I work in town often and stop here to get the crew some donuts,bagels or a bagel sandwich for myself. The donuts are fresh and standard. Nothing magical but they hit the basic expectations, because not everywhere does. The most important thing to mention is their jalapeño cheddar bagels are like no other. Maybe it's the freshness or the source of peppers but they're spicy! I love them but if you think you're getting a mild bagel, you might find out the hard way lol. The place is clean and has chairs to wait or dine in. Friendly staff and the prices are reasonable. I've gotten a free donut every time I've gotten a sandwich. Yum! I was craving a sweet treat, so we got some donuts from Maple Leaf Donuts. This is a convenient location between Saratoga and Los Gatos. Even though it was around noon, there were still plenty of fresh donuts. I got a classic glazed and a sprinkle donut. The glazed was soft and fluffy. Totally delicious! The cake donut was also soft and fluffy in a more cake-like way. Frosting and sprinkles on top were tasty. Both donuts weren't oily at all and left your mouth tingling with a happy sweetness. I would definitely come back here again! The donuts are about $1.50 each, so it's a lovely, affordable pick me up. read more

They now have a new owner, but unlike the past ownership changes, the quality of the donuts has decreased *significantly*. Donuts are smaller, overcooked, and toppings like chocolate don't look or taste as good. I would avoid ordering donuts here. I go there sometimes for lunch and I love the croissant or bagels with cream-cheese as I do some of the fruit drinks they have. Their bagels are very good and have a large variety of flavors. Last Saturday I purchased some donuts for friends. When we tasted them, they tasted stale. The customer service was horrible. They were rude to me as well as another customer. We will not be back. Parking was difficult to find due to limited spaces and proximity to the DMV. The smell of cleaning chemicals was overwhelming. And there is no public restroom. I explained that my son has a medical condition and asked if they could make an exception, and they said no. I asked if there was any nearby where we could use the bathroom, and they said no. After spending the morning at the hospital, a jelly donut sounded like something I needed to make myself feel better. I found this place on my Waze app and ordered just one jelly donut. I probably would have settled for a candy bar instead if I'd of known it was going to cost a whopping two dollars and fifty five cents.
