This place is a joke! I ordered a pizza at 2pm and was told by the guy that answered the phone that it would be 30 minutes. I waited an hour and called up to the restaurant. Someone who was in training took the longest finding out what was going on. It almost appeared that the order wasn't ever made because it took forever to get answers. Finally Makayleigh the manager gets to the phone and even she doesn't know what's going on. I sat on the phone for 10 minutes and decided to just go up to the store. Maykayleigh decided that she's going to give me a choice of refund or make the pizza over. No ma'am! My pizza was delivered to the wrong house! I am having to leave my home to come get the pizza that was originally supposed to be delivered. Maykayleigh recited "the policy" and when I asked who her boss was, she said the general manager, Jabari. He doesn't arrive until 6pm but Makayleigh did not fix the problem nor did she try to accommodate my inconvenience. By the time I left the restaurant, it was triple the time I was first Promised. Oh and Makayleigh also said,"Well people do make mistakes...." Are you serious? Moral of the story: Don't order from here until they get more training for not only the people that answer the phone but the manager needs training on how to handle a customer complaint initiated by her driver delivering their pizza to the wrong house without attempting to call. I am waiting to see how the general manager handles things however my expectations are very low at this point for this brand altogether. This is why I continue to go elsewhere for pizza. My last experience with Marcos, the pizza was so greasy you could wring it out like a washcloth. One more thing....who's going to pick the pizza back up from the incorrect house it was delivered to? We've been ordering here every Friday and always use the $23.99 "hot deal" but recently they started charging us $25.99 even though it still says $23.99. I understand if prices had to go up but they need to change the hot deal and charge what the coupon says . this has been happening for about a month. unfortunately, even though I fill out the survey every time, no one has addressEd this. Multiple large air bubbles on EVERY PIECE of our pizza last night, made it dry & disgusting. With their higher prices, you expect higher quality. I would give 0 stars it if was an option. You could not pay for a bad pizza when this place first opened. The pizzas were delicious, there was actually cheese and toppings on the pizza and the service was great. This place has gone down so bad! It has been many months if not a year since we last bought a pizza from this location, so we decided to give it a try as Pizza Hut, Domino's, and Little Caesar are equally terrible. We ordered a large garden pizza and a large two topping pizza. There weren't any crumbles on the pizza or black olives, the cheese was missing from several pieces and there may have been one mushroom on every other slice. There was very little cheese on the "cheese" pizza. We have been buying frozen pizzas and adding toppings, I believe we will return to doing this as it is a lot cheaper, cleaner, and taste better. I wish all of us consumers could ban together and for one day not buy any of this bad fast food, I bet we'd see some changes when the owners profits suffer. read more

Nasty kids handling food barehanded, I don't understand why the manager doesn't address these issues

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Was told that the pizza would arrive by 9pm. At 9:15 the delivery driver arrived with the wrong order. He told me that he would be right back with the right order. His manager called me (by request) 5mins after he left. The manager- who seemed completely confused of his position, customer service, and appeasing the customer- told me, after I suggested he should do it based off my inconvenience, that he would discount the order and that the driver was on his way. At 10:20 I called the restaurant back and asked for a refund. At that time I was told that the driver dropped off the pizza and had rang the doorbell twice and called twice. THAT WAS A BOLD FACE LIE. I went outside to see if the delivery driver was dumb enough to leave the pizza in the dark on the door step for the bugs and rodents to get to, he was. Several roaches had began to feast on my order. I was disgusted and pissed. Topping on the cake? Being laughed at by the representative that answered the phone when I called to get my refund. Out of all of the pizza places in the area, do NOT choose Marcos. Unless you like lies and roaches. Then 5stars! read more

If I could give this place a negative five I would. I ordered a pizza from the place and as my brother was eating it he noticed a long hair baked into the crust. I called this establishment and spoke to the manager on duty I told him the issue he offered me a credit towards my next purchase. I then informed him that I would no longer be ordering from any of these Marcos chains because this wasn't the first incident from the same location I had a piece of plastic in my food prior to this, I did not want a credit he said that he couldn't do any more than that because he couldn't pull up my order I told him I had my receipt and the pizza with the hair in it and there was still nothing more than a credit that he could do for me. Update I received a refund from this location upon arrival the GM was pressing our dough with his bare hands while working next to a kid wearing a watch digging in cheese, as I waited I witnessed one of the workers take an order at the window handle money then go grab gloves and start to prepare food this place is beyond gross. read more

Honestly, don't know how Little Caesars, Dominos, and Pizza Hut stay open with this guy right down the road from them. So fresh, so yummy, always hot, always CORRECT, and ALWAYS filling. Wish they had garlic parmesan wings, but the plain wings are so crispy and yummy. Never have been disappointed, and they are always fast. They even have a pickup drive thru window if you call in an order for carry out. Needless to say, always choose here if you're looking for pizza. And with each purchase they give you coupons if you order within the next two weeks. Totally worth it. My order: chicken, spinach, green peppers pizza! read more

I always have trouble when ordering from this place. Tonight I ordered a pizza, sub and cheesy bread with double pizza sauce. Again they forgot something. I called them right away so they could call the driver while he was still in the neighborhood and he could return. After 15 minutes on hold she came back to the phone and said they are to busy to deal with it and she hung up the phone on me. Update: Spoke to manager at site and he apologized several times and had already refunded my card. He really seems like he wants to treat his customers fairly. Changed review from 1 star to three stars because of managers conversation and willingness to make it right. read more

Probably some of the best pizza you will ever get as far as taste and ingredients. They are always polite in their restaurant and their deliverers are nice as well. The price is a little steep so you need a coupon, but it is made fresh to order so it is worth it. And it usually takes them 35 to 40 minutes to prepare, but once again, its fresh and made to order. It's better than Dominoes and Pizza Hut anyway. read more

They are open on Sundays 12-9pm . I tried to change the hours but it wouldn't let me. I rarely brag or tell others about restaurants because most are so average it's not worth sending others. I have ordered more Pizzas from here then both of the other National pizza places combined near me in 15 years. Main thing is that they allow the cheese to get browned. Others bring these under cooked blobs. Every single delivery driver has been great. They're friendly and have never forgotten anything. It only takes two orders to get enough points for a $10 discount, at least for us. I love the thin crust but the regular is good also. The wings are good also. read more

We enjoyed the pizza when we had it at a friend's house, but when we tried to order we were told "We don't deliver to your area. You're in the 'Dead Zone". We are only 5.8 miles from them!
