I wish I could say the pizza was good, but I didn't get that far, I walked in to place an order. I waited while someone picked theirs up. which was fine cause I wanted to look at the menu. After the customer left, I was asked if I had a to go order. I said no I wanted to place one. He went back to what he was doing and totally ignored me. Someone else walked in behind me and was waiting too. He didn't even get acknowledged. I kept looking at the menu waiting to order and nothing. I got irritated and left. No one tried to stop me. First and last time I will go here. Phone rang while I was there and no one answered it either. Not sure if it was busy with to go orders, but they were not busy with live customers. I've ordered Marcos pizza twice on DoorDash and it's been perfect every time. I got the medium hot honey pepperoni pizza both times and it tastes sooooo good especially with their ranch. I've always been obsessed with the Trader Joe's hot honey so to have it mixed into the pizza is AMAZING. The service on DoorDash is great and my order has got here on time if not earlier but I can't speak on in person service and the restaurant itself since I've only ordered online but I'll definitely have to go in soon. read more

Tried getting Papa Johns and they just couldn't "deliver". Haha. See what I did there? (Insert laughing emoji). Instead decided to go with Marcos and was NOT disappointed. Actually, I think it was meant to be. My good gravy! Those yummy yummy cheese bread!! They are the best thing since, well, sliced cheese bread. They literally have cheese oozing off the top when you tear them apart! Also ordered an extra Large pepperoni. It was different due tot he peps being super small, but again. Magnificent. I ordered a pizza for delivery. It arrived hot and very promptly. There are several crust choices. I got the 3rd one. Not too thick and not too thin. The toppings are always fresh, well portioned and tasty. We ordered the deluxe which is pepperoni, sausage, green peppers and onions. We added pineapple. My roommate came to this location for food this morning, a ex employee came to pickup there check or something and the guy behind the counter was very unprofessional, threw his check at the guys face and chased him out the store for no reason started cussing at him, even though the ex employee didn't do anything wrong, he chased him out and gave attitude. bad management, After seeing this, I wonder how they treat there customers and other employee's at this location. Stay away from here and get pizza somewhere else or at another location. read more

Marco's Pizza just moved in down the street so we decided to give it a try and were pleasantly surprised! We kept driving past this place while the shopping center was being built and were eagerly waiting for it to open. We don't have many pizza options that deliver to us, and we were getting pretty bored with our usual Domino's routine. I looked up some of the pictures of their pizzas at other locations (since this one didn't yet have a Yelp page), and found consistency across the board. I was able to find a coupon online that saved us a couple bucks, and we placed an order for a large pizza w/ pepperoni & sausage, an order of "Cheezybread", and a two liter of soda. The pizza arrived very quickly (less than 30 min), the delivery person was friendly, and the order was hot and​ accurate. The Cheezybread came with both ranch and pizza sauce (it was a nice touch to not have to pay extra for these) and the bread was delicious! The pizza was of good quality, though the sausage on it was average and nothing spectacular. The order was on time, accurate, tasty, and a decent deal for $25.16 (mind you we did use a coupon that took off $3.50). It was not as cheap as Domino's, but the quality and speed were much better. If I were to have this meatball fogia and the subway meatball sandwich. I would regurgitate the subway one, ask a refund, and buy another from Marco's. There meatball sub opened a can of whoop#%^ compared to the "eat fresh" bs subway had always hypnotized us hungry folks. Anyway, I don't understand why people are not coming here. They should come here because if in case it's not the pizzas they make great, it is 100% certified that the subs will blow your psych!!! read more

My first time at a Marcos pizza location! I received some coupons in my mailbox and decided I'd try it. It was unfortunate that the buy one large bet one large pizza offer didn't qualify for the specialty pizzas so I ended up just paying. We got the white cheezy and the meat Supremo! Both were incredibly delicious perfect amounts of sauce and they are GENEROUS on the toppings!! I was a bit apprehensive by the price being almost double what I'd pay at other places (dominoes, pizza hut etc) but it is so worth it. I'll definitely return. Only feedback I'd have is investing in a better POS system it was kinda awkward waiting for the manager to figure out the discount price on his phone && the drive threw window has a large side walk so I had to get out of my car anyways to get it. read more

I don't understand the lukewarm reviews. This pizza is fantastic and I'm disappointed I waited so long to order it. Ingredients and service are great, good specials. Their specialty pepperoni pizza is delicious. I like that their "normal cheese" is actually what the chains consider "extra." I love the old world pepperoni on the Pepperoni Magnifico! The store was nice and clean. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a dining area. We ended up staying and eating there and I'm glad we did because our pizza was piping hot and delicious. I took away one star for the price. We had a small thin crust pizza and it was 14.99 before tax. I'm sure it would have been less expensive if we had coupons but the quality of the pizza was great. read more

