I received an email for an extra large 2 topping pizza for $14.99 and thats a large enough pizza to feed my large family at least for an after school snack! Came in tonight and it wasn't the best experience. So if your stuff is messed up please be advised they don't let you k ow who the manager on duty is. The pizza was made incorrectly. Not gonna lie...this is my go to chain if I need taste, quality and lately...value. Marco's doesn't do deep discounts like the big two or thee chains but when a mom and pop is charging $50 for two mediums, Marco's might as well be hot n ready in price. The staff at this location has always been extremely friendly and helpful. The place is always clean and I've never had an order that was even eh...it's always been correct and always at the very least company standard. Can't recommend enough and I am 100% mom and pop pizza advocate. read more

I have never tried Marco's pizza but have seen the delivery cars all around town. I got a coupon in the mail, and we were craving pizza, so I thought I'd give it a try. The online ordering process was easy. They sent an order tracking with confirmation email so you knew the status of your order. The delivery driver was absolutely super! I didn't get her name, but I wish all delivery drivers were as personable and bubbly as she was. The pizza was hot and fresh exactly as ordered. The sauce they use on the pizza is a good, thick, robust sauce. They use good quality cheese. It was a very good pizza overall. I'm sure I'll be ordering from here again! I was pretty impressed and surprised I'd never given them a shot sooner. read more

I love the pizza but when i order online there's no option to pay with cash . generally thats how i pay .so last order I called it in and cash was accepted yet I wasn't credited with the order and therefore nothing was added to my "bonus points" towards $10 off set up . The food is great but the customer is deplorable. Two days in a row Wednesday and Thursday 30 mins for carryout. Today there we 2 pies on screen and yester there was only one. These are pizzas they have to make. Then the oven only takes 12-15 mins. It's vexing that it take 30 mins for carry out. There was three pies in the oven today but yesterday only one. Despite One person making pies, shouldnt take 30 mins. It would be much faster if ladies werent gossiping and acrually working in addition to other employes just standing around. This place used to be good but i see some staff change has cause employees to be comfortable with being lazy. You know qho isnt 30 mins wait for carry out even with 7 pies to make? This is for the restaurant located at 4770 West Ann Rd Ste 7 North Las Vegas, Nevada. Ordered an extra-large two topping pizza via the App at approximately 6 PM on Sunday. Pizza arrived about 40 minutes later via delivery. Upon opening the box noticed it was the wrong pizza. The attached itemized order was correct but the pizza did not match what we ordered. Called the store to tell them we wanted the correct order. Clerk told us it would be remade correctly and we would get it delivered around 7:30 PM. After about five minutes called back and inquired if we could receive a discount since we had to wait for another pizza. Clerk told us we would receive a $5 credit on our account to be used the next time we ordered. At about 7:40 PM we called back only to find out that they did not remake our correct order because we received a $5 credit. Um... what? The clerk we spoke to both times seemed very confused as if he had only been working there a day or so. Not being able to get anywhere with that clerk he put Ethan on the phone. Ethan told us they would only give us a full refund if we returned the other pizza and there was at least 80% left. 1. Why do you need the other pizza back? Do you think we are trying to scam a free pizza? 2. You made a mistake again by not replacing my order because the clerk said we wanted a credit instead of another pizza. Wrong! Why would I want to pay $30 for the wrong pizza, and a $5 credit for a future purchase and no replacement pizza? 3. What does returning 80% of the pizza accomplish? I understand if we received the second order but by attempting a third time to make it right and we would have to wait another 30 - 40 minutes I shouldn't be asked to return the original pizza. We told them we didn't want to wait so don't make another one just refund our money. So the next thing you do, if you care about having a return customer, is apologize profusely, refund our money minus the tip and for our inconvenience tell us to keep the original pizza. 4. What do you do with the pizza we returned? It likely goes in the trash so what is the point in returning it? So, just let me summarize. I spend $25 plus a $5 tip to receive the wrong order. Not getting to eat for 2+ hours after the initial order. Being extorted by being told if I don't return at least 80% of the original order that I won't get a refund. A measly $5 credit on a future order that I will never use because I will never order from this Marcos location or any Marcos location again. A 15+ year customer that will go elsewhere. Bob... Tell them what they won. This review and losing a customer. P.S. I will update if I actually get a refund since being told it will be a day before it is reflected on my account. read more

