Another great experience at Margarita Jones. The Happy Hour is the BEST. I was naming all of the wait staff individually, but I must stop because everyone from the people who bring our salsas ( red and green), too the the wait staff, and bar tenders give four-star service. They rank up there with the best! I want to high light another great experience at Margarita Jones! MJ also has beautiful ambience. This our go to destination.

Holy cow. I have found my New Mexican restaurant. This place had the most amazing salsa I've ever had. It was warm and had big chunks of onion and other goodies. The queso, guacamole and green sauce were delicious and honestly I could just eat my body weight in the dips alone The fajitas came out hot and fresh. The beef was tender and had amazing flavor, as did the chicken. I ordered the cilantro rice and that was good, too (and I'm not a big rice eater!) All the bartenders and servers looked like they enjoyed their jobs and were friendly and fast! We never ran out of anything, or even got low on drinks before someone was bringing us fresh ones. The restaurant itself is clean and way bigger on the inside than it looks on the out. The bar seating was on point! After we left I signed up to be a rewards member and get $10 off our next order. Needless to say, we'll be back! Great job!

**This is a 3.5 Star rating** We came here for lunch on a Saturday after giving this restaurant a few weeks to get settled in, and we enjoyed the experience. First, they did a bang up job in converting this building from a Hooters to a bright, fun Tex-Mex joint. It's clean and airy. Service is also exceptionally friendly. The food here is quite delicious too -- chimichanga, enchiladas, chipotle shrimp -- all very good. The cilantro rice and traditional Mexican rice are also nice sides, as are the charro beans. So why the 3.5 stars? For starters, that's a really good rating (from me), but it has to do with the chips and salsa. While both are fine, the chips are essentially Tostitos. They're served at room temperature, and they obviously come from a bag. I prefer the ones that are fried in the kitchen and served warm. (After all, this place's calling card is "Fresh Tex-Mex.") The red salsa is decent here, but it's served warm. This practice was pioneered by the Papasitos chain. Though many people like it, I don't, because salsa that is warmed tends to lose certain flavor elements. Further, it doesn't taste "fresh." -- The green salsa here is served cold, and it has more bite than a pit of rattlesnakes! If you're a chile head, this is the sauce for you! I wish this business all the best, and I intend on being a regular customer.

First off the service is outstanding! We sat down on a Saturday night around 6:30. We immediately had our server Zaria attend to us. Then one of the managers came up right behind her and asked if we needed a drink. We said already gotten taken care of. Several managers checked on us and all of the tables. I got the chicken fajita enchiladas and my husband got the cheese enchiladas, both excellent! My husband also got an old fashioned and margarita on rocks. He said they were both excellent. They have 4 salsas. I mixed the green verde spicy with the warm red one it was so good. I definitely recommend coming here.

As soon as we entered, we were greeted with a smile, seated fast. Food came out hot ! Good quality ingredients, and exquisitely clean bathroom! We were pleasantly surprised when we saw a handmade corn tortilla. Queso blanco was really good. Get the fried beans instead of the charros, the fried beans have a better flavor.

Sopapilla was amazing had rum sauce (perfection)

The waitress Janet was very helpful and knowledgeable. I informed her it was our first time there. Everything we ate was definitely 10 out of 10. Janet also had a great friendly personality which made it easier to talk to or ask recommendations. I told her I was pescatarian and she gave me her top 3 favorites. My bf prefers Asian food over Mexican food but Janet recommended the burrito .... Now my BF is a Mexican food fan and says we will definitely be back . Will hopefully get our new favorite waitress

They like it spicy Most of the menu items are spicy. Even the rice and beans. They have a nice happy hour but I'm not sure what you would like of you don't like spicy food.

The customer service was great, my husband and I went for lunch. Bosky (my be spelling and pronouncing it wrong) he made the experience great, let us try different sauces. Food was okay, I felt like it could have more flavorful but by no means gross. The ambiance was good, food came out quickly. Pricing a little more expensive than I would like. I would return for the ambiance and a cocktail. The Paloma was on point.

I wasn't sure what to make of the request, but hung up. I told my husband about the phone call and he was less than thrilled. Based on the reviews, I thought there was great potential for a good meal. We drove to the restaurant, and as soon as I stepped inside, I understood what was meant about the line forming. In order to place your order, you must get in line. There's one individual taking orders. At the time we arrived, there was no line and no one inside. We asked a few questions for clarification and dietary advice. I ordered one of their specials with beans. My husband ordered an egg dish with beans and corn tortillas. We were asked if we wanted a drink, we said no, and the nice gentleman asked if we wanted water cups, to which we replied no. I had purchased several drinks the night before, as such we had several beverages in the rental car. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite of my dish. It was exactly what I thought of when I think of Mexican food. Great beans and rice. All around tasty food. My husband had the Caribbean omelette. I had an enchilada dish. I left maybe one bite on the plate.

I don't know what it is about this place. I really want to like it, but it always misses the mark…read more I've had two good experiences out of five times I've been there. The food is pretty good, as is the green sauce, and now that they added a spicy red sauce the food is even better. The building itself is nice but different tables have different vibes. The manager does go around checking on people but the issues aren't something that make sense to bring up at the time because it's always something different that is lacking. This last visit on Saturday the 11th of April. The hostess, a young short blonde girl (I won't mention the name), was rude. No eye contact, barely acknowledging we are standing right in front of her, definitely no greeting, and no direct communication. Just whispers to the person showing us to our table with a blank expression on her face. This was almost enough for me to decide it was going to be a bad experience. Definitely a bad initial impression. I said hi to her, told her thank you, and everything trying to extend courtesy then I remembered SHE is the hostess not me. Ridiculous. Our waitress that day McKenzie was pretty good, but I felt bad for her. Our table was as far as you can get from the kitchen or wherever the wait staff goes to get water, chips, food etc. and she was having a hard time serving, especially cause she would bring out one thing at a time. For example, she would see we had an empty cup, so she would just leave and come back and drop off a cup without communicating, well if she asked we would have told her, we need chips, water, salsa, napkins. Instead she made a trip for each of these, one at a time. Really weird wait style and very inefficient. She was still good though, because even thought at times she wouldn't communicate at all, she was still observing what we needing and dealing with it. Must be a weird gen z lack of interpersonal skills. I really want to like this place, they're on the cusp of being great, but need to work on consistency.

When we asked if our daughter's drink could be made a little special--with a cherry and a fun glass--it felt like an inconvenience rather than a simple request. The food was still delicious, which we appreciate, but we've noticed portions have gradually become smaller over the years while prices continue to rise.
