We've lived in the McKinney area for 3 years and have been looking for a good pizza place that delivers. There have been several disappointments until Marcos was recommended. We ordered the deluxe and a smaller pepperoni (for leftovers!). This is excellent pizza!!! The crust on the bottom is not too thick and the roll of crust on the edge was chewy and tasty -- and I don't normally eat the edge crust. Love the fresh tasting sauce. Love the cheeses. Love the toppings, especially the big chunks of flavorful Italian sausage and the old style pepperoni which you need to specify. The pizza was very very good as cold leftovers, which passes the test as excellent pizza. This will be our go to pizza place. Prices were reasonable and delivery was right on time. read more

An upgrade to Little Caesar's, but similar in flavor and thickness when LC is fresh and prepared properly. This location is the closest to my house but still far enough for it to have issues staying hot on the way home. It is definitely a bit overpriced, especially if not using a promo of some sort. We had a medium peperoni and a medium mushroom($6.99 each on promo). Both were nicely prepared and well topped. Order was done on time, and service at the counter was extremally polite. The thing that moves the needle from OK to good for me is that they are one of only two (Pizza Hut being the other) online pizza ordering systems that will allow you to place an order with payment being in store. We love Marcos pizza but recently had a terrible customer service experience at this location. We ordered our pizza online and showed up to pick it up a few minutes before our pickup window. Since we were a few minutes early, we knew we would have to wait a little bit and that was no problem. We checked in with the person at the counter upon arrival and then waited in the shop. Our pick up window came and went and we were not given any updates. Eventually, 15 minutes after our pickup window (we'd waited 30 minutes in the shop at this point) our pizza was ready. We understand if they were busy, but they could have provided us with updates or at least apologized that the pizza was late. It also made it worse that there were what appeared to be a lot of teenagers working with no adult supervision. They were shouting and messing around. Some of the shouting even included profanity. I normally do not have a problem with this location but after today I will not order again and will be demanding a refund. I placed my order for two medium pizzas and a root beer at 11:20am (delivery) and it is now 11:18pm and I still do not have my order! It is Wednesday, not a busy Friday night, It is mid week in the afternoon. I called at 12.30pm because my order receipt said It would be delivered at 12:20pm and the girl I spoke with on the phone was very rude. "She said well our delivery times are 1-1 1/2 hours," hhhmmm well I told her my receipt says 12:20! She rudely responded with "give us another half hour, he's the only driver and it's raining. Okay so It gets to 1:00pm and I call multiple times and no answer It just keeps ringing! I decide to call back blocking my Number and sure enough they picked up the phone and she rudely stated that he already left. Well I checked the tracker and It still says they're making It and I live within ten mins of this location and this was 20 minutes ago and I still have no order. Completed my order by 7.40 pm. Online estimate put my order ready at 8.00 pm. I arrived, told the cashier I also wanted to get free cheesy - bread (I filled out a survey, brought my receipt back). She was clueless. Never told me anything about whether I'd get them or not. I waited in the waiting area till 8.30pm when my order was finally ready. The woman who brought my order to the front made escape that the "rain" was the cause for my delay. I asked AGAIN about getting the cheesy- bread sticks! Get this: I was told I'd have to wait 10-15 MORE minutes to get them! Sorry excuse and poor management my guess. The poor cashier was obviously new and I'm thinking that if they don't train people enough BEFORE they leave them at their FRONT COUNTER then just maybe they need to stay with them until they do. When I'm looking for a quick, delicious pizza fix, this is the place I go. This isn't high end, specialty pizza, but it is good!! The prices here are also great. You get plenty to eat for the money, and if you sign up for the rewards, it's even better! You get a free cheese bread sticks with your first order as a rewards member. This man, Literally recommended me not to order a pizza from them for delivery, because they are short on drivers and have a lot of deliverys.. hour and 45 minutes for a pizza, like I get the fact you are busy, but does your company not know how many people are begging for jobs during these times? Wow! Absolutely blown away. I ordered online and accidentally ordered 2 orders of cheese bread. After order was submitted I realized the mistake. I called the store and advised them and the rep on the phone was more than happy to credit my card and said for me to ask for Greg when I come in to pick up. I go to the store to pick up my order and Greg wanted to make sure everything was corrected. Super nice guy! One of the employees even helped me carry my order out to my car! The pizza is basic, but good. This used to be a great place and reasonably priced. The staff is very nice. Lately I have tried many times to order in the app to use a coupon, but the app rarely works. It freezes up in the check out. Today I spent an hour trying to use the app. Just Ordering on line will not allow a coupon to be used. Sunday night, 5:13 (per your receipt), I ordered two medium pizzas and was told these would be ready in 15 minutes. I showed up at your Memorial Parkway store in Huntsville, AL at 5:32. The person behind the counter took my credit card, told me the pizzas were not ready and asked me to wait in the car. At 5:45 I went back in and checked - the pizza's were sitting on the ready rack (so obviously if they had a process they could/should have brought them out to my car). He again asked for my card so he could charge me!! Horrible customer service. Every time we order there's an issue. I asked to speak to a manager and they were too busy to talk. We were told our pizza would take 50 minutes. My boyfriend and I order from here at least twice a week. We love their customer service and how they go above and beyond for their customers. They are also very quick when it comes to delivery.
