Came here for an oil change. The techs weren't knowledgeable about the type of oil I needed. They helped someone else first even though I was first in line. When the oil change was finished, the oil change sign is still on. They said the tech that knows how to fix it, wasn't there. DO NOT GO HERE. Took my car here yesterday at 12pm. At 7:30pm yesterday evening there was a large puddle of oil on my driveway underneath the car. Was able to confirm there was oil leaking from the drain plug. This morning I called and they told me to bring it in and they will fix it, so I put oil in and drove it up there. They told me that they had installed the washer incorrectly and will fix it. They did not offer me a refund or any compensation. I took the car home after they "fixed it" and it is still leaking oil from the drain plug. I will now need to take my car to a professional to get it fixed. read more

The worst Jiffy Lube I've been to. No real greeting or welcome. People waiting, one guy sitting behind the counter on his phone. Not sure what his job was. It certainly wasn't customer service. Brought my car here for a standard oil change in March and they couldn't even do that without messing it up. They failed to put the plug back on correctly, causing it to leak. Had to bring it back to get them to fix it just days later after I got a "low oil warning" and smelled burning oil. Additionally, was pressured into an "engine flush". My fault for letting them talk me into that, I should know better. Those aren't necessary and can even be dangerous I've learned from more reputable shops since. Forked over an extra $110 for that on top of the $100 I was already paying for the oil change. If I'm lucky they just pocketed the extra money and didn't even bother to do the engine flush. Now two months later I brought my car elsewhere to get serviced and they said I need an oil change. Maybe that shop is lying, but based on how it went at this Jiffy Lube I'm inclined to believe I paid $210 to get ripped off and only damage my car. I had heard to stay away from quick lube places like this, but I thought surely a place that does dozens of oil changes a day could handle the job. Not the case. Won't be going here or to any other comparable spots ever again. read more

Incompetent. My glove box door completely fell off upon driving off their lot. They guys broke off the glove box door when replacing the ($60) cabin air filter and then set it back in place hoping I wouldn't notice. Hard not to notice when the thing falls right out. I called at around 5:10pm to confirm the hours were back to normal Vs COVID. Whoever answered the phone confirmed closing at 6pm Sunday. When I arrived at 5:43, the bay doors were shut, and that even though closing is 7pm, they take their last car at 5:40. I understand the technicians have been working all day, and they are ready to go home. My time is valuable as well. If the business stops accepting cars around 5:30, the employees and business should make that clear. read more

Why did I not read the reviews before going here? I noticed they were not busy so I popped in to get a 150 dollar oil change. I asked them to check my left rear tire that had a slow leak. The demeanors of the workers was pretty much I could care less if I work here. They did quick work and when I asked about the tire they said they put air in it. Hah! I told them to check it! So now I continue to put air in the tire every few days. Then a few days after I got home I noticed a brown spot on my garage floor. I thought about taking it back to jiffy lube but my experience was bad so I figured I would get my relative who is a mechanic take a look. He removed the oil plug and was shocked to see that jiffy lube had put a metal washer on top of the rubber gasket before screwing it back in. I asked why they would do that and he guessed that when they removed the drain plug they didn't have any rubber gaskets to replace the worn one so they just figured they would put a metal washer on and hope nothing bad happened. I am no mechanic but this seems like a serious ethical and mechanical issue because that is clearly not what you are supposed to do. I ended up ordering a replacement plug from gmc for 30 dollars and the part was a plug and a rubber gasket. There was no metal washer included. My relative changed the plug and ditched the metal washer and I think everything is okay now. I contacted the corporate office and am waiting to hear back. I highly recommend that you do not go here if you love your car. read more

Update to my review, Jiffy Lube reached out and acknowledged my complaint within a few days. The franchisee addressed what I conveyed about the transaction. If I go back- I would ask the cashier upfront to disclose potential costs and go from there. Very happy that Jiffy Lube has a quick turnaround for customer grievances. **** If you are using a Groupon they charge WELL over what you paid for, add services on to your bill. I paid $72 for the Groupon and instructed the cashier not to add anything else. After my car service was complete the cashier asked me to pay $27 for more oil and a filter. I am 100% sure that I did not request the filter and instructed him "no add on". read more

came in for a scan, left with oil prints and oil half filled! i was visiting a friend and i needed my oil changed, i saw this place. the manager i assume was very rude and didn't let me speak! i asked for conventional oil, he tried to upcharge me for synthetic! he overcharged me for an oil change, he put synthetic oil in my car without my consent! he didn't communicate with me at all. he didn't tell me the price beforehand! he just assumed i wanted the 'better' oil for my car. i did not! when i mentioned the $97 total, he told me he could discount it but it was still $70 when i could've gotten a $40 oil change if he just communicated with me. i feel scammed and taken advantage of! i will never come back to this location or any location for that matter! i hate jiffy lube, i will always love valvoline! he treated me like an idiot because im a girl. i want a refund for this terrible experience, i never want to set foot in a jiffy lube again! read more

