Terrible customer service. I Placed an order over the phone. I show up at the expected time given. Turns out they never got my order. At that point I had waited a little over half an hour for the pizzas. I showed proof that I called that location and the time. The person that helped me when I showed up said the pizzas were going to be refunded but it was going to take 20 mins. I agreed to that & Showed up 20 mins later, turns out they never placed my order once again. They then wanted me to wait another 20 mins & still pay full price when they made me wait over 1 hour. 1st bad experience and Last. Will not not be going back there again read more

Ordered the cheese pizza. Sauce tasted like oregano, with a hint of garlic but super heavy on the oregano. The cheese tasted horrible though, almost like it was super old or pre shredded cheese from a bag. Yellow and orange grease covered the top of this thing, used a paper towel to soak up the grease. Marco's pizza is by far the best pizza in town. The staff is great, always take care of anything or any random request I have with no complaints. Never had an issue with any of my orders, and I can be difficult. Love the fact they have reserved parking so I can get in and out quickly right in front of the door. You need to try this pizza! This was my second time visiting Marco's Pizza. Sully helped me and my friend out and did a wonderful job going over the menu with us. He recommended the cheesy bread and we decided to try it. I got a Garden pizza on regular crust and my friend got a Pepperoni pizza on thin crust. The food was made quickly and was very good. The cheesy bread exceeded my expectations! I recommend it. Ok this will be confusing... first of all I am having rotator cuff shoulder surgery tomorrow (yay!) and didn't want to cook... decided to try the new Marco's Pizza on Willow Ave. Logged onto the app. Changed the location from Herndon Ave. in Clovis to the Willow Ave. Clovis location...I began to online order... in the middle of deciding I get a call from the surgery center confirming tomorrow's arrival time. I finish the call and reopen the app. Ordered a pizza and a pizza bowl (reviewed in a minute). Only 12 minutes til ready! So I go into the store only to find they didn't have my order!! I quickly realize the location reverted back to Herndon location on the app. and I'm at Willow... my bad in hindsight. Ok the thing is the guy at the register was AMAZING! First he tried to find it at the Herndon location and then said "let me make it for you!" I told him if it was my bad I'd go there. He said It would only take a few minutes "no problem"! Great attitude and as I waited I changed my store preferences to Willow Ave and logged onto YELP to give this location a SHOUTOUT!!! But, the new location isn't on Yelp yet?!?! That's why this review is on the Herndon Ave. location...(also had positive experience at this location!). Ok back to the Pizza, it was GREAT! Hot ,cheesy and oh so good! The pizza was pretty good (it had large slices of tomato that my husband could easily pick off), the cheese bread was good, the cinnamon bread was a little disappointing. We live in the neighborhood and had been anxiously awaiting for Marco's to open. We were hoping for a good pizza place close to home. We placed an order the first week they were open. We knew that, as a new restaurant, there would still be kinks to work out, but hoped for tasty pizza. The staff was very friendly and the order was ready on time. Unfortunately the pizza was more like a $5 Little Caesar's pizza....and honestly for the price I'd grab the Little Caesar's pizza. We had looked online at reviews and pictures and what we received did not look or taste like fresh ingredients or crust. Pepperoni laid flat on the pizza, minimal cheese and subpar crust. We did order the special 2 large one topping for $16.99. Maybe the special pricing gets different ingredients?? The pizza was delicious. The ordering process I found complicated. First, I didn't see plain cheese pizza on the menu, but I did find the deluxe pizza appealing. I don't know what people do who want plain cheese pizza. Second, because I didn't quite pay attention that there are 2 locations in Clovis, my order went to the one here on Herndon which is a bit further for me to pick up than the one on Willow. Makes a difference when you are picking up; I see that someone else who wrote a review had the same problem. Next time I will look carefully at which location I am ordering from. I had high hopes for this place. We ordered an XL melt pizza, wings, and cheese bread. The pizza had burnt portions, and the so called cheese bread WAS NOT cheese bread. Decided to try Marco's pizza today to try it out for the first time. It is a very new establishment maybe a few days it has been open. The place is nice and clean. Not too big with about 20 televisions on the walls. The staff are all new of course and we're very friendly and welcoming. My family ordered an extra large half pepperoni and Hawaiian pizza and an order of buffalo style wings. So first off took a while to get order. They give you a number for your table. The table next to us got there order first even though we ordered first. Turns out they got our order instead. Why give a number and give wrong order. Second the pizza was sub par a cross between little Cesar's and chuckey cheese. Nothing tasted fresh or authentic like the pizza box says. Dough was saugey and like a store bought crust. None of the toppings or sauce had any flavor. Third the wings were saugey as well not crispy like a good wing should be but they did have more flavor. Probably would not come here again. The prices were very good but I guess you get what you pay for. To sum up nothing against the staff or the restaurant but food is not worth it but that is just my opinion. read more

Tried this new pizza place after a friend raved about it. I know the Valley loves their Me and Ed's but I've been looking for something new. We came in on a Friday around 5:00 and got a table on their patio which was awesome with the breeze. I have to say the service was really friendly and attentive. They came out several times to check on us. Now for the main reason...the pizza!!! I love their sauce!! It is really fresh tasting and the crust is light and airy! They have the pepperoni that is small and curls up at the edges, love that! I also enjoyed the beer options!! You have to have pizza with your beer!
