The front desk staff in particular provides great customer service and are very easy to contact when I need to schedule or reschedule an appointment. I've had laser on most of my body and now I only need to go every couple of months for maintenance since some areas do grow back due to hormones. They use Cynosure laser and this has been very effictive for my skin. Getting laser was the best investment since I really don't ever have to worry about shaving anymore.
