Ordered food from them. They refused to give the food to my adult chid stating I was required to pick it up. Would not refund and would not give us the food. I've been a VERY loyal customer and fan of Marco's Pizza for many years. I routinely drop $75 a pop, at least a couple times a month. When I contacted the main office, they blew me off. They will not see me again. There are other restaurants (Riverside Pizza) that will happily and cheerfully take my money and actually give me food in return. If I could give negative stars , I would. Great pizza and great options. I tried the cauliflower crust pizza and was pleasantly surprised. Also, their thin crust stays crispy and does not get soggy. Extremely overrated. I used to love Marcos, but something has changed. I can't quite put my finger on it but their pizza just isn't that good anymore. Their wings good only if I put them in my air fryer for an additional 10 minutes because they never seem quite done and the skin is too rubbery. Even still, they are overpriced just like everything else on the menu. Despite this, one night I wasn't able to cook after working late one night and with Marcos being the only option, I decided to order a sub for delivery just to get something in my stomach, but when I saw their $5 delivery fee, I closed their website, made some cinnamon toast and went to bed. I don't mind giving the delivery driver $5 for a tip, especially with high gas prices, put tipping the driver AND paying a ridiculous delivery fee? Nah. If I wanted to be blatantly ripped off by a delivery service, I would order Door Dash. Kick rocks Marco's. read more

Worst customer service of any Marco's Pizza store that I've encountered. If I could give less than one star I would. Really!! It's obvious that this location is not concerned with keeping or satisfying customers. On two occasions I was overcharged for my order. Mrs. Patel was kind enough to "make it right" on a future order. However, it's Mr. Chris Patel that I have an issue with. Friday I placed an order for delivery. I was told to expect the order to arrive within an hour. Which is about 15 mins longer than usual. An hour and 15 mins later I called to get the status of my order. I was told that they could not give me an update and wouldn't be able to speak with the driver because he was driving. An hour and 45 mins later our pizzas arrived...cold!! So cold that the cheese had hardened. I called the store to ask how they planned on fixing the situation and was told by "Chris" (whom apparently is not the same as manager Chris) that manager Chris would have to call me back. Two hours later I called back to speak with manager Chris and he had "gone home for the day". Saturday comes, I call to speak with manager Chris. I asked for him by first and last name AND specifically asked for "Manager Chris". The young lady that answered the phone confirmed that he was there and asked if I could hold. She thought that she had placed me on hold, but I wasn't. It was during that time that I heard her tell someone "she wants to speak with manager Chris". I heard a man say, "don't bother him. I'll talk to her". You guessed it, it was the other Chris. He explained that he had given manager Chris my message and that he would give me a call before the day was out. The end of the day comes and no return call. Sunday...I called to speak with manager Chris. Same scenario as Saturday. The young lady that answered the phone confirmed that manager Chris was there...and non-manager Chris was the one to come to the phone. This time he tells me that manager Chris had the weekend off and he'll call me when he can. Soooo, manager Chris, the one who was in the store on Friday and Saturday (according to employees), was off the entire weekend??? Marco's may want to check their customer service, because something smells foul... I'm done. I'll take my business elsewhere. I've been a customer of Marco's Pizza for 10 years, but refuse to spend my money where I'm not wanted. read more

I should have read the reviews but who would think that a pizza place would have bad customer service but they managed. I placed my order over the phone and it was not what I ordered. When I discovered this I was home and asked for them to remake the pizza if I brought it back. The owner at first said no. The pizza wasn't eaten. It wasn't until I accused her of bad customer service that she reluctantly agreed. They lost my business and now I wouldn't eat what they made me anyway. Marcos has some really good pizza. Way better then dominos and the other chains in Dacula.... But... I'm not happy at all. Tonight my pizza came on time, just what I ordered. Except it was dripping in grease. I called to explain that it was bad, the Indian woman on the phone told me that's how they come. She was not vary helpful to begin with. After compiling more she offered to remake my pizza. At this point I'm not even wanting pizza, I would like to scrap the idea and get something else. She then tells me she will call me back in ten minutes after I asked for a refund or credit for the pizza. Waiting on the call now.... Update at 7 pm my order was at 4:40 pm... It took two hours for a call back from the store owner. He told me I was threatening him because I said I would post on Yelp and call Corp. I said I was not I have waited two hours for food with an upset family wanting dinner. He was rude and didn't want to listen to what I had to say. My sister called and placed an order to Marcos pizza for white cheese pizza and told them that she wanted white cheese only. Once she picked up the pizza and got home she realized that the pizza had all this meat on it that we do not even eat. She drove back up to Marcos pizza and told them that they gave her the wrong pizza and that she wanted only white cheese pizza. The manager literally told her that they coUld not do anything about it or give her a refund. So she came home and told me so I called up there because I thought that was bad customer service and be kept telling me how white cheese pizza comes with all this stuff on it but if my sister specifically said she wanted just white cheese why put all that other stuff on it. This place started off so good, however I don't know what's going on with the pizza now. I hope they didn't change the recipe. When I first had it, it reminded me of Brickstone pizza in Cali. Now, it has deviated from the original taste they used to have. Sometimes now I'm getting really salty pizza seems like and I don't even order anchovies so that can't be it. Free Pizza for a year!!! Was one of the first in line for this Marco's Pizza locations grand opening. The employees at the time were telling everyone that this deal was unlimited. Order as much as you like, no limit on your free pizza for a year deal. I've been getting one to two pizzas a week, each time my card gets punched. During my last order they told me I only have two pizzas left for my free pizza for a year deal. Its been 2 months! A bit confused, I asked for an explanation. They told me it was one free pizza a month for a year. This detail was never explained during the two hours I stood on line for the grand opening. Its not written on the free Pizza card they gave me and was never communicated by any of the employees till now. I like the pizza, but to tell you the truth its pricey compared to the other multiple pizza locations in close proximity. Dont like the miscommunication, possibly categorized as false advertisement. Not telling the whole truth is just as bad as a lie. Marco's needs to have more structure in their marketing to connect to their customers more effectively. read more

So I'm reviewing the pizza and the service since I won't have the free pizza for a year situation play out. The pizza is pretty good. I would say the thin crust is the best around. The regular crust is just OK. I feel like paying $6 for one across the street is just as good and much cheaper. The only side I've tried is the cheese bread and it is very good also. Marco Pizza in Dacula, Ga has very horrible customer service. The manager was very rude to my teenage son and hung up the phone when we attempted to call in a pickup order. It's bad enough you have to wait over an hour to be served. We have been a consistent patron. After our recent experience, such unprofessional and rude service is very undeserving of my support. This is a family oriented town. This pizza franchise does not belong. I strongly recommend customers to spend there money elsewhere. read more
