Terrible. Cheese was like rubber. couldn't finish one slice. Waste of money. How can they mess up a plan cheese pizza. Very disappointing.

We gave this pizza to our daughter to take to work. They can eat it.

My daughter introduced me to Marco's a couple years ago and they took the place of everyone else. About six months ago we noticed a drastic change in taste and how they made the pizza. So I found out they were under new management or ownership. We tried a different location tonight... and guess what? Same thing! Pizza was salty and no sauce. I won't be eating Marco's again. But it was good while it lasted

Trying for the first time. I would've given 4 STARS but they screwed up! How can you even go wrong when the first ingredient on my order is pepperoni? Delivery was 10 min early and pizza tasted good. Unfortunately for them they failed to pay attention to details! When I called the manager, I was given a credit for the pepperoni topping! For a first time customer that is unacceptable. I'm sure people can relate when they don't get their pepperoni topping! I expected more. I guess customer service is not their priority! Disappointing! Spoke to Manager and she offered me a credit on the pepperoni topping! That's it!

Marcos Pizza is delicious! The cheese is 100% natural...you can actually taste the difference! All of their ingredients are premium! You can taste the difference! I do have a difficult time ordering via the app...interface, IMO, is not as user friendly as it could be. Plus, I ordered a crust sauce on the pizzas I recently ordered and it wasn't applied. LOVE the crust sauce so I was disappointed. Overall, tho, we continue to order only from these guys! Advice to Marcos: take more time to read the orders!

We have ordered from this location several times now. Delivery time is good. The amount of topping is excellent! But- a few times the dough has been undercooked. The bottom of the slices are really soft/thin/flimsy and the center of the pizza is like a slimey dough. If they could just cook the pizzas a little longer- These would be so great! So some Improvement needed, but great customer service and presentation.

Recently, I ordered a large Deluxe and couldn't have been more disappointed. The pizza looked like it was thrown together; the cheese was in a glob in the center topped by a few onions and green peppers then around that a smattering of sausage then around the edges was slices of pepperoni. Perhaps someone's artistic endeavor? If the ingredients had been distributed evenly maybe they could justify calling it a Deluxe. But then one would readily see how slim the ingredients were - SHAME on you Marco's! Not one package of Parmesan or red pepper flakes was included. At $17.99 + tax + delivery person's tip, I should have received the same value in pizza. I will not be ordering from Marco's again. Located on 122nd Street in Oklahoma City, OK. read more

I like the pizza. But they forget my dipping sauces. I have ordered here multiple times and the last four out of five times, the dipping sauces were either missing or were the wrong ones. I no longer order here because I don't like eating their pizza without the dipping sauces. Bummer. read more

Order was supposed to be ready at 7:24 and as of when I got my order about hmmm. 30 minutes late. I was told a couple minutes until it's ready and I waited. And I waited. And finally they say they messed it up about 15 minutes later. So then we are told 6 more minutes! Nope! 15 more minutes! Finally got the pizza and it's 8:05. 1 out of 5 stars, hey. They still tried though so there's that. read more

Very good for a fast food, franchised pizza place. Ingredients are good quality and they load the pie with toppings. Cheese bread is good too and comes with ranch and marinara. Though taste is not the same as Papa John's, it is on that level of taste and quality. Much better than Pizza Hut, Little Caesars, or Dominos. read more

I ordered a pizza for delivery. Thin crust, extra sauce, well done. Arrived at my door quickly and looking perfect. Tasted great also. I sometimes write odd requests in the "additional comments" section. I asked them to write their favorite movie quote inside the box. They did just that. Very nice attention to detail. Oh Marco's--how you have done us wrong. We are long time customers, ordering almost weekly (yes, way too often--but a household of growing boys....enough said). The past several orders have been worse--and declining in quality overall. The past order was just gross--and the extra cheese we ordered on the pie--was literally non-existent. So much for taking care of loyal customers. What a shame. Not sure what has changed at this location, but we are going to have to take a break for awhile--hope they straighten out what is currently going wrong. read more

Surprisingly this is our first time ordering pizza from Marcos and that's a darn shame cause their pizza is excellent! I love the crust ! Very tasty indeed ! How have I never EVER heard of Marco's? It took a trip home to Indiana to 'discover' their pizza. The way my dad put it: "Their sausage & hamburger don't taste like dogfood, like the other chain places!"... very crude but TRUE. I love the meatballs & the 2 different kinds of pepperoni they offer, both are excellent. Wish they'd expand their delivery radius but it's pizza worth the drive to pick up. Good crust, quality toppings. read more

Marco's is a fantastic delivery pizza place. I really like all the specialty pizzas I have tried. Everyone is very friendly when I pick up and the deliveries are super fast. I would say they are definitely a step above any chain out there. Not the absolute best pizza around but the best delivery I can get for sure. Beats Palios any day of the week and certainly all the national brands. read more

Our new favorite pizza place! We ordered last night after receiving the flyer in the mail. I especially appreciate the diverse menu - it's more than "just" pizza and we got a little bit of everything for our crowd. We had a couple different salads, sub sandwiches and yes - pizza! Best Pizza in McKinney by far! We ordered two different specialty pizzas (the Deluxe Uno and the Meat Supreme) and I must say that they were both amazing. Beware! You order a large pizza and you get a medium. They cheat you to make more money! The slices of a large pizza should be at least 10" long. Marcos slices are 6" long. They cheat!!! read more

Love the food, but they have HORRIBLE delivery service. The girl showed up 30 minutes late, was rude, and literally threw my salad at me. I pre-tipped with my credit card...$13.00 and would like that back but the manager is not taking my calls. Will never order from them again! read more

My family and I have ordered from Marcos ever since it's opened. We absolutely LOVE all the foods they have available! We actually won't eat pizza, subs, or salads from any other pizza place! The pizza was cut into squares, not my favorite presentation. The pizza was ok. The veggies were firm to the bite and mostly lumped in the middle so the outside was basically a pepperoni pizza. Rearranging the ingredients is not what I want to do with my pizza. The sausage was a very nice spicy variety. I tried it because I saw it on an episode of Undercover Boss. I would not object if friends wanted to order from there but will probably not order for my family again. read more

We had a coupon for Marco's and ordered a large combination type to be delivered . In all honesty we do not have great expectations ordering pizza here so we were pleasantly surprised by Marco's. The delivery came in about 40 minutes and the pizza was hot and the driver courteous. We found the crust (makes or breaks a pizza) to have that slightly chewy texture I like in pizza and good flavor. The toppings were fresh tasting and generous. There was also just the right amount of sauce that was neither too raw or overcooked. It was just a well put together pizza. If we lived in New York or Chicago Marco's might not garner 5 stars but here it is one of the best pizza's in town. I have not eaten in the restaurant so I can't speak to ambiance or service. read more

Its a great appetizer with lots of subtle flavors. As an entree I had the Cacio E Pepe, the famous pasta prepared in a wheel of pecorino cheese and covered in fresh ground black pepper. The pasta was perfectly al dente, the cheese was creamy and mild, and the pepper nicely balanced the richness with a mild spice. I ordered shrimp on the side and it was well seasoned and nicely charred. My wife had the geilled salmon and loved it. We didn't really have room for dessert, but since everything else was so good, we couldn't resist trying the Tiramisu and Strawberry panna cotta. We couldn't have been happier with our choice.