Pizza bowls (no bread) are sold as serving two people. I have eaten many picked up from this location. I get the all meat and my wife likes pineapple, onion, and bacon. So we get two. She get two meals out of hers and although I eat all of mine I shouldn't. Until today. Mine didn't fill me and she ate all of hers. Thin, less of everything. I ordered my pizza, spoke with someone on the phone and was told my pizza was going into the over right now. I arrived a few minutes later, was told the pizza should be another 15-20 minutes while it cooked. Seemed odd, to take 15-20 minutes just to bake it. But I waited... and waited... and waited. At some point, I suddenly realized I had been waiting over 25 minutes. I asked again. Now I am told, oh gee, looks like it is going in the oven right now. I am getting upset, but I wait, then I walk outside, come back in about 10 minutes later. I am now told; the pizza had actually never been made. But not to worry, they just now made it and it is in the oven right now. Now I am mad. I talk to the (apparently) 12-year-old assistant manager, Noah, who offers me a free bottle of soda for my trouble. That is ridiculous. I tell him if I was in his place, there is now way would offer the customer anything less than getting the order for free, since I was lied to about the status of my order, twice. He gives me a smirk and says that is just too unreasonable and he simply could not do that. Another customer is there, and starts to complain to him as well, stating he is being rude and the offer is an insult, considering what has happened here. He continues his smirk and then puts me in front of the GM, Samantha, who offers the same smirk and the same offer of a bottle of soda. But wait, I am even offered a brownie (wow, they are really pulling out all the stops now). This is just ridiculous. After going around with these fools, it is obvious they just do not care and they think I am way out of line. I waited in all, over 40 minutes for this order... AFTER I was told the pizza was in the oven. And they actually all believed, to the very end that they handled this properly. They were so outrageous in their behavior that another customer who had nothing to do with this was equally upset over their attitudes. People, just stay away from this place. They do not care about the customer and in today's world, we all deserve better, since there are always going to be other, better options out there. read more

My pizza was old, cold, hard and tasted disgusting. I had my food delivered, I was told I could only get half of my money back and I had to give the pizza back. Since it was delivered, I said fine. Please have the driver to come back and get it. Then the manager stated I would then have to pay another deliver fee. The manager that night was really rude and unreasonable. She should be fired. They had to remake them. 15 minutes later they were remade and they were wrong again. Then they were remade. Wrong again then finally made again. In total, we waited 45 min to get the right order. Tried Marco's pizza for the first time. We got the Chicken Florentine. It was seriously delicious, and they use garlic seasoning on the crust! Yum! I ordered online and got curbside pickup. They brought it to my car. Pizza was made pretty quick and still hot. They called me when they didn't see my car, so A+ for communication. Seriously, it was delicious and will be our new go-to spot. The only thing was that a Medium pizza was barely bigger than a personal-sized pizza. So really only feed 2 people. Was about $17 with tax, so a bit expensive for a pizza of that size. Normally order from here, however this past Friday my order was the worst I've ever experienced. Pizza got here and half the toppings had slid off. The center of the pizza was very thin and the hot pizza sauce made it so soggy you couldn't even hold it. The mushrooms normally taste fresh- but this time tasted like the gross ones from a can. You can pick a crust topper flavor for free. I usually go with garlic parmesan. The cheesy bread is the bomb diggity! Love it! The cheesy bread is the size of a small pizza, seriously. One (or maybe two) sauces are included with the bread. I'd recommend the marinara or garlic sauce. I usually order carry-out from here. Customer service is great. As a forever pizza lover I was delighted to be introduced to Marco's during the Super Bowl by a friend and even more ecstatic to discover a location on my side of town. Marco's deserves a solid 3 in my book. I did give Blaze Fire 4 stars because I feel it is lighter and healthier than most other pizzas, but on those days when you want to get a big fat pizza delivered to your house, Marco's is my new choice. I have ordered carry out in the store and have ordered over the phone. Both occasions the employees have been friendly, knowledgeable, and most of patient with my questions about specials and toppings. My weakness is the cheesy bread sticks--are super yummy.