They give us the wrong order when delivering, they don't deliver on time when we order for delivery because "the system changes it to carry out." I love the pizza but it's always wrong. We got a coupon flyer in the mail for this new location and I was excited to order delivery. I went online and attempted to use the coupon with my order and it was declined. Called Marcos, and spoke with someone who claimed they would honor the code if I could show the coupon upon pickup. They didn't offer delivery, so whatever, I'll drive over. So, upon arrival to pick up our pizza, the pickup clerk told us they would not honor the coupon. We had to wait to speak with a manager and plead our case before we got the discount. Also, there were 2 errors with our order. I ordered banana peppers on the side, which were baked onto my pizza, and our cheesy bread did not come with ranch or marinara as advertised. The food was kind of dry. I don't think I'll return. What a hassle! read more

I wanted to try this new pizza place because I had a 25% coupon. The coupon was not honored when ordering online but did get 10% off for signing up for email updates. I can say with confidence that I will not order from Marcos anymore, even though I have a free cheesy bread coupon. I ordered a small pizza which turned out to be very expensive for a small, around $19. Seems there was too much sauce for my taste. The toppings seemed ample but there was something off about the crust, maybe a lack of yeast, not sure. The cinnamon bread was just as bad, it looked nothing like the photo, it was cut into bite size pieces. Also there was a lot of grease (not butter) in the bottom of the tray. My sister ordered the wings. They were soggy with too much sauce. Also it doesn't seem like the chicken was not seasoned and was bland. In addition, she ordered bleu chess dressing, which was supposed to come with it as advertised but was not in our order. Even though our order was pricey and included a $3 delivery fee, I included a 15% tip which was included on the order for the driver. I paid cash and waited for my change, the driver seemed like he was not going to give me my change back, I had to ask. He seemed rude. Can't recommend Marcos at all. Update: My husband was out when we ordered but sampled the pizza and cinnamon sticks when he got home. We all agree, not good. It is so bad that we ended up throwing most of it in the garbage. They were very helpful in accommodating me as I was holding toddler while ordering my pizza. One of the employees checked on us as we were eating to see if we were satisfied with our meal. It's okay for a run of the mill, delivery in 30 minuite pizza place. I would put it on the same level as Papa John's, Domino's, and Pizza Hut. Nothing fabulous. Delivery fee of $3.00 is very high compared to competition. Wings were soggy. We probably won't be ordering from them again. Note: Thier ranch was disgusting. We threw it out immediately. read more

Second try for this place (it's never a good idea to try a place first week out). So here is my take...coupons delivered to my mailbox did not work online. So I called Marco's and the manager said he could honor my coupon if I ordered through the phone, which was nice. That is the only compliment I have for this place. I repeated my online order to him and then waited. Over an hour later I finally got a delivery, with apologies from the delivery guy saying things were crazy at the restaurant. I ordered 2 pizzas and a salad. He hands me my salad from the pizza insulated container, where my pizzas were stored (salad is hot on the bottom) followed by the 2 pizzas. I pay and tip him and then once inside I discover that both pizzas have a thin crust; the receipt shows that I ordered one thin crust and one regular. Finally, the flavors are not great...just ok. I think that for the price, even with discount, I can do much better. I will not try Marco's again. I have a "go to" place down the road with a mafia name that delivers and has an excellent pizza for a comparable price. Sorry...Marco's is so close to me and I wanted it to work out, but they would have to change just about everything to make me want to try again. read more

I drive by this place every weekday morning and had not yet tried it when my husband and i were returning to SA from a country drive one Saturday. It was close to dinner time so we thought we'd order online and pick up on our way home. The ordering process through the app seemed simple enough. He ordered some kind of pepperoni special and chicken dippers with BBQ sauce, and the estimated pickup time was just 12 minutes! So fast! We arrived at the location about 5 minutes before the estimated pickup and waited in the parking lot. There is a handy drive-thru pick up window, but we didn't use it. When my husband came out of of the store after picking up and paying, the pizza box seemed kind of small. Apparently the app defaults to "small" and that's what we ordered, despite the fact that we needed to feed 4 people. It was our fault but it was kind of a bummer. We got home and managed to supplement the dinner with some leftovers from the fridge, and it all worked out. The chicken dippers seemed to have a lot of cornmeal breading (maybe too much?). And the spicy BBQ sauce e ordered was super vinegar-y and I suspect was actually buffalo sauce. Overall not very satisfying for the price we paid. Granted, the ordering issues were our fault, but the value seemed low. read more
