I really hope a manager or someone in charge sees his! I want to say how VERY impressed I was with my visit tonight (7/5/2024 around 9:50pm). We arrived and there was a line to the door. Yes it's a small place, but there were people sitting at tables and then the long line. There were 2 young boys working and they handled this rush with EASE! Now they may have been freaking out on the inside, but we wouldn't know because they were just so cool, working hard, and being so patient with everyone. When it was our turn to order the boys were so polite and since there was no line behind us, one of the boys went around with a rag and began cleaning up. The phone then rang, the boy cleaning up went to answer in a timely manner. Honestly I was just so impressed and our milkshakes were perfect! So so proud of how l well those boys handled that rush and hope they get the recognition they deserve! Thank you boys for handling it so well tonight and for doing it with such politeness. read more

They make the waffle cones fresh daily including chocolate dipped, white chocolate dipped and even dipped with different toppings like Butterfinger or even fruity pebble's LOL They have a large selection of things to mix in like Reese's pieces, cookie dough, Oreos, different cereals and many others! They also have a selection of pretty cool featured mixes like peanut butter galaxy! It contains chocolate ice cream with Reese's pieces, Reesie's buttercup's and a scoop of peanut butter, yikes on calories but delicious LOL Like a lot of these restaurants/eateries they hire teenagers to work there so sometimes you get fantastic service and sometimes you get a lazy teenager. 90% of the time I have been treated great and have had great service. I go to this location all the time, and I'm now addicted to the "Smore's" flavor. It is Chocolate Swiss ice cream with marshmallows, tiny chocolate chips, and graham crackers, with a chocolate syrup swirl, I believe. So yummy! By the time you add the chocolate-dipped cone, it's 700 calories, but who's counting? I will admit the people are usually in the back, and have to come out to help me, and they aren't the fastest people in the world either. That's the only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5. When there is a line, the employees don't really have a sense of urgency about them which can be frustrating. Overall, though, this is my absolutely favorite ice cream place. Amy's Ice Cream is even more expensive, and doesn't taste half as good. read more

I just had a horrible experience at marble slab. I was waiting in line and a pleasant young woman was working alone and doing a great job. Then a young man came in from outside and walked behind the counter complaining about something and then he asked me for my order. After I ordered, he began to make it WITHOUT washing his hands!!!!! Then he scooped a fair amount of mint ice cream into my sweet cream. I asked him to please scrape it out because I have an allergic response to mint. He glared at me as he took off a tiny bit. At that point I should have just left, but I don't like to cause trouble. Then he starts to to check me out and he rolls his eyes as I tell him I have another order. The flavor combinations sounded amazing, but I can only speak to the "S'mores" flavor (Swiss chocolate ice cream with marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbles) - which was awesome. Went to this Marble Slab on a craving my gf and I had. It was about an hour before closing so we still had time. We arrived to a guy, in a track suit almost emptying trash and cleaning things up. My gf orders and an older gentleman behind the counter starts making the order, only he didn't know how. So he starts asking the younger guy in track suit how, and the armenian language occurs. I thought Marble slab was a chain, not privately owned. After a few minutes of explanation the order was created and they began to ring her up. I didn't even get a chance to order, and by our conversation it was clear we both were getting something. Of course what I would like on my cone has, "run out" and another choice must be made. We finally got our ice cream but felt odd leaving the place. Not one of the 2 gentlemen had name tags or anything.
