Dr. Mansour and her staff are always helpful and understanding. My son has autism and the only way previous dentists would be able work on him would be to put him completely under anesthesia. I'd have to say dr. Natalie is one of the most knowledgeable pediatric dentist we've come across. She's on point very honest (which is a huge plus) great with kids, the list can go on and on. I was so nervous to put my daughter to sleep to get her teeth done, but she made the entire process so easy and fast we didn't even feel overwhelmed. Awe....I love this place and I've been here once so far. I took my 3 y.o daughter for her first dentist visit and it is so kid friendly! The office is very much set-up to "hopefully" make a child feel at ease and my daughter sure did enjoy the small play room with air hockey table. There is a tv in the waiting room and it was playing a kid movie. The exam room had a tv on top to again "hopefully" make your child feel at ease. This was my daughters first visit to the dentist so of course, she is a little to small to comprehend that all those neat things are there to make her feel comfortable so hopefully, she will next time. Our visit with the dentist was extremely pleasant and there was no strapping down involved. Thank Goodness! She checked her teeth and gave us a couple recommendation on how to keep up with our daughter's good dental hygiene. She was super duper sweet and I look forward to taking my little one to her next visit and build a good dental experience for her. Literally I went on Yelp and found this dentist who was closest to my home with good reviews. When I called the number I was so happy and relieved that I could text and make an appointment instead of being on the phone to listen to some long automated voice options. My daughter needed an immediate dental check up (I didn't want her old dentist) and we got the earliest appointment. I was able to register everything via text and mobile it was super easy as a first time patient. The clinic is super clean, friendly and the staff is courteous. Dr Natalie introduced herself to me and to my daughter. She was professional, respectful and explained each step she was doing. She was super efficient and all the staff Iris, Roxanne were courteous, professional and kind. My billing was explained clearly and they were super efficient. I am in fact thinking of taking my other daughter here as well as she has some special needs. Dr Natalie reassured me if I chose to bring my youngest daughter she would help my kid through the process and make it smooth as she said she works with all kinds of kids. read more

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Mansour and staff. It was my daughter's first visit to the dentist. Monica took extra time to explain to her how to brush her teeth correctly, and did an excellent job cleaning her teeth. My daughter was apprehensive to visit the dentist, but now she looks forward to returning. The staff up front were responsive and helpful. In my initial review, I was disappointed that I could not get through on the phone to make my appointment. I was called by the office manager with an apology, and have had no issues with communication since. I am glad I decided to stick with Dr. Mansour and staff. I'm so grateful to her for her way of attending to my 5 year old. She involved her, talked her through every step so that my daughter would have no fears. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Mansour and her staff are. I took my 2 year old son for his first dentist visit and from the time we pulled into the parking lot, we had fallen in love with the place (and who says that about a dentist!!!) The office was easy to find with ample free parking. The office itself is tastefully decorated with nice ocean murals on the walls of both the waiting room and exam rooms. There were not a bunch of toys and books strewn about, but a well maintained waiting area with a small pile of clean children's books and magazines, a toddler maze toy, and an enclosed room with additional activities for older children (video game system and air hockey table. The saltwater fishtank in the corner was my son's favorite, but there was also a TV in the main waiting area that was playing Happy Feet. As this was our first visit, we had some paperwork to fill out, but once that was filled out, it was a matter of five minutes or less before we were escorted to our exam room. The exam room was clean and very well maintained, and we were in there no more than about 3 minutes before Dr. Mansour came to visit. She was extremely friendly and got straight to the point, asking about my son's medical history, reason for visit, and our current dental hygiene routine with him. She thoroughly explained how she was going to do the checkup (he is small and wiggly, so per her suggestion, my husband held him in his lap while she investigated my boy's mouth, rather than have him sit in the large exam chair). There were a few,brief tears, but she was so quick, I was surprised how painless the whole situation was. She walked us to the front and let my son pick a toy (a bouncy ball the size a soccer ball) which was a huge hit, drying any remaining tears, and gave us a few pointers on what we should do to help prevent cavities and maintain good dental health for our son. She also gave us a little bag with some floss pics and a couple different types of toothbrushes for him. We were in and out of the of office in under 30 minutes, but she was very thorough in all of her questions, and listened carefully to the questions and concerns that we had. I can't say enough about how wonderful she is. And even though she IS covered by our dental insurance, I would definitely go back to her, even if we had to pay out of pocket!!! read more

It's a little difficult getting an appointment for the same month. Also for the next month you have to call back beginning of the month to get an appointment... that's really strange and annoying. Very informative for parents and less intimidating and scary as can be for toddlers. TV on the ceiling for kids to watch while Dr. Natalie does her thing. The office is decorated, has an "under the sea" theme, and the kids receive a small trinket of their choice for coming in. Due to the pandemic, the common play area and toy box are on hold for the time being. Speaking of pandemic precautions, all patients are asked to wait in their respective car/outside prior to entry so temperatures can be measured and there is controlled foot traffic to allow ample time to sanitize the rooms between patients. All patient forms are completed online/via app to minimize added time spent filling out paperwork, AKA THEY'RE WITH THE TIMES AND REDUCING THE NEED FOR PAPER AND PROMOTING EFFICIENCY. Alerts and appointment scheduling can also be made online. Wonderful referral by my pediatrician and I'll refer this practice to anyone who asks! read more

Dr. Mansour was super. my kid loved the TVs on ceiling and felt super comfortable. Her staff was amazing. AND She actually took the time to write up the procedures and give us our quote and so on but also gave texted and called another 2 dentist that were her friends that took our insurance that she highly recommended. She could have easily convinced me to get the kiddos surgery there and pay out of pocket, but instead took extra time to call her friends and sent us to where they took our insurance. she's amazing and I felt very comfortable. Both of my daughters have been coming here for the last couple of years. They are 4 & 2. Every other year one of them is brave and one is scared but the staff is awesome! They calm them done and get the job done! Dr. Mansour is quick, smart and great at what she does. The office is super cute. All the rooms are painted like underwater scenes with a movie playing on a tv attached to the ceiling for kids to watch when they are being worked on. And the toys!!! It's literally the only thing that gets my kids through the door. Days before I'm pumping the girls up about going to the dentist for their toys.
