We had the most amazing experience here. We came here because we needed to wash over 20 bags of football jerseys/pants for my husband's school since he's a football coach. Because of the yelp reviews, we went ahead and texted this laundromat through yelp to see how much they would charge. The owners got back to me within 30 mins. We went ahead and washed our clothes here and I have to say, we were HAPPY CUSTOMERS! This is not like any other laundromat you'll ever go to. The owners immediately welcomed us and helped us with the washer machines. The owners were constantly cleaning the place--especially each machine after it was used (I was so thankful for this.) Marco Polo is not only clean, but every machine works, all machines are card operated, the owners are always available to help, the bathrooms are super clean, and the environment is such a positive one. There's even Christian music playing in the background which was soothing. Plus there's a couple of tvs. We were there for about 2.5 hours and we really do appreciate all the help we received and appreciate how clean it was. We will definitely go back and will make this laundromat our go-to place when needed. read more

This has got to be the nicest laundromat I've ever been in. I wanted to wash an area rug and unfortunately my washer at home isn't big enough. So glad this place is right down the street. Beatrice greeted me and made sure I knew how to re load money on to my MP card. She also went above and beyond to offer to put more time on the dryer of my rug hadn't dried in the allotted time I set. I told her I had to run an errand and wouldn't be able to get back for a few hours. Really appreciate the excellent customer service. I just moved here from Sacramento and was unaware the Bay Area Laundromats require a membership to get in... Maybe either post that so people do not waste their time. I've been coming to this laundromat for a few months now. It's super close to my house, new, and very clean. After a week in quarantine and my laundry starting to pile and my personal fear of this pandemic I decided to reach out for the same say wash and fold service. Exchanged several messages with the business and then arranged a pick up time. This was the first time I ever used a wash and fold service mostly because I always worried they wont follow my wash instructions. Anyways my laundry was picked up at 5:30pm and by 8pm I had it back. This is the BEST laundromat I've ever been to. I grew up going to laundromats all around San Jose. Now as an adult, I have my own washer & dryer so the need for a laundromat is not as great but definitely still necessary from time to time!! Just tried their pick up and drop off laundry service over the weekend and love it! I left some hanging shirts there the last time and they brought it when they picked up my laundry. And they dropped off my laundry the next day: folded, hanged and separated by child (because my girls have very sensitive skin and need hypo-allergenic laundry soap) . Always super friendly and kind. I do my laundry here every month to wash certain towels that are too big for my washer. Today I did not have a good experience with the person who was in charge of the laundromat today around 3:15PM. I come in to do my usual washing, drove home and came back to put them back in the dryer and realized I misplaced my washing key card to dry the cloths. The person in charge of the laundromat (gentleman supervisor) was sitting outside so I went to ask him to get a new key card since I misplaced mine. I didn't have time to drive back home and come back to the laundromat, does not make sense. He was looking for me in the system and did not find my name and address in there and was telling me that I was not in the system. For me, I did not know that this was a membership laundromat because I have been coming in and out to wash my cloths and I did not know that these exist. Speaking to this gentleman, his tone of voice and customer service was not professional. He kept asking me where I left my keycard, why did I forget it at home, why was I not in the system. Instead of helping me and educating me about the membership laundry, he gave me a difficult time and made me feel incompetent and talked to me like i did not understand a word he said. Every other supervisor I have met when I came into the laundromat was very cordial and nice when I had questions except for him. Three stars for the clean environment and clean washing and drying machines. Minus two stars for the supervisor who was in charge today, he needs to speak to people with respect and educate them in a professional manner and tone. read more

If you want a super clean, safe, friendly, and technologically advanced laundromat, this is the place for you. I am embarrassed to say that when I walked into this laundromat I had absolutely no idea what to do. I didn't know there were different size washers and dryers, I realized very quickly that I forgot detergent and I had no clue that I needed a special card to use any of the machines. Thankfully, there was a wonderful lady there who walked me through everything literally step by step. She never indicated that I should probably know what I'm doing, which was greatly appreciated. She was an absolute sweetheart! The facility itself is impressive. They have state of the art machines (and they have different detergents and fabric softeners available for purchase if you accidentally forget). Honestly all of these terrible reviews are beyond me. If you've been in the area then you would put 2 and 2 together in why they would request a card. I am 100% positive it's is to keep the weirdos out from bothering anyone while trying to simply do your laundry. Hasnt anyone noticed that? I went there for the first time and my husband usually goes in while I stay at home with the kids. However he had surgery and I went and handled the task! I used my card to get into the building and was greeted by the woman who was the owner. She could tell I have never been before and helped me through each step and even told me to ask for help if I have any further questions. This is the first time I've used their delivery service and I was so impressed. Scheduling and delivery was so quick and easy. The person who picked up and delivered was fast and polite. They did an amazing job on the laundry. This service was done for my sister who is hospitalized at the moment and needed help with her laundry. She has a skin condition that makes it difficult to remove all shedded skin from her clothes even after wash. They followed all instructions (given that she has very sensitive skin) and the clothes looked brand new! They also came all nicely and neatly folded. I wrote a review when things had just opened up from the first wave of the pandemic, but a couple of things have changed since then, so I'm revising my review. First, the machines have gone into disrepair. I came in today about to use washer number 16, but a couple had warned me that the machine was out of order. I looked at my laundry and realized it wasn't that much, and I could use the smaller machine across the aisle. I loaded the machine, including powdered Oxyclean, which went in the basket with the clothes, per the instructions. I inserted the laundry card and was greeted with a message that the machine was out of service. I pulled my clothes out of my machine and ended up getting the powder all over the floor. I alerted the staff, who told me that if that ever happened again, to tell him first. He took out a knife, opened the machine's lid and did something behind the control panel. I reloaded that machine and loaded the one next to it. My final load was a lot smaller, so I went to the first row and loaded them there. Lo and behold, the same problem. I called the staff member and he performed the same maneuver. No sooner than I had started my load than another woman came up to him and told him that her machine was not working. He popped the lid and performed the same maneuver. So, that's four malfunctioning machines in less than 15 minutes -- none of them had an out of order sign warning customers before they loaded their laundry. The second change is important. It's no longer a laundromat. It's a laundry club. This is huge. You cannot enter the facility without a card and you cannot get a card except through the staff. Moreover, your card can be revoked at the owner's discretion. It happened that I used the laundry on my dad's 86th birthday. I had plans to meet a friend at my house at 4:00 and we were going to call my dad from there. It was a few minutes to four, so I left with the intention of returning at 4:30 when my clothes were dry. There were only two other customers at the time. Well, my friend was detained in Livermore and I was unable to reach him by phone. Eventually, my friend called and told me why he had been detained and we made a three-way call to my dad. I'm pretty reticent, but my friend is the opposite, so the call took much longer than I expected. I went back to retrieve my clothes, and they, including the wet ones had been placed in a barrow. Mind you, there were 17 available dryers, not counting the three that I had used, so the issue wasn't availability. When I asked about my clothes, the owner asked for my card, lectured me that she had strict rules, refunded the money on my card and told me I wasn't going to do my laundry there anymore. No warning, no grace period, nothing. Her house. Her rule. OK, that's fine, but CAVEAT EMPTOR. Also, in the area of her house, her rules: if you, like me, practice a religion other than Christianity, you might not be comfortable with the music that's played. read more

