I went there today and paid $18 for a bowl that had subpar salmon, kimchi that had been sitting out way too long, and service that couldn't even get my choice of rice correct. They used to employ people who had a sense of what customer service is, but I watched today's staff mock two older ladies that were ordering food in front of me. What are we paying for? Found this spot in The Hanger and the Bulgogi Burrito stopped me in my tracks. Although I didn't get it I got a bowl with Bulgogi and Pork Belly. The bowl was very filling and full ove flavor. I got it very spicy but the spice did not take away from the flavor. My cousin got the burrito and it looked very interesting. The food was very filling and had fresh ingredients.
