that the chef was handling my food without any gloves on. There was also flies touching the food the chef was preparing, probably because they leave fruit out and once it goes bad it starts attracting more and more flies. Nasty owner. Nasty establishment, nasty food. The only good thing about this place is that when the owner started yelling at me for coming back to the store to get ke up without her consent( which i think i didnt need any) Given that I was a paying customer returning because I forgot some thing, her husband or whoever the man is working at that store was trying to call me down because he saw that she was clearly wrong and the way that she approached me about it. And she was speaking crap about me in Arabic thinking I didn't understand so I started approaching her and Arabic and I the look on her face she was so shocked that I understood what she was saying and she was disgusting and nasty and trying to verify whether I ordered a sandwich From there or not which I clearly did. This place sucks! I've been to better Manhattan Bagels before. I ordered a simple toasted bagel, scooped, with cream cheese. They scooped it but didn't toast it at all & the cream cheese was a thin coating. Mind you, we were the only customers there, at the time, I had to repeat my order 3 or 4 times & they still messed up. Then, they didn't have any iced coffee left in the container, so the girl there told me to use hot coffee & extra ice. Finally, a boy there thought it was okay to put the doggie bagel in with the muffins I ordered. Since when was it okay to put dog food in the same bag as human food? If everything was individually wrapped, then maybe; otherwise, NO! Positive side...they have mini dog bagels. read more

WORST WORST EXPERIENCE. waited 3 hours for my delivery , not only did i wait so long the first order , they charge me 5 bagels and the ones i ordered were wrong. I only ordered 3! I called them and they RUDELY told me " Well i did repeat the order twice." I myself am a server and would never speak to my customer like that. So i called them twice asking where my food was , and they told me 5 minutes; turned into 25 minutes. At that point i had enough and just wanted my refund, they refused to give it back , so i told them i will call corporate and than finally they did . I don't know what happened? they started of with great staff who knew what they were doing but not now. I order the café chillers most of the time there's a girl there who makes it awesome. One time ordered it and I literary had to teach the guy how to make it... Then when I came in to order it another time another girl who was by herself asked me to help her make it and snapped at me when I refuse reasoning that it's not her fault for ... I've also seen from time to time the staff grabbing a handful of the foods from the food tray as they make the bagels and eat it (their hand touching their mouths) then go back to changing without changing their gloves. Ridiculous! overall an and horrible inconsistent costumer service... Need a well trained staff that is supervised with managers... read more

Food is always on point and so is the coffee. I love the Ranchero Wrap, it's always spicy as advertised. it is NOT expensive here. Between me and my girlfriend, I spend about $10-12 and we leave full. We both have something to eat and 2 drinks each. read more

Don't waste your money. Manhattan bagel is a good chain for bagels, even for New Jersey where you will find some of the best. But this particular "business" should close up shop right now. You will receive less than the bare minimum of ingredients on your bagel, sandwich etc. to the point that's it's laughable. I've never driven back to a store to complain in my life but after finding my single slice of cold Taylor ham on a single cold slice of cheese, I went back and received a response of "you got what you ordered." I really love their bagels, but you got to get them in the morning to ensure freshness, before 11 am. In my opinion, the bagels are better than those at wonder bagels. They have really good spreads; my favorite is the lox spread. Coffee is really good too. read more

It's a chain bagel store. Nothing more, nothing less. The coffee is really good here, especially when you're in a town filled to the brim with Dunkin, QuickChek, and 7-Eleven (still praying for a real Starbucks). I only really come here for the coffee and their bagels with cream cheese. I loved my everything egg bagel with bacon cheddar cream cheese. Something different in town is nice. This store is owned by the Einstein Noah Company and is extremely similar to the Einstein Bros Bagels chain, which is on my campus back in CT. Overall, decent place. read more

Literally the worst. The young man behind the counter, took our order and then was serving us. We ordered 4 bagel sandwiches and I ordered the Ranchero Wrap but was substituting the wrap for the Asiago roll. (Which I have previously done before in the past and it was delicious made by the owner or manager.) Then asked if we wanted salt pepper ketchup on all the sandwiches except for the wrap. When we heard he said wrap we then corrected him and said we wanted the wrap on the roll and not the wrap and he said the roll is too hard that he has to throw it out and he already put the jalapeño spread on the wheat wrap. I bought the story of the roll being hard so I said do you have a regular wrap or another kind of roll and he said noo just whole wheat. 1. Didn't even ask tell us he disregarded the roll request and automatically put it in a whole wheat wrap. 2. Didn't even give the option of whole wheat or regular. The roll was still in the case, not "thrown out." So we went back and asked to feel the roll because we were told it was too hard and it was going to be thrown out. Felt the roll and it was the softest roll. They then tried saying he didn't write down roll. Saw the paper while he was taking our order and he did write it down. We got all the way home and we only had three of the bagel sandwiches not four. Went all the way back FOR THE SECOND TIME. The ranchero they just scraped off of the wrap onto the roll. Very sloppily and no more spread because it's still on the wrap. We wanted to return what the had unfortunately given us and simply get our money back and we would have brought our business elsewhere. The woman then went on to say she didn't charge us for two of the sandwiches. What?!! We then turned to the young man to show us the paper that he wrote our order down on and he said he threw it out. We then told him to retrieve it from the trash. The owner or manager got involved and resolved the problem and dismissed those two incompetent workers. Although, we did not get our money back, we got our other sandwich and he added more spread to my ranchero sandwich. So, our sandwiches are now heating up in the oven at home because they are now cold after all this mayhem. Wish the owner or manager was the one to initially take our order because we never had an issue in the past with our past orders with him. He is very nice and professional unlike the woman who liked to pull out every defensive argument out of her ass instead of correcting the problem that her and the other lazy young man construed. Food is almost always really good from here. There's been times I'll feel like the food I was served was rushed, or old but that's ok. I understand shit happens especially in a place that probably gets super busy around the times I order (weekday mornings). Food was OK & Delivery guy is super nice, which are probably the only reasons I continued to order from them for so long. I have been ordering breakfast for delivery to my job every day for about 4 months for me AND my 3 co workers. They consistently mess up our order! They never label coffee, (which is important because I drink decaf) and they have never once put sugar in any of our coffees & most of us order light and sweet. Most of the people who work there have attitudes. The absolute last straw for me was seeing 2 "miscellaneous" charges which totaled up to $6 on my receipt. Being that it was my first time looking at my receipt, because it was the first time I actually received one,(they always say their receipt printer isn't working right now) I felt as if I had been ripped off and I feel like they have been adding "miscellaneous" charges to my bill the entire time I have been ordering without my knowledge.