Last time I came things went good but today I tried going in to wash my clothes and once I stepped in I was asked to leave by a worker because my shirt was "too short" to begin with the shirt I had on was a regular crop top not even too short and second why would it even matter? I pay to wash my clothes and no one is going to tell me what i can and can't wear. The worker made me feel uncomfortable for sexualizing a shirt I was wearing instead of educating theirselves. I will no longer be going into this place Edit: Actually your husband greeted me first and allowed me to come in, clearly he didn't have a problem but you stopped me after and complained about a SHIRT that completely covered my breasts not a bra please don't lie hahaha. Also people, please read reviews including the bad ones that was my mistake I wish I would've realized how unprofessional and inconsiderate the staff are here, you can tell by how you respond to negative comments. For example, someone complained about a staff bodyshaming them and you blamed it on a customer saying you can't control others opinions... so why did you suddenly care to control others opinions when i was wearing a crop top... especially saying because there's kids lol I'm sorry lady but when i was a kid i wasn't looking at what others were wearing, KIDS ARE KIDS, don't blame others for insecurities you have. There are also large screen Tv's, free wifi, charging outlets, vending machines and they even offer a washing service. Staff are welcoming and helpful when it comes to using the washing machines. Yes, the place is new and clean. ,But I've been around and I know other laundry sites that are just as diligent with keeping their establisgment sanitized. I went for the first time today and I'm not a big fan on paying $10-11 for two regular sized washes, plus 4-5 for the drying and that's in high heat. Yeah, do I feel ripped off. Plus, $2 to have a membership card for the initial time? Nearly $20 I just paid for TWO LOADS. I was recommended by a friend to try this laundromat. It was love at first sight noticing how clean and well kept it was, I've been coming here for a couple months. I don't think they know I speak fluent Spanish and overheard the older lady talk to staff about my body and body shaming me. I'm disappointed and will not be coming back. These guys are fabulous! We came back from camping in our trailer and after one load of laundry our washer broke. I had piles of laundry from the trip: clothes, bedding, towels, etc. I booked a pickup time for the next day. I decided to give myself a break and go all in. So I added a bunch of other stuff including house bedding, table cloths, towels, curtains, rugs, bead spreads and comforters. I also sent a silk kimono and a few other dry clean items that had literally been in the laundry basket for over a year! They washed, dried and folded everything and delivered everything back the very next day! And it was way less expensive than I thought it would be (see photo of receipt). It was fabulous! read more

This laundry mat deserves more than 5 stars!! I live in an apartment that has ONE shared washer and ONE shared dryer only! Once I first waked into the door the owner greeted me. The owner is super friendly, I came to this location thinking they would take quarters so the owner helped me changed my quarters to a reloadable card. I'm very picky to what laundry mat I go to but this laundry mat is spot clean, plenty of parking in the back of the location, plug in stations everywhere, WiFi, TVs on the wall, and very comfortable seating! Super clean, made me feel confident that everything would be handled in a hygienic way, which was important to me because of the pandemic. You just ring the bell and someone lets you in, then just a say you're there for the wash and fold service, and they take you to a little side office to do the rest. They weigh your clothes and ask about your preferences: how to separate the loads, wash cycle (delicates/regular) and dryer/hang-dry preferences, and detergent/softener (I prefer fragrance-free/sensitive-skin products). Then they give you both a price and time estimate. I dropped off my clothes in the evening and they were ready the next day by around noon (including air-dried garments). Everything was meticulously folded for me and taken care of with great attention to detail. The cost was between $20 and $25 for 3 weeks' worth of laundry for me that would have been 3 separate loads (darks, colors, delicates). Overall: hospitable family-owned business with great service! I've been going to this laundromat for about a year. I really like this place! My low review is due to a new lady that kicked my husband out before it was 9 PM. He got there in time for the last wash, and she kicked him out. He came home with wet clothes. Due to my newborn, it's hard to find time to wash.
