Marcos Pizza is a good cheaper alternative pizza chain that rivals Pizza Hut, Little Caesars, Dominos and others for the market. I think Marco's has the best pizza for the value. This location on Ray and Cooper has never disappointed on speed or service. I think the pizza is always ready when I arrive 15min after I order. The workers are efficient and friendly. The interior is small but clean. I always get my pizzas for pickup so I cannot comment on their delivery practices. A few things to note for those who may be curious: 1) There's no interior seating...it's built as a pickup and delivery store front. There are a few all-weather tables outside on the sidewalk but there's no shade so most of the year these do not get used. 2) Always look up pizza deals online and order a special. Most of the time you'll get your pizza or bread around 50% off full price. 3) The pizza does come in 3-4 different crust thicknesses and you can also get light/med/heavy pizza sauce. There's more customization options as well...you just need to ask. 4) The pizza can be greasy. It matters the crust and toppings, but you'll have a little grease stain on the bottom of your pizza box when you're done. Overall this is a good place for a quick pizza. Ordered pizza 5 pm, arrived at restaurant for pick up at 5:20. Wasn't greeted for over ten minutes, finally gave my name told me pizza was in oven. 10 minutes later asked different person to check. My pizza had been sitting there the entire time I was waiting and was now cold. I asked how long it was sitting there, they said 10 minutes, told them i had been there the whole time. No apology. Get a system greet each customer, ask name, and call out names as each pizza is ready. Not rocket science when you 6 people waiting on pizzas. read more

Their pizza is one of my favorite because, I eat the entire crust along with the pizza when I usually only toss the crust parts out. The service is awesome!! This is the best place to eat and order from when you don't have alot of time because they are fast!!! I recommend trying it for yourself!!! read more

Inconsistent. Today I ordered 2 pizzas, special 2 topping each. First Pizza was with Double "spicy sausage", and the second was regular "spicy sausage" + "green olive". The first pizza had less sausage (was supposed to be double) than the second. Lack of QC. It still tased good. We thought we'd try Marco's for Pi Day, but I couldn't get the online promo code to work. After a few tries, I gave up and called the store. The staff member who answered was incredibly friendly, honored the promotion, and said they'd have our order ready in 15 minutes, which they did. Both pizzas were evenly cooked and the toppings generous. The mushrooms resembled canned mushrooms, but everything else seemed fresh. We ordered on Jan 18 thru Uber Eats. I ordered a small Hawaiian chicken pizza & my wife ordered a greek salad with chicken. I received a Hawaiian pizza with ham instead of chicken & she received a plain greek salad with no chicken. Why can't these restaurants get orders correct? The receipt clearly shows what we ordered & were billed for. We tried calling the restaurant but it just rang & rang. The food we got was good, but the order was incorrect. I first tried Marcos pizza when I lived in Oro Valley. We actually stumbled upon them randomly, and decided let's give them a try. Pizza is always a hit or miss! It's like trying to find the perfect pizza is nearly impossible... It's either too much sauce or overcooked or their ingredients just taste gross... NOT MARCOS!!! it immediately became a staple in our places to choose for when we ate out! A few years went byand I moved... I did search to see if there was a Marco and unfortunately, none of them showed up. Yesterday, I decided to order pizza and I have never been more happy to have seen them as an option for delivery where I am now located. I placed the order and less than an hour, which is pretty good considering I did delivery. My food was here. I did try one of their new items that they did not have last time. I went there and I must say I will definitely be ordering that again! Because it was probably my favorite item! Like I mentioned above, I've never had a bad experience with their foods! Their sauce cups are an additional plus... I can honestly say that Pizza is one of the few that I look forward to eating his leftovers as well.
