this place does not know how to cut hair at all I went in yesterday asking to cut my hair abit short and this lady comes in and cuts my hair all the way crazy short and then started asking her friend how to do layers in the middle of the haircut not to mention she made the back of my hair crazy short while I asked for it to be a little short I gave up and asked to buzz my hair completely because she messed it up and then they have the audacity to make me pay 35$ which I did sadly I even showed her photos of how I want my hair I said I wanted it a little short and she cutted it all the way short read more

Came here today to get a hair cut, I showed the lady a picture of how I wanted the cut, I explained to her exactly how I wanted, and she did the cut in steps because she didn't understand how I wanted it, she told me that I should had told her what number of blade to use, wait.... how should I know what blade to use, I'm not the "expert" I didn't even know there was so many for the blades. At first she told me the cut was gonna be $12, but later while she was cutting the hair she told me it was gonna be $16 because she made different cuts to get to what I wanted and also because i made her waste her time. If I'm paying for something please at least try doing it the best you can, it got to a point where she just didn't care and just did what she wanted, while cutting she put a lot of pressure towards my head that I felt her cutting me, I told her if she didn't wanted to do it just to leave it like that, after me telling her to stop she said, the costumer is always right! Really after you treating bad... and to top it off she's the owner! How can your employees did better job that you? You don't care about the opinions of your costumers, I'm paying for a service, so I expect at least something good. Don't waste your time and money here, honestly not worth, would NOT be back! Do not trust the sign when it says $10 men's h/c. Went there today and they charge me $12 because it wasn't a certain hair style WTF! Then my wife and sister got a hair cut which was just 2" off the back and charged $18 for my sister and $12 for my wife. First and last time for me bra! Then as we were leaving the owner made a sarcastic remark in Spanish to the other employees which she thought that we wont understand. Very professional and surprised that you are still in business. So I went to this place to cut my hair and to get my 2 daughter's hair done 2 yrs old and a 4 yrs old just a normal hair cut nothing special my hair is short and 2 & 4 yrs old don't event have much hair anyways when they finished and it was time to pay it was $160.00 just for 3 hair cuts I was so upset I complained to the owner but she didn't give a fuck and she stated that because they had to wash it blow dry my hair and my daughters. Anyways bad customer service price their work sucks it's bad they don't even know how to cut hair. Me & my daughter who is 3 went in for a style hair cut. I had called the day before we want in for a hair cut & I was told it was 10$ for a 3yrs. Long story short the guy with the glasses cut my daughters hair in 3 minutes he did an awful job & he charged me $17 for my daughter rip off he called that a style haircut. He ruined my hair I asked for layers around my face I didn't get that and I can't style it it's not right it feels heavy from the top and he toke to much from the bottom.. The hair stylist maribel its a very dishonest person she charged me cheap at first but once finish with the work she charged me extra. did this to me three times and notice she does it to other latinos i feel she takes advantage of la raza because they dont complain. Shes has an attitude and very arrogant. I suggest if you are gonna go blonde or root touch up dont go to her. she will finish you fast, the results are uneven root highlight or crappy hair color. not giving her another chance. And partner male stylist with glasses also does crappy hair cuts in 5 minutes. Thats what i also saw. stop scamming people!!
