We sat on the comfy benches in the store and waited and it was about exactly around the 10 min mark and the pizza came out perfectly. Hot but not hot enough to burn off your face. This is the worst Marcos location I have experienced and it's all in the attitude of the employees. Marco's bowls are tasty and a good option to the pizza but the employees make me feel like an inconvenience. I can't even get their attention. I have started and aborted lunch here three times now. We ordered online was super simple and they had a great coupon! When we first arrived we were greeted by Tyler he was very nice and let us know we still had a few minutes left. Sarah came over and checked on us again shortly after letting us know our pizzas are coming out. She started to cut it and Tyler finished cutting them very friendly staff!! I called the E. Charleston location to order pizzas for a party. They have TV ads for unlimited $6.99 Pizzas. I tried to order online and said the code was invalid. I call this location and told the guy what code and offer i was calling about. He said we can do that. I ordered 7 pizza and was given a price of $89. I questioned the price because $6.99 times 7 should not be $89. Then he says the best he can do is $79. Still not the advertised offer. He puts me on hold and says I talked to my manager and we dont honor online or corporate offers. So I cancelled my order and went somewhere else. Avoid this place.!!!!!!! read more

Very good pizza. We had the veggie and added sausage. Plenty of toppings and even though I prefer a thin crispy pizza I found it crisp and fluffy in center. My biggest complaint is the bang for your buck. Too expensive for the amount you get! The delivery service was great and friendly. So this past March 14, which is nicknamed "Pi Day" because of 3-14, we decided to be good sports and take part in this day by ordering pizza as so many places were advertising specials for this day. We had never had Marco's Pizza and decided to give it a try and that there was a location nearby was a plus. I placed my order on line, which is probably the easiest on line order I have ever used. Everything is really easy for you to understand and you actually have a choice of how much or how little sauce, cheese, spices etc you want on your pizza. We placed our order for 2 pizzas; one large and the medium we could get for $3.14.00. I ordered at 6:35 pm to be picked up at 7:30pm. The message I got said that my order would be ready at 7:30pm. I got there at 7:15pm and the girl behind the counter told me that my order wasn't quite ready yet and that they still had to do one more. So I sat and waited as I realized that I am early and they are busy. 30 minutes goes by during this time, numerous phone orders are being picked up. A couple also walks in to place an order over the counter while the delivery drivers run in and out. By now, I am wondering what happened to my order. I check with the same girl and she now says that since I just walked in and ordered, I can't expect my order to be placed ahead of the others! I pointed out that I placed my order at 6:35 to be picked up at 7:30pm and she said "You just said it. For your order to be picked up at 7:30 means we start on your order at 7:30". I have NEVER heard of this before and was starting to get a little annoyed. The girl then told me she could'nt do anything about it and would get me a manager to speak with. The manager was named Mario and he was super cooperative and understanding. He did tell me that he is short staffed and they are busy with the Pi Day promotions, which I totally understand but to not have my order ready and the only explanation you have for me is "7:30 means we start your order at 7:30". Sounds like the answers politicians give when they don't know what's going on. Mario was nice enough to throw in a order of cheese breadsticks and a fudge brownie, which gives this review 2 stars instead of 1. While waiting for my order to be finalized, another customer walked in to pick up and he also told Mario that his order was messed up; customer wanted banana peppers on the pizza and jalapenos on the side but the pizza had jalapenos on the pie and banana peppers on the side. The customer was very hungry and just took it as it was, but said it would be the hottest pizza he ever ate. Remember the couple that walked in and ordered over the counter after me? They got their order before me. This blunder is the what gives this review so low. The pizza, bread sticks and brownie deserve higher ratings alone. I probably will go back but I hope things are smoother. read more

This place used to have bomb pizza and great service. I'm not sure what happened, (new ownership?) but every order is either just straight up wrong or missing items/ingredients. When you tell them about the issues you're met with attitude and excuses. The kids working this place honestly all need new jobs. I was looking for a place that had Anchovies as a topping, and this location on Sahara just East of Nellis made me a great Pizza. They also honored a coupon that I had so I was able to save some money too. Ordered a pizza and wings last night for dinner, was very impressed! Both were excellent, had them delivered and they arrived 10 minutes earlier and were very hot. We were getting our pizza from another restaurant, after burning the crust and another time went to pick up and was told they couldn't make it as they didn't have all the ingredients--but no phone call before hand--we were done with them.
