Took my VW in and $1000 later he couldn't fix the problem. Changed all kinds of stuff which I already had changed, didn't run any of it by me before doing it. Then tells me I need an engine. Long story short I picked up my car took it to another mechanic as soon as he heard my car he immediately knew it needed a gasket. Always drop off my car and within a couple hours they will get back to you and let you know what's going on and if wanna fix certain things and let's you know prices! Fast, reasonable, and good, you won't be taking your car back again and again for the same thing like other places, they'll fix it right the first time. Other then having top notch customer service and being very personable, they know what they are doing. He laid everything out for me on what needed to get done on my car, and was even helpful on figuring out cheaper parts or things that didn't need to get done right away to save me money right now. Went to Marcos' based on a referral from another shop, and I'm very glad I've found a good shop. These guys specialize in pretty much everything except body work. I brought in my wife's IS250 for an alignment, I called in advance, Marcos said it'd take an hour and he made sure it was done within that hour (there was another car being finished up when i got there). Marcos is super friendly, and very thorough, as is his technician (didn't get his name, but nice guy as well). After the alignment I asked Marcos about carbon buildup issues the IS250's were having, and he made a phone call to an old buddy and found out everything about the problem and what needs to be done to resolve it. He took the time out of his busy day to get me that info. read more

Took my truck in for a rear transmission seal to get replaced after I noticed my trans moist and asked dealer to look at it during an oil change. The dealer was telling me they didn't know if they could do it in half a day. Marcos got it done in 2 hours. Minded you he also changed my differential fluid at the same time.
