DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOG HERE…read more This is a hard review to write, as we have been loyal customers to this business (and have loved their boarding services) for many years and many stays. HOWEVER, after I picked up my dog from her last boarding stay from 12/27/2021-12/31/2021, she came back with bruising to her neck and a large hematoma (as diagnosed by her veterinarian). When I called the business to let them know, the owner offered a refund, which I did not take because I wanted to know exactly what happened rather than him giving me a refund and sweeping it under the rug. He said he would review the video footage of the 4 days she was there and get back to me...he called back within a few hours to let me know the footage didn't show anything....which lets me know he didn't actually review it, because how does one watch 4 days of video that quickly? I called again and again, and none of the staff have said they saw anything happen or know anything about an incident (either from another staff member or dog). Either my dog was injured by a staff member themselves or by another dog during the daycare playtime and a staff member didn't see it OR didn't report it, all of which are unacceptable. The owner did not seem to care about the well being of my dog which was a slap in the face as a loyal customer. We will not be using their services again, and I would encourage others not to use them either as the quality of their care has gone downhill.

When I picked him up, he seemed happy to leave, but once we got home, he showed very little emotion for several days and almost seemed absent or distant. At first, I assumed he was simply exhausted, but it felt like he had a completely different personality. He also urinated on my bed the first night home, which is very unusual for him. I had brought extra food for his stay, but none of it was returned, and he appeared to have lost a little weight as well. After a couple of days, his behavior shifted again, and he became unusually clingy. Compared to some of the reviews I've read, my experience certainly wasn't the worst. However, for approximately $300, it did not meet my expectations, and unfortunately, I will not be returning.

My pup is 8 months old and full of energy, like all pups are. When i picked her up she was lethargic and her energy was LOW! She wasn't interested in eating or playing games when we got home. She in fact went straight to sleep for 5 hours She smelled like sour poop, (my dog is black fur) she a light white/ cream colored fur all over her back, dried up poop on her rear and her legs, causing me to have to take her to the groomer the next day because she had my house smelling! There were 4-5 cuts on her paws and nose and i did not have her groomed there. F that ! We have boarded at WAGS previous and at pick up she did not want to leave. This was not the case here! The facility is OLD dingy and dirty, and they do not call you and update on your pet, i had to call and check in. I attached a photo on 2 small cuts on one of her paws that looks like it's gotten worse. The saying you get why you pay for was definitely proven here! Just DONT!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABY!…read more I have taken my Yorkie for 4 years and was very happy with the service when Edgardo was there.  When he left,  I noticed the owner was a little "rough" with the dogs,  but hoped it was just a 1 off. I considered not going back,  but thought "the devil you know is better than the devil you don't know. " I WAS WRONG! I took my sweet dog in for a routine grooming and when I got her home,  noticed her anus was bright red and something had definitely happened. I reached out to Yolanda (owner) and she didn't acknowledge anything happened.  The following day I took her to the Vet and sure enough, they had taken off the entire surface of her anus skin. She was brutalized. I can't imagine the pain my little baby is in. It's like a nightmare....horrible pain.  What's worse,  the owner refused to respond.  Had she acknowledged a mistake, or accidentally cutting too deep, I could have treated her immediately.   So, the purpose for telling my story is this: If you love your dog,  cat, pet....do not take them to this groomer or boarding house of horrors. Your baby will suffer.

Nicole is super friendly and truly displays care for all dogs - she even fosters a rescue yorkie. She is also super flexible with drop-off and pick-up times so I never have to stress out about my flight times. I also get daily updates and pictures on my pup. Few days before one of my trips, Milana (my yorkie) developed acute pancreatitis and she needed to receive several meds and special food to recover. I am really thankful to Nicole that she was willing to give all these medications and watch Milana closely while I was on my trip. I highly recommend Nicole - she is my go to person when I go away on my work and personal trips :)

The woman said Friday was the first apt they had. I said he needed to be checked today. She gave me the number of an emergency clinic that was in Grapevine (a considerable distance from both the clinic and myself) without bothering to find a closer one. I would expect a clinic with 5 vets would be able to squeeze in an urgent examination for an existing patient. Anyway, my 5 dogs are no longer their patients.
