I needed a quick breakfast because I was in the area and placed an order online for a pick up. I walked in and there were no other customers. I went straight up to the register and the girl who is the cashier had her back turned to me, and the man working with her, had to tell her to turn around to help me. I get my bag with my bagels and I'm about 15 minutes away when I decide to look in the bag and check the order. I'm supposed to have one whole bagel and a breakfast sandwich. They did not put the whole bagel in and the breakfast sandwich that they gave me was on the wrong kind of bagel. What I would assume would be a very easy order got completely messed up. I attempted to call the restaurant and the phone keeps ringing and ringing and then a fax beep starts. I attempted to reach out to the website that I placed the order with which was on Manhattan bagels website and they told me I had to contact the restaurant. I let them know that was pretty impossible since they don't answer the phone so here I am back at square one missing an item and with the wrong item. read more

I've been to this location numerous times. What's disconcerting is even though they advertise their hours as 6AM to 2PM, they shut down the grill at 1:10PM or earlier. Which means, if you want food, no grilled sandwiches; no Bacon Egg and Cheese on a Bagel! I've tried this on a Saturday, on a Monday; all the same result NO FOOD! As I was checking out I was telling the young guy at the register that the TV was blaring. He responded in an unintelligible manner . I mentioned it again same thing the second time . Stopped in on 8/20 and was greeted by Nasty McNasterson. For some reason got off the phone from taking an order and he's all pissy. Now for the bagels, they are like Wonder Bread with a hole in the middle. This Manhattan Bagel offers a limited edition topping, Legionnaires' disease. Don't look up after you place your order. The ceiling tile and HVAC registers need a good date with some sodium hypochlorite to mitigate the black mold that's sprawling around. This review was scrubbed on Google. Ok my favorite coffee shop, Einstein Bagel, has been revamped and made over into a Manhattan Bagel shop and guess what - it is better than ever. They have better and tastier bagels and coffee for sure. As both bagel concerns are owned by the same parent company they were able to keep the same crew which is a good thing. Jim, the manager, runs a tight ship and really understands the concept of customer service delivery as evidenced how well his team works together. Their are many other bagel shops around but you will be hard pressed to beat the dining experience here at their Wall store. read more

I've been to a lot of different Manhattan bagels and this one has the best bagels in my opinion. I ordered a porkroll egg and cheese on a poppy seed bagel on the app. Picked it up about 10 minutes later. Hot, not too greasy and great. Bagels have a nice crisp and chew to them. Porkroll is thing just how I like it. Their French toast bagels look amazing. Haven't had the chance to try one since I always fill up on a breakfast sandwich. Iced coffee here sucks in my opinion. Not specific to this location I've been to a Manhattan bagel in Virginia and the coffee is the same. I think it's the brand the stores carry. But that's just a personal preference. In terms of the cold hard facts: this place has good bagels, quick, friendly and clean. Also you get I think 10% off your first order through the app. Nifty! Manhattan Bagel recently opened right next to Whole Foods and I got the opportunity to try some of the items on there menu due to a Yelp event. The staff was very nice and greeted us the minute we walked in. Any question I had was answered. I decided to try the Nova Lox bagel which is a bagel with cream cheese, sliced red onion and capers. This was my first time having the cold smoked salmon on a bagel which was delicious. My brother got the croissant classic with avocado. He loved his sandwich and told me everything tasted fresh. We also tried a caramel macchiato and the frozen strawberry lemonade which we both liked. There are so many things to try on the large menu and I will definitely be back for more. read more

This location is brand new and well appointed. The menu is extensive and everything in the display counters looked great. I was there on a yelp mini-event and the staff could not have been nicer. Even though I could have ordered any type of sandwich I opted for the Egg sandwich with spinach and cheese on a croissant and it was excellent! The bagels are amazing (this is coming from a New Yorker), the food is fresh and the portions are generous. My favorite breakfast is the Classic bagel with egg, cheese and bacon. It's owned by the same company as the former tenant, Einstein Bros Bagels, so nothing is too different. The bagels are the same quality as far as I can tell, which is good but not great. Pork Roll sandwich took 30 min on Sunday morning and then they gave me the wrong order. When I went back to tell them they made me wait 5 more minutes while they figured out if somebody else paid for my sandwich. It's convenient because it's the first place you see getting off the GSP but they seemed overwhelmed and it wasn't that crowded.