I read all the poor reviews, but given that I had limited options and a busy week ahead I decided to try my luck. Their hours are listed as 9 am - 6 PM on Sundays. I pulled up at 10 AM on a Sunday morning and the shop was closed and empty. No sign of anyone. Called the office phone and no one picked up. It is very deceptive, unreliable, and inconvenient to have your hours say one thing and you not to honor them. As potential customers, we schedule our days based on your business hours. Paid for an oil change the technician reset my dash and waited for some time before giving me my car back but didn't do the oil change. Lazy

The first time they changed my oil, they did not put enough oil back in it. My engine seized up, costing me $5,600 to replace. The second time they changed my oil (in the new engine), they claimed I needed $300 of additional fluids and services...not realizing the engine (a used but newer engine) had been installed only a few thousand miles before. I declined and took my truck to my class 1 mechanic and they said the fluids and everything was fine (and they had every reason to want to charge me for the service). Jiffy Lube is incompetent at best, fraudulent at worse. Save yourself the time and hassle of going to Jiffy Lube and just pour sand in your engine and light your paycheck on fire...same outcome. read more

I took my girlfriend's car which is a 2012 Nissan compact and I felt my review should be broken up into Pros and Cons. Pros: 1. You drive your call right up to the mechanic and tell him what you want done. 2. They tell you right upfront how long it will take. 3. Its the quickest oil change I ever gotten maybe 15 mins from the time I drop it off. 4. They don't try to sell you on any other services and just give you a print out on your receipt of how your car is doing. 5. Before they do an oil service they tell you your options for an oil change and if you don't know they will let you what was in your car already(very helpful)! 5. You can watch your car being worked on. 6. They vacuum your car even if you don't ask them too. Cons: 1. There aren't look in a great location if it's traffic time at all. 2. They aren't cheap at all the oil change costed($80) as much as I paid on my Rav4 at the dealership with less mile(5,000 vs 10,000) and the oil quality is as good. 3. The waiting room is small and very warm in summertime. 4. The card reader doesn't work and I haven't either had to punch in my car number before. Overall my rating is based from those facts, you decide for yourself but that's on full review of them. read more

While my experience here was not as bad as some others, don't let that fool you - this place still sucks. I've been here twice, both times for emissions testing because they are one of the only few places that are open on Sundays and can do them. With that comes a price tag of $25 (the maximum amount you are allowed to charge for emissions) and a good 20-30+ minute wait. I wanted to walk nearby to the record store and asked if I could leave my keys. The guy told me that I could leave them in my car which was parked on the side of the building. EXCUSE ME? It may have been that this guy was just confident enough in all of mankind that my car would be perfectly safe (while being unlocked and unattended.) Or he could have been just that negligent. Much like another man who was working that day who had to chase down a car on Clairmont after someone left a piece of equipment in a customer's car. After holding up traffic, he ran back to discover the item was on the ground in the garage. It was all just very disorganized. It's a small location, but it gets a ton of business. Free coffee and a small TV in the waiting room. Pros Convenient location. Cons Kind of long wait for a test that should on take 5 min and the price is higher than what I remember. I checked the hours of this Jiffy Lube before I drove the 20 minutes to them, I had a last minute urgent trip I needed to make and I knew I needed an oil change first. This location closes at 6:00. I arrived at 5:29, there were no cars or other customers, everyone was just standing around. I pulled up and spoke with the attendants and they turned me away. They said they aren't taking anyone else and are already cleaning up to close. Then they walked away and shut all the pull down gates to the garage to close everything up. All by 5:31 pm. This really pisses me off, there are hours of operation for a reason and clearly the staff just wanted to cut out early, leaving me screwed. They could have done it, as the only customer I could have been in and out in less than 15 minutes. I went there today to get a quick oil change and I had a Groupon for $45 for 5 quarts oil and one trying to use that coupon the owner or the person at the desk said I could not use that coupon because my car which I have a Lincoln does not hold 5 quarts of oil in fact it hold more so I googled my car holds 5.6 quarts of oil so they will not validate coupon And from there they tried to upsell me to get my transmission in my brake fluid flushed cost me $199 For the service and when I got my car back I noticed that by brakes were grinding which they were not doing before. So in my opinion I feel that they drained the rest of my transmission fluid and brake fluid so that I would have to come back so I recommend you never go there read more
