We've been there several times that the food was average but really want to support our local small business. But...tonight they failed us. Ask for our Tequila to be served "neat" it came with salt and orange, our enchilada dinners were cold (sauce was hot) and when we told the waitress we were told the bill would be $62. No mention of regrets that the food was cold and not ediible. I Don't think we'll be back...really sad!! Customer satisfaction doesn't seem to be their forte. read more

We have ordered a couple times but the most recent visit had a piece of mental in my beans. I called and the manager/supervisor asked me what they wanted to do about it. Honestly it makes me very nervous as my children who are 2 and a 1 year old are eating those beans. The training of what is happening inside the kitchen needs to be addressed. This was my first visit to Manny's. Service was on point, timely with the right amount of check ins and correct orders received. The bar was visibly busy when we walked in so we thought drinks would take a while, they did not. The margaritas tasted light & wonderful, not topped with soda. Salsa had a good roasted flavor and not overly seasoned with cilantro. The only negative for our dinner was the queso. The queso was lumpy and warm. I'm assuming it was warmed in a microwave therefore warm but still lumpy. As you can tell from the photo, it was still eaten. It was mentioned to the waitress but nothing was done. The food and drinks here were phenomenal. The Manny Taxi margarita was a great balance with the swirl. The shrimp ceviche was fresh, full of flavor, and a great portion for 4 people. We split the fajita chicken chimichanga and it was absolutely delicious from the sauce to the fried tortilla to the chicken and onions/peppers. I have been wanting to come to this restaurante since it's opened up. Let me tell you I was really disappointed. First of all a few dishes that we received were dirty. The cups had food stuck on them and we did inform the waiter . The food had no flavor and the specialty drinks I ordered were not the greatest. You would think that chefs can really put some work into their food. My waiter didn't come back to check up on us often. She would be chatting up with her co-worker and we would have to get their attention. Yes.. This place will continue having business but it's not for great food or service. I did read the reviews before coming but I wanted to experience it for myself. I travel to experience the flavors of different cities but this restaurante can do much better.. One last thing. My poor daughter had food poisoning from this place and that really drew the last straw. read more

Got the enchiladas poblano when I was here and I gotta say... probably the best and most flavorful enchiladas I have ever had out of all the Mexican restaurants around town. It was exceptional along with the rice and beans! For the price, I wish they gave you more food, but the taste was great! Compliments to the chef! Luis was our server and he was constantly checking in and refilling our water, making sure everything was taken care of, so if you see Luis, give him a fat tip! Went here for lunch with my husband. The restaurant was not too busy. We were seated promptly. After we had been seated for a bit, I saw another waiter motion to our table and we were waited on. We ordered both drinks and our meal at the same time. When the waiter brought us our drinks we requested tortillas. Then he brought our meals a few minutes later- no tortillas. Never acted like he forgot them or anything. We had to ask for refills of our drinks and other than bringing our check, we never saw him. Food was mediocre. The music was very loud-even the waiter had to have us repeat our order because he could not hear us. I doubt we'll be back. read more

Great local chain with good atmosphere, reasonable prices, and great service. My wife and I try to sit at one of Pablo's tables whenever possible. Service left a lot to be desired and it was only half full. Our table side guacamole came to the table already made. Other tables got there food about 10 minutes before we did. Water went empty before getting food and was refilled when I was done eating. Chips and Salsa are very good! Food was a little above average. Brisket quesadillas are the best! Better than the brisket tacos. Table side guac was fresh and very lime-y.

The food is good but the staff is hit or miss and they had no problem with messing up my large family order. We ordered a burrito and they gave me a taco, then when we called back they said their burritos are small. Sooo.... what's the difference between the tacos and burritos? I actually have come to this place on numerous occasions to eat and I will say the food was good, but unfortunately our business will no longer be there. My boyfriend just woke up from a nap and I have been out for hours running errands. Due to this they did say we cannot be served alcohol because he looked sleepy. They originally denied me as well until I explained the situation. The last time as well the place was dirty with stuff all over the outside tables not being cleaned. We had different waiters who did not provide excellent service and food did come out cold and non of them knew which food belonged to who. Moving forward due to the incompetence of there knowledge as well as me coming in a week or two ago and the workers all Friday at. the bar which was the "manager Edgar Estrada and the the general manger Juan Cruz drinking have the nerve to say my boyfriend and I were cut off and came back and said I was good, but due to him looking tired we were cut off. This was a place we did like until this unfortunate situation occurred so they have lost our business forever. We actually went to Brass TaP which did serve us like normal people who had not been drinking at all. Good luck with that place. UNHAPPY and UNSATISFIED sue to lack of INCOMPETENCE. I did ask for a breathalyzer ad well to the fact we have not drank. They did not offer that. read more

My husband and I visited your restaurant today 06/26/2022 table 42 check #16 Pedro L. was the sever. I must say this service was was the worst service I have ever experienced. I feel like we were discriminated because we are black. We watched Pedro go out of his way to check the well being of his other tables while not checking ours. We were finished eating and sat and waited over 20 minutes for him to bring the check, he did not and walked passed the table I had to stop him and he acted as if I was bothering him when I asked for the check. We sat and waited an additional 10 minutes before I asked a man in a white Manny's shirt with an earpiece whom I'm assuming was a manager for the check. He took our plates and went back to the kitchen area. My husband had his credit card on the table waiting for the check still but Pedro walked passed and snatched it off the table not even presenting the check not one time. He put the receipt and a pen down and walked away. By far this type of service is unacceptable and I feel cheated out of my time and money for subpar customer service. I will not be back or recommend this place to anyone else. read more

*AWFUL EXPERIENCE* I had a party of 2 and went at 3:00pm on a Saturday so there was no crowd. We got seated quickly but then waited a long time before our drink order even got taken. Then we ordered a guacamole appetizer with the Enchiladas Arracheras for our main courses. We never received our guacamole: our waiter forgot to put it in. Our entrees were supposed to be "cheese enchiladas topped with beef fajitas" according to the menu description. We received cheese enchiladas topped with way over cooked skirt steak on top, which is a different cut of meat than what's advertised in the description on the menu. We only had butter knives and couldn't cut the meat due to it being so tough and over cooked. After finally getting a piece ripped off, it was so gristly and took a very long time to chew. The rice was good but the beans tasted like soap/perfume. Our drinks (waters) never got refilled until we were about to pay- they were empty from before we got our food all the way to the bill. A very cute/modern appearance, but the service and food were both terrible. We wanted to like Manny's but sadly won't be returning due to our experience. read more
