One is an ankle, leather boot, which the heal/sole was beginning to separate. The other pair was also ankle height, but a suede type (wallabe style). The sole half way separated. I wasn't pleased with the type of customer service from this owner. He showed no customer service manners during my drop off and pick up visit. I looked at the boots quickly and saw that the sole were intact. When I arrived home and looked at the boots later. I saw one pair how the glue was not wiped up completely. After wearing it a week I looked to see how the sole was doing and I could see a slight separation. I didn't expect this having to pay $40 for each pair. I used Gorilla glue to fix the problem. I should have done the work myself.

I purchased an 18k gold double plated choker necklace by House of Sacred Flame that cost $236. I specifically asked about the double gold plating because I wanted to make sure that it was not going to tarnish. The salesperson assured me that if I made sure that the necklace did not come in contact with any oils or lotions on my skin then it would stay the gorgeous gold color it was. Less than 5 months after I purchased it (and followed the instructions to the letter) the necklace is tarnished. I have reached out to the manufacturer, House of Sacred Flame, but have not heard back from them. This is a cautionary tale for those who shop at this store and perhaps a point of reflection for the person who selects which merchandise to sell.

Thankfully I remembered that Anthony's Repair shop was in the same shopping center so I immediately went to have my shoes fixed good thing I had an extra pair they were able to literally repair them same day within 25 minutes. What a blessing because I do not live in the area so I was able to get a quote pay have my shoes repaired and picked them up the same day if that is not amazing service I don't know what is and I was very happy with the repairs !
