This office is a disgrace. I make an appointment with Dr. Seidenberg. I show up, and they tell me I don't have an appointment scheduled. I ask if I can still see him, and they tell me he discharged me as a patient because I canceled a prior appointment. They showed me some notice that they claimed they sent me in the mail, which they never did. If I was discharged as they claim, their receptionist should have never scheduled me for an appointment. First rate dermatologist, a nice guy with a great bedside manner. You never feel rushed, he takes his time listening to his patients and, most of all, inspires confidence in his diagnoses. His office is immaculate and professionally run, too. Everyone, from the front desk people to the assistants who prep you for your examination, are pleasant and courteous. He had no clue as to what my rash was despite acting like he did. He was also all over the place as to whether he should give me something to treat it which he did on my second visit and it did nothing. He also screwed up my biopsy and wanted me to come back again. No thanks. read more

Dr. Seidenberg has been my dermatologist for 10 year plus. He has a great bedside manner, is extremely bright, easy to get ahold of, and very thorough. Highly recommended! Dr. Seidenberg has the second-worst attitude out of any doctor I've seen. Granted, he gets a lot of good reviews and even my primary care physician recommended him, so maybe he's better with other patients. The impression he made on me was a man fake-nice-ing his way to more profits. The first thing Dr. Seidenberg asked was why I rescheduled our appointment a few times. I told him I had to because of work deadlines. He said, "oh that's interesting" and proceeded to insinuate that my work isn't very important. His inspection of my skin issue was cursory and took all of one second, and his explanation sounded lazy. He just seems more interested in his bottom line than in putting serious thought into seeing patients. read more

Dr Roy Seidenberg is a first rate Dermatologist. He biopsied something on my face that, two weeks prior, was skipped by another Dermatologist. I had a bad feeling about her so a friend told me about Dr Seidenberg. It turned out to be a basil cell carcinoma!! Required immediate surgery! Now I'm okay. But if I had not gone to him, who knows what a mess I'd be in. Dr Seidenberg is pleasant, mild mannered, and very thorough. He misses nothing when doing a complete body check. I went to Roy Seidenberg, MD for both my daughter and myself. No one should look any further for an adolescent and adult dermatologist. He explained everything simply and clearly to my fifteen year old, in a way that she could understand. Any questions that she had, were answered in a manner that made us both very comfortable, and put her at ease. For myself, having had skin cancer in the past, I was very concerned. He was extremely understanding, excellent bedside manner, and was able to put me at ease. It ended up that I had to have something removed from my face. He performed the procedure with great skill and technique. For both of us, he treated us with genuine compassion and sensitivity. His clinical staff was attentive and caring. Dr. Seidenberg made me feel extremely uncomfortable. If you are a female I would feel very wary about this man. A nurse told me to put on a gown (despite my skin problem being only on my face and neck) and when the Dr came in he insisted I stand and open the gown and turn around several times. He was very dismissive of my concerns and when I informed him of an allergy to a medication he attempted to prescribe he decided to just not prescribe anything. I have never had such a bad experience with a dermatologist. read more

This doctor is a greedy doctor. He will push procedures that are not necessary. I wouldn't have minded one of them, but I never received the detailed results and because of deductibles (of which I asked him if I would be charged at all and he assured me I wouldn't), I was charged 100 bucks for it so he could make a buck. read more
