We had three other inspections before this, and honestly, I was shocked at how pushy and scammy those companies felt. Two of them were trying to sell attic insulation replacements, even though they were only licensed for pest control. Tony stood out immediately. He offered a very reasonable price and was the only inspector who pointed out overgrown landscaping and actual roof issues. None of the other companies mentioned any of that. On top of that, Nottingham does not force you into a monthly service plan just to warranty their exclusion work, which says a lot about their integrity. Truly an honest company. If everything continues to go well, I plan to use them long term.

My electric range was tripping the breaker. I figured it must have been a short in the electric range. The guy came out and said there's a problem with my breaker. Paid this guy $75 and paid electrician $150 to tell me it wasn't my breaker. In fact, you can hear something click inside the range when it gets power and its infact the range. Lazy people did not want to troubleshoot properly. Bought a new range and everything works now!! Go back to school!
