Looove love love riverside pizza! Usually so easy to order and they always have my order ready when I pick up. Never once had an issue with them and the food is always fresh and pipping hot. They got pizzas, sandwiches, and salads.. My usual order is the veggie pizza, add pepperonis and an order of the cheese bread and OH MY.. that cheesy, garlicky bread is the BEST! Pizza is pretty good and the cheesy bread is excellent, but I will not purchase here again. This is the second time I've placed an order on their online system, it takes the money, then cancels the order. When I contacted Riverside pizza on both occasions, they told me I can place the order for pick up and pay AGAIN there and the original order will take 3 business days to return my money. Then they act like it is MY fault that their system doesn't work right. As I posted, this is the SECOND time it has happened so they KNOW this is an issue and they have not resolved it in months. When I said to the manager on the phone, "This is the second time this has happened!" He literally said, "if this is the second time, then you know this happens." I may like their pizza, but not enough to pay twice, and deal with them being obnoxious about stealing my money because their system is crap. I am not going to beg for them to handle stuff properly. Dacula location. Every time I come here I have to wait. No matter what time of day. I'm only ordering a cheese and a pepperoni pizza. How are these not made in advance and kept in the hot boxes? Tonight was 14 minutes. The last time was almost 30. My wife, on 6/4, waited 53 minutes. I can't understand how this is acceptable. Kids are horseplsying, wearing AirPods, on their phones. My daughter loves Riverside, but I just can't justify stopping here any longer trying to get home after practice and a busy week. Hands down the best experience I've ever had!! Caleb the manager is always so nice and willing to go the extra mile for his customers. Not only was the service great but this was the best pizza I have had in a very long time. I suggest trying the papal pan pizza from Riverside. I've tried some of this pizza before and it's not all that. It just lacks in so many areas and especially the meat and sauce department. First of all LUKE is one of the most rudest person I have ever met, he slammed the sliding door in our face in the drive thru when we asked for ranch dressing and also when we asked him for a bag his response was "NOPE" .... The wings are disgusting, not only are they disgusting they were soooo big it was a turn off... the pepperoni pizza we ordered wasn't even cut all the way through, when we pulled the pizza apart it ripped and we only had cheese and the pizza itself was stuck to the rest of the pizza and box.. and it barely had any pepperoni.. we will never return read more

We actually like the pizza but the customer service is HORRIBLE. Two weeks ago, it seems all the orders were mixed up and it literally took 1 hour to get breadsticks - i ordered 3. IT's a bunch of teens with no leadership in there. Not even apologetic, it was like i was bothering them or something. I decided to give them a benefit of doubt. But the lady that was there today 2/18, i think she is the manager was extremely rude and said to me is my order the one with the weird name. she then walked away when i questioned weird name. They deserve a zero. We will not be patronizing this business, the pizza is not worth the horrible customer service. Ordered pizza at 7pm. got there to pickup at 7:18. Had to wait 20 mins in line to get it. They were rude and hateful. When I got the pizza, it was sitting on a rack not in a warming oven. The pizza was cold and chewy. Would not recommend getting anything from here. read more

It's a pretty good quick service pizza place. We enjoy it for an easy weekday dinner. And the price is a great deal. We love the $6 large pepperoni because we don't have to feel stretched if we get more than one pie. The supreme pizza is great too. The Supreme pizza you made for us today couldn't have been any more perfectly cooked. FULL with toppings and a crispy crust (even in the center) made for some great sunday afternoon eating! If you're looking for a great value, I think you'll enjoy this place. Variety of pizzas from cheese, to veggie, to meats, they also have great sandwiches, and salads. I love to create my own sandwich, which is Green peppers, banana peppers, black olives, mushrooms, pizza sauce, cheese, baked on their pizza crust, and topped with lettuce and tomatoes. YUM!!! ($5.00) My boys love their deep dish cheese pizza, which costs a little more than the regular pizzas which are $6.99. My husband loves the meat one. We used to get really good salads here with our pizza, but that has changed! They charge you 8.00 for a family size salad that maybe feeds 1 and half people and give you two little cups of dressing? I used to love this place. We would drive through at least once a week for lunch. I don't know if management changed or what is different. The customer service fell hard. When I drive through the last time I was treated like an inconvenience when I had called in my order. The when asked about sauce, they told me it would be $0.75 for 2 tablespoons of ranch or hot sauce after ordering $50 worth of food. It would have been another $15 just to get individual sauces for people. When I asked about I was told "We have to charge. That's business 101." I don't need to be "talked at". I understand charging for sauce but the price is outrageous and the attitude is absolutely unacceptable. read more

I have not made it to this location since I moved from Dacula about 10 months ago. However, I hit this place several times within the first couple of months it was open. Basically, they have directly modeled their business after Little Caesar's. Same concept with the hot and ready idea where you do not have to call ahead if you are ordering cheese or pepperoni pizzas. However, it is so worth the extra $1 compared to Little Caesars ($6 pies at Riverside, $5 at LC). Also, they have bread sticks for .99 which is about 1/3 the price of LC's. All in all, it is a no brainer. If you are near a Riverside location and you have been a fan of LC's in the past, do yourself a favor and spend the extra $1 for the quality of Riverside. This location is conveniently located in the Kroger anchored shopping center and also has a drive thru, which is nice. read more
