I came here once not realizing it was the sister restaurant to Charlie's diner in Merrimack, which is my favorite breakfast place! Nearly everything is the same except this location has waffles and cooks the homefries differently. I enjoy Charlie's homefries better, but it is just my preference and these were good as well! I also enjoy the Charlie's atmosphere better, yet once again it is not because Margies is bad. Parking is a bit difficult and confusing, but once you get into the restaurant you will have a breakfast you can't forget! read more

Very cute little diner in NH. Food was good, but the service was awful towards the end of our meal. The waitress didn't come back over to us for anything, didn't clear plates and we had to ask for the check from another server. At 15$ for breakfast, you definitely get what you pay for. read more

Tried Margie's last week for the first time. It's a small diner within a house. I had western omelet with hash browns English muffins and bacon. My mother had strawberry French toast with real maple syrup. While breakfast is not usually difficult to prepare, we found Margies to be awesome. Nice fluffy omelet, perfectly cooked, and the French toast was spectacular. The bacon could have been cooked just a little longer to crisp, but the meal was awesome and I will return many times. read more

What a great little find in Manchester. Seems to be almost a converted house into breakfast joint. The breakfast portions here are large and delicious and the service was good, especially being a busy and rainy Mother's Day, our server was attentive and kind and my coffee mug was always full. I ordered one of their breakfast skillets which was awesome, I think it was called the caveman and had steak tips and sausage in it. The reason for 4 vs 5 stars on this place is it is very small and there is not much room. with the rain there was a crowd of people all pushed to the back corner, which is also where the bathroom is located. on a sunny day this wouldn't be an issue as people could wait outside but being poor weather you kinda get the feeling to hurry up as people are watching you and waiting, just be aware of you are going on a day with inclement weather. First time here, Place took 30 mins to take my order and another 40 to get it. Second time here it took 20 mins to take my order and 45 mins to get my order to my table. I saw two others table sit, eat and leave before me. The waitresses are awesome enough to ask the owner for a discount for our inconvenience and the answer is NO once again. Holy crap. The hash bash skillet! It's everything I need in breakfast. Although I've only been here once and tried one meal, I can eat that every weekend. Perfect amount of veggies, meat and SPICY! [insert fire emoji here ;)]. So satisfying that I don't even care if this restaurant looks like a crammed living room. No but it really does. If you're at all claustrophobic.... Maybe just come alone and take up the whole table? Idk but you should just go. The entrance is so tight that you have to walk to the back of the restaurant (which is admittedly only like five steps away because this place is that small) and wait next to the bathroom (bad for two reasons - 1) it's not pleasant in general & 2) people keep asking you if you're in the line). Despite the space constraint and next-to-the-bathroom wait, I'll endure it all and return for more. All the other skillets sound amazeballz so I'll def have to go down the list and check them all out! My friends got some special deviled Eggs Benedict, western omelet, breakfast sandwich and pancake. All was well except for the pancake apparently. I didn't try it myself but I guess the pancake wasn't fluffy and potentially over-cooked. Won't let it hinder my skillet love tho :* read more

This is a hidden gem diner located in the industrial area of Manchester. We followed the GPS after finding it on Yelp but because of the area, we almost started to doubt we were heading to the right direction. However, the GPS was right and we found a small blue residential looking building converted into a diner. It's a nice homey place with warm and friendly service, and the food blew us away. We really didn't have much high expectations so we were all pleasantly surprised by how every dish we ordered was excellent! The Florentine Egg Benedict was amazing, for this price it's a steal($7.29)!!! It was just as great as my favorite egg Benedict from Restaurant L'Avenue in Montreal, which is more expensive anyway. But what we loved most was Camp Fire Skillet, it was perfectly seasoned with a nice spicy kick to it. It's too out of the way for me to come again but I would love to eat here if we happened to be in the area. read more

Noteworthy was their classic egg Benedict, which was well made and also had a generously thick slice of ham, and their potato pancake, which was wonderfully crispy. Free refills of coffee too. It was a freezing morning. Two degrees outside....nonetheless, this was the place to be. It is a small dive, much like a mom and pop place. I had the hot chocolate and it was really good, the whipped cream and Christmas sugar stole the show. The main star was the camp fire skillet. This had hot sausage, sweet sausage, jalapenos, hash browns, pepper Jack cheese and eggs. Everyone needs to try this!!!!! It was spicy just the way I like it. The staff were super friendly and glad we stopped by. Don't forget to try the potato pancakes, it's like fried mashed potatoes,so flavorful. It is indeed a dream. read more

I just wish this place was better, our visit was a very mixed affair. Even with the mostly good reviews here, our selections were only fair to poor. My Greek omelet was pretty fair. My wife's spinach pie was the shocker. Warmed up in the microwave, the pie lacked flavor and obviously was not fresh. We should have been warned by our waitress, a bad miss here. For a nice local business, which we prefer to patronize, I hope Margie can do better. read more

We have visited about a half a dozen times and keep coming back for the florentine benedict and potato pancakes. These items are consistently delicious. The only reason why they don't get more stars is due to the limited seating and parking. We haven't been in for lunch but plan to at some point given the positive experiences we have had during our breakfast visits thus far. Just stopped in this morning for breakfast. They had one waitress serving the entire restaurant. Waited over ten minutes for a table and after we sat down we waited at least another ten minutes while we watched people that were sat after us have their orders taken and coffees served. We heard the waitress say that they thought they wouldn't have anyone come in today for the holiday which I guess is why they had one waitress serving the entire restaurant. We couldn't justify waiting any longer since we were up to a 1/2 hour at that point. Waitress said, "Sorry guys" as we left with no attempt to encourage us to stay. Went here today on a whim with a friend; loved it immediately; This diner has a very "neighborhood-y" feel; most customers seem to be regulars, as the waitstaff just knew everybody by name and was happy to see each new person coming in. I was welcomed immediately by Tayce (sorry if I wrecked the spelling on this one, sweetheart) had an awesome personality. The service was fast and delicious; and again waitstaff personable and happy; it must be a nice place to work, because I waited tables for years and never felt like that. Great vibe to this place; it felt like home. I had a scramble with great home fries hollandaise sauce and rye toast; very simple menu, but all delicious food. This place is amazing! We just moved to the area this summer and haven driven by a few times but never made it in until today. The place is adorable. Just a few small tables. Eggs Benedict is my weakness so I had to get it. I don't really like home fries so I was happy to see that there were other options. I got the potato pancakes with the Irish Benedict. Had to try it out as it's very close to my apartment and it was a great breakfast experience! Huge pancakes, perfectly cooked eggs on the bene and great service. You feel like your basically in someone's home as the area is residential and the decor was inviting. The coffee we definitely a bit bland (hey it's basically a diner!) and I don't know if it was an off day but the beens weren't anything special (unfortunately they were out of potato pancakes). I really want to come back Fridays they have fresh seafood! Nomnomnom! Went with the boyfriend and 2 meals, coffee, and the side of beans with a hefty tip was only 20 bucks!
